Shake Shack is a great fast food restaurant in Downtown Summerlin. You'll find them on Sahara and Pavilion Center Drive close to Las Vegas Ball Park. They're right across from La Neta Cocina Y Lounge, next to Finney's Crafthouse & Kitchen, and there's plenty of parking nearby. Inside is spacious with good seating for a table or booth, and they have an outdoor patio too! There's awesome music playing in the background. The background music was amazing! There's a fantastic playlist of Pop, R&B, and classic alternative rock. Plus the atmosphere was lively yet laid back and relaxing. Menu offers a selection of burgers, chicken, flat-top dogs, sides, shakes, and drinks. I saw they have Mac & Cheese Bites, and it's part of the seasonal item for Black Truffle. Other items are The Big Shack, Black Truffle Burger, and Black Truffle Parmesan Fries. There's new Thirst quenching sides, sweet treats, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Shake. Placing an order is done two ways, via self-order kiosk or at the cashier. Personally, ordering at the cashier is helpful, especially if you have questions about the menu. They're a great go-to person to ask, and I spoke with Zabryna, she's very nice! I ordered Mac & Cheese Bites ($5.99), and it took awhile for them to make since the kitchen was so busy. The mac & cheese bites are tasty! It has a terrific crispy exterior crunch with good filling, and comes with a side of Black Truffle sauce that's savory, creamy, and yummy! I also tried Fifty-Fifty ($4.99) which is a super refreshing drink. It has half lemonade and half organic iced tea. I requested less sweet with extra ice and Zabryna is so nice to accommodate, I appreciate it! With my drink, it does come with unlimited refills. Staff member Kai made sure to portion the drink with extra ice, less lemonade, and more iced tea, thank you! Service from Zabryna and Kai is very kind, welcoming, polite, and friendly. While dining, Zabryna stopped by my table and was so nice to check in and asked how everything was. She even clarified a few things about the seasonal menu, very cool! Just a note, Shake Shack gets pretty busy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays after 6pm. There's a Halloween-Themed Parade of Mischief happening through October 24, 2026. Wish I saw the reviews before eating here. After the parade everyone rushed to restaurants for dinner. We decided to go here because we assumed it would be faster. We ordered our food on a tablet at 7:10pm and got our food at 8:21 pm. For a fast food place it definitely wasn't managed well. The employees looked drained. One even mentioned that he hasn't taken a break his entire shift. Not well managed at all!! After all that of course the food was EW but we were hungry. Food is decent however the service really needs help and it begins with the lady who is the manager in charge. We walked in and everyone was placing their orders on disgustingly dirty screens. The manager brought us the wrong items, but that's not a big deal. After eating our food I went back up to order a shake and was told to place my order by touching their filthy kiosk by the manager. So I did that and of course immediately went to wash my hands. I took a number and expected it to be brought to our table because my order was associated to that number. Instead my shake sat on the counter and after some time past I went up and asked the manager why it was just sitting there when I had a number and she just responded with "our shakes are just placed on the counter." The people working behind the counter didn't acknowledge anyone, so we found the kiosks and ordered our food. We ordered our food at 5:49. We found a table outside and waited. The place cleared out a bit around 6:20, and we realized we still didn't have our food. Our kids were hungry and we thought we had been waiting quite a while. I get it was busy, but there were a lot of cooks behind the counter! My husband went in to check on our order, they said about another 10 mins. We actually didn't receive our food until 6:34. Our burgers were cold, our shakes were melty with deflated warm whipped cream on top (you could tell they were just sitting on the counter for a while), the toppings on our burgers were all mixed up, and not completely correct, and some sauce was missing. I've never had shake shack before this is my first time and what really attracted me was I saw they had a sticky toffee pudding milkshake for the season and I love sticky toffee pudding . I had this delivered through Uber eats I live about 5 miles away and by the time my shit got to me the whipped cream had completely melted, and it was really soupy. It didn't have a good flavor to it at all. They also did not include a straw. That was inconvenient and very annoying. How do you forget to pack a straw with a milkshake? I had gotten a grilled cheese sandwich which was packed right next to the very cold milkshake so by the time I got it, my sandwich was cold and I wish I had popped it in the microwave because even though it was cold, I ate the whole thing it was actually very good . So I'm sure it would be really fantastic hot. I think they really need to work on packing there to go orders and thinking about how much that milkshake is going to cool the food down. I got a plain cheeseburger and it was fantastic. I think it was a little bit on the expensive side, but I really enjoyed it and I would pay that money again. However I will go there in the future rather than have it delivered because the food just did not hold up well, which is what I find when you have fast food delivered so that was a me problem not of them problem I believe. If you're looking for a solid burger and fries, this is definitely a decent spot to try out. It's located in Downtown Summerlin near a spacious parking lot, so it's easily accessible. As we walked in, the employees didn't acknowledge us, so we figured that the food was ordered through the kiosk. Since it was hot outside, we decided to grab an indoor table and waited about 15-20 minutes before the food came out. I will say, the food came out piping hot and smelled absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the double cheeseburger and I decided to get the ShackBurger with extra Shacksauce, a side of cheese fries (cheese on the side) and a fountain drink to share. These burgers were juicy and cooked very well, but it needed a bit more seasoning. The fries were somewhat crispy with a very soft interior and they paired perfectly with the creamy cheese sauce. For some reason I thought the Shacksauce had more flavor, but it was definitely more mayo based. I wanted to like the 'Shroom burger more and knew there would be cheese in the mushroom patty, but the cheese really overwhelmed the flavor of the whole burger. I'll skip this option moving forward. The guy on register with blue eyes did not repeat our order back. We were given a number and didn't even say to have a good day. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and was then brought by an older gentleman whose service was good. 5/5 for his service Me and my partner then noticed our second lemonade was missing and our cheese wasn't on the side and no straws given. It looked chaotic because it looked like there was no management. I work in the food industry as management so I noticed more things than others do. It was unfortunate to see all this because you can see the stress in all the staff, but they do have to have a health card in order to work in food so they know better too. Finally went back to the table and to try and at least enjoy a little bit of the food, but then.... Fries were uncooked and soggy. The only good things were the burgers. Fries 1/5, cheeseburger 3/5, chicken avocado bacon 3/5, strawberry lemonade 5/5. We finally decided to leave and noticed on the way out that the trash was overfilled and tables were dirty. I don't want to say anything negative about the runner who was the older gentleman because he was trying his best to clean and run tables, but he was the only one, while the kitchen had a 10+ staff and decide to chat their way. Lost a customer: As a family of 4 and always on the go we order from Shake Shack approx twice a week but the food has consistently went down hill fast. Not only are they sending out raw chewy bacon but to try and pass that very small piece of brown mush off as an avocado is disgusting. On top of the food being very poor quality, In the past 8 orders there was "3 Times" that they did Not send any dipping sauces. Our order is usually 4 sandwiches and 4 chicken bites. How do you sell chicken bites and advertise that you have different sauces to choose from and then just not send them this many times? Who wants to pretend enjoy eating dry breaded chicken. Good old Shake Shack. It's been a reliable fast dining option for our family across the nation. This location was actually where we had our very first Shake Shack experience over a decade ago. It's be enjoyable to see it stay here in Downtown Summerlin. Unfortunately, we have noticed a steady decline in service and cleanliness at this location. Food has come out lukewarm at best and sometimes the fries have been served a bit stale. Other times, it's been a great and delicious experience that we've come to expect from a Shake Shack. We enjoy the dog friendly patio and that they offer two dog treats on their menu. The hefty "Pooch-ini" which is not intended for small dogs, and a bag of bones that is produced by Bocce' Bakery. Couldn't even get my order placed. When you walk into this location there is no employees here to serve you. You have to use this automated frustrating kiosk that does not work correctly at all. When you ask anyone who does work there behind the counter for help they could really care less if you're in their store or they have to work at all. so to order a burger fries and a Coke came to almost $22. The machine asks you for your name and phone number so it can text you and then it won't go any further. One time I did get it to go to the next screen after about six tries and it wouldn't go past me telling it the number of the plastic thing they leave on the counter for you to sit in a table and wait for your food.
