My boyfriend and I split the Primanti Brothers sandwich since we heard they are pretty big. The sandwich was definitely thicked and packed with meat. The sandwich came with salami, ham, amish coleslaw, provolone cheese, french fries, mayo on top of sourdough bread. It was so good and hit the spot! Their sides are all decently priced $3 for chips and fries. Cashier was friendly and they were pretty quick on making our order. We would love to come back and try more sandwiches. The chimichurri one captured our eye for next time.

The menu isn't huge, which is usually a good sign, because it means they try and perfect what they have on there. And that philosophy obviously works because so far the 3 different sandwiches I've had here have all been absolutely delicious. The beef chimichurri might be my favorite one. The bread is nice and soft and the meat is flavorful. It also comes with a layer of (garlic?) french fries over the roast beef. I've also had the Italian Hoagie and the Prime Beef & Cheddar and both are just as yummy. And they come loaded with meat - so 1 sandwich is definitely enough but just in case they offer different chips you can buy to go along with your meal. We'll definitely be back because I have my eye on their caprese sandwich. Good job Prosper Sandwich! You definitely made a regular out of me.

The smell of fresh bread has to be the best thing ever. I purchased a few loaves for a few family members as well and we all agreed that they are the best. I'm most likely going to be here at least once a week from now on. They also offer some different pastries and other types of bread. I was told by the cashier that during the holidays, other items become available and to check their website for details. I'll definitely be doing that. So happy I found this place. There is a cafe with some food items but I haven't had a chance to try them yet. I hope to do so in the near future.

Sourdough was nice and chewy and lots of air bubbles. So good. The Smoked Ham was light and so delicious and the Gruyere cheese was a perfect blend with the Arugala on there. It was a great find and I definitely will be back. I also had the blueberry cream tart, which was amazing. So light and flaky. And I took home a loaf of sourdough bread so that I can have it all week long. I will definitely be back here. At least until I start making my own sourdough bread again

It was served in a canning jar kind of container. It was very good and helped me get awake a bit. For breakfast. I ordered the Cafe Mong breakfast,. open face sourdough toast topped with two poached egs, bacon, swiss, and Japanese sausage with onion mayo. It was a different breakfast but it was very good. the eggs were done correctly and the Japanese sausage was wonderful! Since I was early, I was the only customer. The cafe is a pleasant place with wall hangings to enhance the atmosphere along with a mini front of a kids carriage. It certainly is nicer than when this was a Starbucks. A great improvement! I have a dream I'll be back.

Me & bf ate in, usually I do delivery, but this is hands DOWN my favourite version of avocado toast because Cafe Mong actually puts egg salad on it as well as bean sprouts and a sauce I'm unsure what the name is, but it's sweet and adds an interesting twist to it. They went a little heavy on it so next time I will ask for it to be on the side. He got the prosciutto sandwich and loved it. It's a rainbow decor and they even have a cute little pencil desk for kiddos. Not very busy on a late Saturday morning! Service was great, they're attentive and bring out the food to you. And of course my favourite crepe is the creme brûlée which we shared since their portions are generous. Forgot to take a picture because we were demolishing it! Will definitely be back since I live so close. Great new addition to the Fort Apache / Sahara area, next to Teriyaki Madness, Chase Bank, Albertsons.
