It's literally 5 people in the small work area near the register and no one "sees" me standing there and they have the bell on the door, I stand there for at least 2 minutes and I'm in a rush, they're just talking to each other while I'm still waiting so I asked loudly (to the blonde hair guy who looked at me a few times) ARE YOU GUYS OPEN!!??? Like seriously!? Do better, it is not clean, the tables are never clean, I had to clean my own table off, the floor is dirty and sticky. OK this is the fifth time i have had issues with this horrible store. nothing is freaky fast about service its a whole mess and the workers (some not all) are rude and unhappy. today my lunch took 35 minutes to be prepared. one sandwich that i ordered online to be ready asap. i only ordered online this time because last time i ordered inside it took 25 minutes. either the slogan needs to change better training needs to happen or this location needs to close. its ghetto and service sucks. people were walking out once they walked in and seen the line backed up to the door and only one cashier working. this place is a mess i will not be back !do better! read more

Well they got a better review for a while, now they are right back down. They went back to being very late on their online orders. So this most recent time I ordered early t be ready for a specific time. This time they wanted to get it done Realllly early and had it ready for pickup 40 minutes before my time I ordered it for. Well I don't want to eat a sub that is sitting around for an hour before I pick it up. When I asked to have them remake it the guy up front told the girl making the subs and she gave an eye roll and complained that she had to remake it. Recommendation for the staff, we can see you and hear you, you might want to understand your surroundings. read more

This is the worst place to get food in the world. The staff here care very little about quality and actually giving you what you pay for. They forget things all the time, and never give extras when you pay for extras. For example, a coworker ordered extra bacon (not regular.. and regular isn't even free) and he got one thin slice (one slice, not one layer..). We had to call the manager and complain. That's one of the 7 issues with the sandwhich... They sent a new one and the new one had everything done right and had 3x more in height when done right. We order everyday.. and they are lazy. Half the time we throw away the food as we work 14 hours a day and we do not have time to deal with the staff here to correct them on their delivery orders. read more

Staff was friendly however the guy that waited on me seemed to want to get me out of his line fast so he could wait on the two girls behind me. He seemed to greet them way friendly. Submitted my online order at 10:00 am for pick up at 12:15 pm. Arrived and the order wasn't ready, was told they were making it right now. Waited outside in the hail for over an hour. Tried to cancel but was told to wait outside, yet they never got to me, kept serving people walking in. Finally got through on the phone 1.5 hours later and was told they were making it right now. Again tried to cancel and they told me it was canceled but it actually wasn't. Person on the phone admitted they needed a manager in order to cancel, I asked them to get the manager. Finally someone comes on the phone and again says it's canceled but I'm really not sure, I just gave up. Wasted 1.5 hours where I was supposed to be working, wasted $28 and never got to eat lunch. Please don't let this location treat its customers like this. If they can't handle the business they shouldn't be running a sub shop where the speediness of service is advertised. read more

Fast service and free smells We order here a lot at work and they are the fastest delivery service in town. They are good at what they do, but the menu seems a little limited as far as sandwich shops go. They did mess up our order once and we got a little 'tude about bringing a replacement sandwich. Food is fine but I can never get napkins delivered with my order. I can't think of another restaurant that does not automatically provide napkins in each bag that goes out. I've tried checking the napkin box (why is there a napkin box !?! Its a necessity) and also making the napkin request in the delivery instructions and the sandwich instructions. I'm going to be honest. This review is based more on how poorly management at this location handled my one and only experience with this submarine sandwich shop than anything else. This was the very first time I had ordered anything from this national chain. My downtown workmate suggested we have lunch delivered. Ordering online was easy and the food arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, upon taking my very first bite of my very first sub, I bit into something hard. Upon further investigation I discovered a half inch bolt in my food! We called the shop and they promised to refund my credit card but two-plus weeks later they had not done so. I visited the store and demanded a cash refund and had to argue with them for ten minutes before they finally paid me. I can't tell you if their food is any good because I never got to swallow my first bite and I won't ever eat there again. UPDATE: About a month after my initial complaint the corporate office finally did reimburse my credit card so I went to the store this week and tried to give back the cash they gave me. The manager told me to keep it. I just may try one of their subs again someday. read more

Awful service. Had an order that they screwed up. Picked up before a night shift. It was around closing so had to call the next day. I did eat half the sandwich Bc I was on nights and was the only food I had available. They said they would make a new one but wanted me to bring in the old sandwich 2 days later and they would give me a "free" sandwich that I already paid for. Seems like the only inconvenience is on my part for their screw up. Zero accountability from the person on the phone or the GM who they spoke with. read more

They offer online ordering and delivery. Extremely precise timing on the delivery, always friendly people. The order was exactly as I requested, right down to the "light onion" and "cut in half." Excellent job. Best thing: fresh ingredients. Wish they would offer horseradish sauce for the roast beef, but oh well. Being a former delivery driver I understand there are some possible issues that are not under your control. I begin this experience very excited because I am one block north of their delivery radius. I open the call finding that out 20 min before they close after asking if they would be ok if I ordered or if it was too late, then I let them pick a business a block and a half south of me to meet at. After a while I called them back and asked what was up. They told me the driver had two other orders to deliver on the way to me but both were in my area and so I should head to the meeting location and I would receive a phone call from the driver when he headed my way. I went to the meeting location Which is less than 2 blocks from my house and waited there for a while and then called the store again because it was their closing time just after 3 a.m. After a short conversation I was on hold and he came back and verified they had the wrong phone number. This is an understandable snafu. Someone was going to bring my food shortly and give me a call when they got in the area. I walked from the business we set to meet at about a half block up the other side of the street to sit in a public park, waiting another 10 min on a phone call for the third time. I called back somewhere more than 40 minutes probably closer to an hour after ordering food and was given all the same information again reminded they had the wrong number which I already understood and was not angry about, expressing being upset, not angry and was told the manager was driving up and down the road looking for someone and didn't see anyone. I had been told I would receive a phone call when they headed my way on three separate phone conversations. When I called back the final time to tell them I was going home, I wanted a refund the manager came back into the store while I was talking to an extremely polite delivery boy that was apologetic at having the wrong phone number which is totally understandable and acceptable and understood. Outside of that the fact I never received a phone call, not a single time, AFTER they verified my phone number and I was waiting where they told me to and then a half block away just to sit somewhere public... I appreciate their willingness to accommodate someone 1 block outside the delivery zone and I would tip accordingly... But what the heck is going on there. I have a call history with 4 phone calls to this Jimmy John's with not a single call to me. My friend didn't want Dominos... I guess they're possibly a safer bet. I still don't understand what happened. Everyone seemed intelligent and respectful, I'm just upset after waiting an hour and not getting food when I could have called another delivery or just went somewhere else and grabed something... On the final time I called them back and told them I wasn't waiting any longer, I was going home and wanted a refund. They did not argue they said they would refund. I feel this is as complete as I can get. Very disappointed in what is supposed to be quick and exacting service. I will say I'm giving it 2 Stars for their willingness to accommodate someone just outside of their reach by delivering to a public place and being so polite at receiving a call so late in their night (would have tipped ridiculously for a turkey sub). EDIT: credit card still charged after manager said the food would be refunded and not charged. I've been to this store four times. I really like their sandwiches; however, two of the four times they gave me the wrong order, and I didn't realize it until I got home. After the first boo-boo, I called and spoke to the manager who just apologized and said, "We'll get it right next time." To their credit, they did; but not the time after that.
