This location has lost Jimmy's my custom. I had ordered Delivery an hour before my wife was supposed to get up for work, when she got up and I still hadn't received my order I called and was told that I needed to pick up my order myself. I went down and asked why I had to come pick it up they said that they were having driver issues, I then demanded to know why I had to call to find out where my food was when my order had my number on it. I've been here a few times, and each time it's excellent service, speedy results with zero mistakes, and great tasting food. I like the app to earn points and freebies, the chip options, the simple dessert items, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. If I order delivery it never comes in a timely manner, let alone "freaky fast". It took almost a full hour to get my order and somehow the 5 minute drive took 25 minutes. They also never follow my instructions to hand my order to me and instead leave it on the ground to get wet and soggy in the snow and rain. Do not order from here. read more

For all the business this location seems to get, with surrounding businesses, industrial park, and hospital nearby, I have never had any difficulty waiting for my order. It's always ready to go at or before the time I request. I find taking advantage of technological advances, such as the JJ app, to greatly aide in this process. I mean, I get it. Sometimes I like to kick it 80's style too, but usually only in regard to music and movies. I may try this method with ordering food, but it seems a little outmoded. But you do you! Anyway, the #7 and #10 are truly artful interpretations of the classic sub sandwich. My sandwich life would be meaningless without them. Friendly service, fresh ingredients, delicious sandwich options. Much better than that one place who's former spokesman is now in prison and adds yoga mat foam to their meat. read more

I know staffing has been tough for everyone. I ordered lunch to be delivered at her junior high. JJ called to let me know the delivery would be possibly 20-25 minutes late. First of all, I appreciate the phone call. So many businesses don't take the time to let me know there is a problem. When they called I was able to explain that if they were late, my daughter would not have lunch. I was stuck in a Meeting and couldn't get anything there faster. They said no worries, we will leave right now and get it there asap. My daughter later called to tell me that she did have to wait just a few minutes, but the girl who dropped it off was so nice (she was worried she'd be grumpy that I was high maintenance ) I appreciate them hearing my individual concern and working it out. read more

FREAKY FAST, FREAKY FRESH in Kaysville! Finally stopped by the new JJ in West Kaysville yesterday. It's a nice addition to the area and I love it since it's close & convenient to home for me. Unlike the Little Caesar's next door, which I have previously reviewed (Not so Hot & Ready after all) this Jimmy John's really is FREAKY FAST. The sandwiches truly are put together in 30 seconds or less. As for the food, if you've liked other Jimmy John's, you'll probably like this new one in Kaysville. I had my regular - #9 Big Italian (Italian Night Club) Salami, capicola, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oil & vinegar, oregano-basil My wife had #17 Ultimate Ham BLT (Ultimate Porker) Bacon, lettuce, tomato, ham, mayo I'd highly recommend either one! I ordered the 18 piece for New Year's Eve and was shocked that it was poorly prepared. Basically they took 6 sandwiches and cut them into thirds. Whoever made them put only one slice of meat! I guess they were trying to skimp and they did just that. Go to subway or jersey mikes for better quality everything. So the owner messaged that I should look into other types of what they offered seeing that he bypassed the fact that it was poorly prepared meaning hardly any meat, so why would I want to give this company more business when they do not care about the quality. Maybe you should focus more on the way it was prepared with was only one slice of meat per sandwich that they cut into thirds why don't you look into that that your company is trying to skimp on quality and rip off customers read more

I hate writing bad reviews. But I did write a good review for the Jimmy Johns near Hill AFB that were kind enough to fixed my order from the Kaysville location. First I pulled up and no one is wearing a masks. I got a sandwich that had hard/old bread... and I had to tear off a good two inches of bread just to get to turkey. The worst part was my soda. I was given a Diet Coke instead of a normal coke. Frustrating experience. I hate inconsistency, so I hope they were just having a really bad day considering this is the closest location to my house. read more

I love jimmy johns, but this location can't seem to get it right. The convenience of the drive through makes this seem like the ideal location so I don't have to get my kids out of the car to order. However, they are struggling with making a correct order. Today, after 20 minutes of waiting which is not so freaky fast, they told me they were out of bread and that they'd have to make my sandwich on sliced wheat, no thank you. Last time, they forgot the extra sauce like I asked for (after clearly repeating my order just as I had placed it). And the time before that they put my extra toppings on my husbands sandwich. read more

We loved this place simply because as soon as we pulled up, Joey offered our dog a treat and was super friendly. Food was good and fast too.
