My group of four ordered multiple subs and the orders were mixed up/lost until we started questioning. Not sure why it was hard, but by the time it was all figured out, the hot subs were already cold. I would grab a sub here again if I really wanted one, but always would prefer the one closer to me that provides much more consistency.

Of course, my son had his lunch kit from school so he pulled it out (homemade pizza lunchable) and started to eat. I was nervous that the employees would tell me that's not allowed, yet they came by to give him a high-five and compliment him on his healthy lunch. They were so sweet to him!
