This is one of the best JJ's I have been to. Now half a dozen times. The bread! Dude how is it so dang good. ? Really ? But, the Totally Tuna, # 3 is soooo good. Now I'm not a huge fan of tuna fish as a sub but they do an incredible job with it, the chse, provolone in my case but cheddar is another option but quite a bit extra. I got the Giant for lunch and a later dinner nosh. $18.09 It's just a great location great staff and quick service that is wonderful. They have a great Italian as well. That's all I have had. Stopped in for a quick lunch to go. Staff was prompt and friendly. My sub was prepared quick and I was set. The restaurant was really clean. Noticed because this was just after the lunch rush and it looked like they just opened. The sandwich was very good and worth the price. read more

Sub was fine however their Ranch is NOT HOMEMADE!! It's the sour crap you get from the store. Saying it's homemade is false advertising

First off, they are VERY fast and I ordered online (which is a bonus). We picked it up with a 20% off coupon as well. Everything was easy and quick too! My only take-back is the tuna is often VERY bland, however, we did like the turkey a lot more! I also think pickles should be included with subs, I like it when others have sliced pickles to put on sandwiches. Everything is already pricey as is, pickles are typically not an expensive product (that is my opinion at least). Overall though, it is a good sandwich place with a large variety on their menu (turkey, tuna, ham, Italian, etc.). They deliver and offer pick up too, plus, it can be very easily ordered online. read more

This place hasn't had a delivery driver on shift the last 3 times I have called or placed an order on the app. For a business that touts it's "Freaky Fast" delivery, you would think they would routinely be able to deliver. The JJ app also lets you place an order despite not having drivers in store to deliver. read more

I've ate here an embarrassing amount of times. Jimmy John's is and always has been my favorite sub shops. With that being said I've never had horrible service or a bad sandwich at this location, but the standards here do seem to be lacking compared to other locations. It's never very busy yet I always have to wait several minutes at the counter inside or at the drive through before anyone even acknowledges me. The customer service just isn't there like it is with most other locations. Employees seem to be fairly friendly though when they do talk to you, but never seem to excited to be there. read more

A little disappointed this time. Waited 5 minutes or longer in drive thru behind a car that they allowed to order through window. Appears the driver ordered twice and waited for the subs. Then when I finally pull up, I still had to wait, they didn't add the onions I asked for and loaded my drink with ice when I asked for none. read more

Ordered a party platter from them, with a very specific order with some lettuce wraps for our Gluten free guests. They did a excellent job fulfilling our order and providing excellent customer service to us. It's been a seriously long time since I've come to any Jimmy John's. I decided to give it another chance and either it was just this location or the quality of sandwich has declined enormously. The veggie sandwich had three little slices of cucumber and tomato, a sprinkling of lettuce, and a barely noticeable smear of avocado spread. The cheese was adequate actually. There was some small semi hard brown chunk that I pulled out of my mouth I can only hope was just avocado stem...yuck. All for the low price of $5.75! No wonder I've preferred Subway for so long. HORRIBLE customer service. We have had multiple orders delivered incorrectly and let it go. Today my husband went through the drive through and got home with two incorrect subs. Completely wrong subs altogether. He called to ask if we could have the correct ones delivered and we would pay the delivery fee and they refused. It's their mistake and yet they wouldn't make it right. He is on his way to get the correct ones but this will be the last time we purchase from Jimmy Johns. While taking a road trip around the country I decided to stop at one of my favorite places, Jimmy Johns. As a previous employee in Florida, I knew that consistency is key, but apparently this is NOT the case at this location. The bread was over done and hard, the meat didn't taste normal, and my sandwich was made incorrectly. Additionally, the submarine artists were not welcoming or enthusiastic about their job. I was excited to see that jimmy johns was opening a store near us, being that the nearest one was about 15 minutes away. However, I'm second guessing myself due to the fact that they can't get an online order correct. I've ordered from their website about 6 times and about 4 of those have been wrong. Just today, I ordered two sandwiches, an Italian night club and a bootlegger. When I got home from picking up the sandwiches, the bootlegger was correct however the other one was a ham and cheese sandwich with cucumber, not an Italian night club. Another time I ordered 2 bootleggers and only one was in the bag. It has always been something off with the order.
