My wife ordered her Whopper without onions, and I ordered mine with heavy pickles and heavy onions (that's Burger King's term for extra toppings). The manager took our order and was friendly and courteous, although I didn't catch his name. Their ice machine wasn't producing ice, so I asked if he could grab some from the back, and he happily did. Since they weren't very busy, we had to wait a few minutes while fresh fries were cooked. Honestly, that was a bonus! The gentleman working the drive-thru handed us our food once the fries were ready, and he was just as friendly and polite. The fries were probably the hottest, freshest fries I've ever had from Burger King. They were excellent. My Whopper was made exactly the way I ordered it and was full of flavor. The only downside--and this seems true of just about every fast-food chain these days--is that the Whopper has definitely gotten smaller. It feels more like what a Whopper Jr. used to be, while prices continue to climb. One thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was.
