My orders are usually correct here, and the customer service is the best of all the locations I've visited.

Terrible Service. Terrible location. I love me some JJ's but I will not be getting it from this location.

The music was wayyyyy too loud. The "mayo" on my sandwich was so thin, maybe watered down. It made a giant mess.

We ordered from this store last night and the service was awful. Unclean and our sandwiches came an hour late. Totally unprofessional.

Not your normal beef stand with this cool of an interior groove. Had the hotdog and Italian beef. Poppyseed bun on dog was soft as a Twinkie and the dog was the real deal. It was portioned correctly. It just was very bland compared to what else you can get in Grand Rapids. The chili cheese fries also were not horrible but I wanna say they were great. It is just gas station cheese and chili from a can. Again, not horrible just nothing special. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this place but I also want to steer someone away either especially if you are drunk and at the bar across the street. I'm sure it tastes much better. That being said, I think it's a perfect restaurant for its location. There is not a ton of competition directly next-door or across the street. And technically, the Bar across the street has food of a similar quality however it is a nice alternative It's up to you. There's much better places in town for hotdog however, I would give the spot another shot to try the Italian beef. I have heard it is not excellent, but I have not had it Personally.

There was a lady who works there today that I remember seeing at the 28th street Burger King before. I'm not sure what her name is, but she had a platinum wig on today. Both of my experiences with her were unpleasant. We ordered two coke icee's and a large water. When we pulled up to the window, it was the woman with the platinum wig at the window, which wasn't the lady who took our order through the drive thru speaker. She gave us our two coke icee's, and as I was asking about the water, she slammed the window shut. Then, after she saw us waiting, she came back and said, "what are you guys waiting for?" Very rudely. I told her that I also ordered a large water, and then she told a coworker that they don't sell large waters and gave me a small water. It felt very disrespectful and very different to how all of the other workers there have treated me. I go to this Burger King often and everyone is usually so nice, so it was sad to see one person ruin that.

It eventually reopened, about the time BK ads were promising higher quality food, a better attitude, and Whoppers wouldn't have iceberg lettuce cores on them anymore. At first, it did seem to be better, but after a few months it just seemed like the old Burger King was clawing it's way back to the norm. Employees screaming at each other through the drive thru speaker, because they don't know the mic is on. Making you pull over in the drive thru, to wait for your order, even though you are the only car in line. Sandwiches that look like they were assembled with someone's feet. Lettuce that doesn't have even a faint shade of green. And so on, and so forth ... The more they tell you things are better, the more they stay mediocre....at best.

Not sure what the bright orange colors have to do with Bigfoot, but I liked it. This is an order and pay at the counter and they'll call you when it is ready. This is not fast food, everything is cooked to order. I ordered a Yeehaw Burger ($18). This is a 1/2lb Bigfoot Blend Burger, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Crispy onion, KC Style BBQ Sauce on a Brioche Bun. The meat is a blend of Brisket, Bacon, and ground chuck. The blend itself is excellent. I could definitely taste the brisket in the blend. The burger itself as a whole was very good, it just missed in one regard. The bbq sauce was not to my liking. They have a lot of options to choose from though. The fries that come with it are very good, nice and crunchy. The service was friendly and efficient. Overall a very solid 4 star review. Would I return? Yes, while it's not going to crack my top 5 in the area, it is a very good burger spot and I highly recommend a stop.

The lines have been super long but Nate stopped by one evening to grab us a three tender meal. I can't speak to the drive through experience as I wasn't there, but it seems pretty efficient and they have a couple lanes. The three tender combo is about $10 and the tenders were quite small. They were pretty crispy, especially for coming from a drive through 20 minutes away, so I was happy about that (previous tenders I've had from Raising Cane's were soggy). The fries were still warm and seasoned well, and I personally enjoy crinkle fries. The Sprite was crisp and they use that good pebble ice. I personally don't care for Texas toast, so I wish they had an option for more fries instead of toast. Overall it's a decent chain but not something I really need to go out of my way for.
