It's Jimmy John's, it's good, fresh, and fast. The service is fine, Yanna is great! The dining in is small, but it's what's to be expected for the TCU area. Over all, great and I'll definitely be back. read more

Great service, and great food! Will definitely be coming back to this location in Ft. Worth.

I love this place. The food never disappoints, the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich is to die for. The service staff is always in a good mood. The ambiance is the best place to study for classes or ensure enjoyment in every meal. read more

Great food even greater service the new toasted sandwich's kick ass. I will be back very soon!

W service the sandwiches were fire they were done quick and everyone was super nice inside

Great food. Amazing service. Lovely overall. Would definitely come back here, right next to TCU

Workers were very kind! I did not have to wait a while for my food and it came out fresh.

This place smells like a sewer!!! It was so disgusting that I suggested we just leave without waiting for our food even though we had paid for it. The person making our sandwich was very unkept with pants falling down and flashing chubby cheeks every time she turned around. Can you picture this? Still hungry? Nope! read more

This location is under new management, and I can tell a world of difference! The staff is helpful, friendly, and fast. I just found my new go-to lunch spot! read more

This place is always very kind to me. Each and every one of their staff is hard working and respectful. Best location in town.

I ordered from them on door dash. I avoid this jimmy John's because it just isn't clean and definitely are not the best JJ around. My door dash order took an hour and 15 minutes to get delivered. The sandwich was completely wrong, missing ham and they just put a random mustard in that isn't in the sandwich description. Avoid this Jimmy John's, don't waste your money!!! read more

AbsoLUTEly wonderful food. The service was excellent, and extremely speedy. The brunette one, I think her name is Sky, she was so sweet and helpful. I had a dazzling time! First time visiting a Jimmy John's, 10/10, I will definitely come here again. Sandwich was lovely too. xx read more

Don't waste your time or money. This is the second time I've had my sandwich delivered to the incorrect office suite in my building even though it's clearly stated on my order. I called and they said they'd bring me a new sandwich, but at this point I'm not sure if it's even worth it. read more

Absolutely worst jimmy john. The worst! Kids are working and eating from the sandwich bar. Not wearing gloves. 1 kid sneezed right on all the sandwich bar. If you want to test your immune system that's the place to do it. This store is located on Clifford street west of White Settlement. After witnessing the kid spraying his snot on the sandwich meat, lettuce, tomato etc. I Left quick. The other kids thought this was funny read more

Great food and service is always freaky fast. Restaurant is clean however the seating is closed and the restrooms are closed.

after i got my food i tried asking for a bag and while doing so the man making the sandwiches and the cashier started making out... i love this spot for lunch but this made me super uncomfortable read more

Pretty poor timing and they've gotten my order wrong multiple times. I'd recommend going/ordering from the location off of Camp Bowie. They are much faster and more accurate. read more

Peice of a glove i found in my sandwich. Manager did not take it very seriously. I am very disappointed and disgusted. Also i probably would have chocked if i had swallowed the glove. read more

Jimmy John's - a half eaten sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I love Jimmy Johns, and I'll definitely continue ordering from this location, BUT they need to step it up. Twice now when I have gotten a delivery they have messed up on my order by either forgetting ingredients on my sandwich and/or messing up my drink. They have always been willing to send someone back to correct my order, but these seem like minor problems that could be fixed prior to sending someone out to deliver the wrong order. Also, for a company that advertises its "quick" delivery, it seems to take them a very long time to bring me back the correct order. Also, another minor issue that my roommates and I have experienced over and over is that they never give us straws when we order drinks. These issues could be fixed with a bit more attention to detail. read more

After ordering tonight and receiving the WORST sandwich I have ever had, I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I ordered it at 8:45 PM and didn't receive it until 9:30 - so much for freaky fast. Also when I was eating my sandwich I found random non lettuce green substances that tasted awful. I don't know what they were but I saw it and it was gross. There was also not enough lettuce or turkey to cover the whole sandwich . Very very disappointed and angry. Waste of money. read more

I just....*sigh*.....love me some JJs. I probably order way too much delivery considered healthy for a socially-functioning adult. But when something so perfect just works, you don't mess with it. read more

I adore Jimmy John's, but the employees at this exact location(especially the blonde) are ridiculously rude. A friend and I came into the store to get drinks, but we decided to use the restroom first. The whole time my friend was using the restroom they were talking about us and making fun of us, so we decided to not give them our business and leave. Then when we walked out the blonde yelled "HAVE A GREAT DAY" very sarcastically. Very very rude, will not be coming back. read more

I love this sandwich place! Very fast delivery! Their sandwiches are always very fresh. It is an easy go to after a long day at work!

Unfortunately this Jimmy John's has gone downhill. I have placed numerous orders from them over the past six months as we recently moved here. However, within the past month they have gotten several orders wrong (forgetting extras like mustard, which I requested), and then today an hour had passed without my order arriving, and then I called to figure out what was taking so long and they stated that they had been trying to call me because my address apartment number was not on my order and they could not get a hold of me on the phone, so they went back. I questioned this with the employee because I utilize the app and have all of my information saved in there and have not had any previous issues. He said that he would take a look at the order, and then he comes back on the phone and says that he doesn't see my apartment number on the order. I said ok, well I do not understand that, that it must be the app or something, because I know I have it in there correctly. He comes back on the phone and says, "well we have nothing to do with the app", and that it's not their fault. He said "that is Jimmy Johns". I said, OK who do you work for? He says Jimmy Johns. I said, exactly, so you represent the company, maybe you should take responsibility. Well he gets to arguing again over all of this, and whether or not it is their fault, and I asked to speak to a manager. Then he said, well the manager is outside and unavailable. I said, ok well then go get him. Then the manager gets on the phone and basically repeats the same thing. So, I said to just forget it and give me my money back. He said, well I can get the order to you if you want. At this point we are trying to get our kids in bed, but I said if you think you can get it here in the next five minutes then go ahead. I get off the phone with him and then go check the order myself, and see clear as day our address WITH the apartment number on the address in the order. I call back up to the company and told them to forget it, that the apartment number is clearly on the order and that I do not care to do business with a company that is going to make excuses and lie, trying to put the blame on the customer, and then on the app instead of taking responsibility themselves. I am done with this Jimmy Johns. read more

The delivery time for the 2 sandwiches I ordered from a nearby location took 1 hour and 20 minutes! Extremely disappointed! When I called the store (3X), I was told it would be there in 2 minutes each time. This was not true. Jimmy John's has good food, but don't ask for delivery unless you are willing to wait this long. read more

First of all we indulge in far too many JJ sandwichiches in our household. But, this location has some MAJOR flaws. Management to start off. Poor staffing. I actually feel sorry for the brunt that is put on the staff by the management. My order last week took one hour and 30 min for delivery! After speaking to someone 4 times through that delivery period, I was promised my sandwiches, a refund AND credit on JJ account. Surprise, surprise-NO refund and when I called today to order (shockingly) there was ZERO credit on my account. Basically all the manager did on that day was lie and blow smoke. Pretty discouraging. I don't see this location sticking around long in the TCU community with those business practices. Get it together JJ! read more
