We are regulars here but I haven't tried a variety of the sandwiches. I almost always get the Vito, add hot peppers. I took 1/2 to my mother recently and she's still talking about it. My friend always get the Turkey. Not sure why we're so boring here. I guess it's because we don't eat it often enough to get tired of it and Italian subs are my favorites. The bread is good, unlike subway. Staff is fine here, I order online as they have some rewards in the app so not much interaction but the quality is very consistent. I have to say for a sandwich store Jimmy John's needs a lot of improvement. I have been here twice and felt that there is literally no customer service whatsoever. Wanted to say since it is close by maybe I could order from here more often. The overall amount of meat inside the sandwich is so little that I wouldn't even reccomend anyone to come here. I had a great experience at this Jimmy John's location with the service Diego provided.. I had not been to Jimmy John's in years but thanks to TikTok, I decided to give them a visit.. The store was very clean and Diego explained their rewards program to me which I ended up signing up for since it's free with a lot of perks... This review is strictly for unwich (lettuce wrap) ordered through their app. I've ordered several times from here and 4/5 times the lettuce wrap is perfectly wrapped! It's very hard to get it right as places usually fail because the lettuce rips apart or it lettuce is not big enough to contain the fillings. But jimmy John's got it down!! I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich which is supposed to come with: chicken, bacon, provolone, ranch, lettuce, onions and mayo. I customized the sandwich and removed the bacon since I don't eat pork, and added cucumbers. First bite into my sandwich and thought they gave me the wrong one so I opened it further to inspect and literally found 3 pieces of thumb sized chicken in the ENTIRE sandwich, a small piece of melted cheese, no onions, and no ranch. I almost LOL'd when I saw it, couldn't even be mad cause it was comical. Fool me once shame on you, cause you sure as hell won't fool me twice. Store has new ownership from a year ago. Their prices are pretty solid compared to Jersey Mikes. Closer to subway prices, but JMikes quality. Definitely becoming my lunch spot. Very clean restaurant compared to other places I have been. Manager told me toasted subs are coming in 2025 so looking forward to that. read more

I've seen on other reviews that this location is not known for its friendliness. I wouldn't say the workers are unfriendly but they are definitely very busy and just a bunch of young guys who want to get the job done. (Haven't seen any female workers the past 3 times I went). Two of the three times I've come here it was very busy and they HUSTLE. I am totally okay without having someone greet me and ask me how I'm doing if that means I can get my sandwich in 10 minutes or less when there are 10 people in front of me. COVID TAKE OUT REVIEW: Sadly all the locations near me closed so this is the closest one, but this is worth the drive and by far one of the better sandwich shops around here. Ordered online in their app and it was super easy and they even have a promo now of 20% off which is great because this is more money saved and less contact with people especially during these pandemic times. I ordered my fav Italian night club which I'll never get tired of. I just wish I ordered it with extra mayo because the mayo they use here is delicious, especially with their French bread. The food was ok. I ordered the little John #5.. I would have to say customer service was ok.. you don't feel welcomed when you walk inside the store. It's kind of a sad place to be. If you're in need of a quick bite, Jimmy John's will do the trick. There is nothing exceptional about their sandwiches as they are much like homemade sandwiches. So it's hard to justify the prices here for what you get. The last time I stopped by, I ordered the Turkey Tom sandwich and it was about $8 (without drink or chips.) However, I will say that it was a solid sandwich. I like that they include sprouts (optional), avocado, and use all-natural turkey breast. But again, for the price, I'd rather get something that I'm not able to easily make at home, so maybe I'll try a different sub next time. Just my honest opinion. I don't really like to leave negative reviews, but I've been to this location quite a few times and unfortunately they have literally never gotten my order right. Usually I order some kind of up-charge (avocado, bacon, extra meat, extra cheese, etc.) and they have ALWAYS forgotten to add it. I'm usually running to go, so I don't realize until I'm home and I usually just eat the charge. After this happening 3 or 4 times, I finally called about the issue. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was very kind, and said they could comp me a sub. I was supposed to give them my name the next time I came in, and they would be able to prepare it for me. When I went to redeem it, they said that they weren't able to comp me. Today I came in at 5 PM to order 5 giants (which I know is a pretty big order, but it doesn't seem SUPER unreasonable to feed our family of 6.) However, they said they weren't able to make it because they didn't have enough bread. I actually worked at a sub shop in the past, so I totally get it if you run out of bread at or near closing... but at 5 PM? Right at the beginning of the dinner rush?
