One. Slice. Of. Meat. Yes 1 slice of meat for almost $11. I also asked for pickles an tomatoes. I got two pickle chips and the smallest tomato slices ever. The bread was delicious and I received plenty of of lettuce but overall the sandwich was an embarrassment. I defiantly won't be back to this location. read more

Waited at the speaker for a few minutes, after saying hello 4-5 times someone finally answered. By the way nobody was in line. They said they were out of lettuce at the moment because they didn't get a chance to prepare it. As a sandwich place lettuce should always be prepared when it's getting low so you don't run out. So I've got some mixed feelings about this place. Eat here every time I come to Dallas and it has always been a great experience. Well I don't know what to say first time ordering delivery and it wasn't that fast...which is kind of there thing. This location is anything but freaky fast. Twice I've ordered for delivery. Once as asap, but nothing until almost an hour later and then 2nd time, I set a time for delivery, but no movement on the tracker until well past the set delivery time. The sandwiches themselves are hit or miss too. There were a couple times where I can say the tomatoes and cucumbers were a little more ripe and not as fresh. I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again, until they get their act together. It's a shame as I really do like JJ sandwiches, especially as a quick bite to eat. read more

It's close to an Urban Miracle- order online and fifteen to thirty minutes later you have a tasty, reasonably healthy sammy delivered for about $14. This store is horrible. Their website says they open at 10:30. Place an inline order at 10:41 for immediate pickup, it wasn't ready for another half hour. This is pathetic. I just want to give this Jimmy John's props for doing a great job executing on a mid-size order with semi-short notice. I got on their website late last night and put in an order for 10 people to be delivered this morning between 10:45-11am. I was half expecting a call saying they needed a little more notice or asking for clarifications or something. Nothing of the sort: I had a call right on the dot at 10:45, the earliest time within their delivery window, from the driver. He was coming in the gate and ready for me to meet him downstairs. They packed everything into a box that was really easy to carry and unpack, and everyone's names were clearly written on their respective sandwiches. The entire process was a breeze and I suggest we will start ordering from them on a far more regular basis in the future. Great job JJ! read more

The only reason i would even give this place one star is because of the girls behind the counter. OEC was closed, forcing me to pick this as a "quick" option... the tuna tasted like someone DUMPED sugar in it and there was hardly any. Now I remember why I haven't had Jimmy John's in years. I ordered a Vito sub for delivery with a pickle for lunch and had it delivered. While the delivery was fast, the sandwich was bad. First, it wasn't a sub. It was literally a sandwich - two slices of squished grainy "wheat" bread - no hoggie roll for some reason. I selected extra hot peppers but it was maybe 5 or 6 total peppers. Also, declined the onions and mayo, added hot peppers and mustard. I don't know how but it was one of the blandest sandwiches I've ever eaten. No flavor, no heat, no salty tangyness of the mustard or vinegrette. Ok, so I move on to the pickle. Same thing. While juicy with some crunch, it was also bland - no salt, no sour. I was so disappointed in my meal, I threw half of it away. It was that bad. The cherry on top is that I was in the bathroom every few minutes after I ate it. Never again. First time at Jimmy John's and with all the signage they have, I walked in expecting to be greeted. When I did enter, I said hi to the guy at the register and he acted like he wished he was any place else besides work. I spoke with the mayonnaise lady and she wasn't friendly at all. I ordered and sat at a booth and waited. I got the Gargantuan for $8.99. Sandwich definitely had a shit ton of meat on it. I am generally a very big fan of Jimmy Johns. Today I decided to order the Turkey Tom. This sandwich only comes with lettuce and tomato. I find it extremely difficult that she's onions and pickles are not standard on the sandwiches. I also find it extremely difficult to understand why Jimmy John's doesn't cut their 9 inch sandwiches? I normally give Jimmy Johns 4 to 5 stars but on this visit they barely get three stars. It is unlikely that I will order the Turkey Tom again because there needs to be more produce on it. read more

I have to say that I truly love these subs! I should say sub, because I have never ordered anything but a #9-Italian. I just can't make myself branch out because it is soooo good! I have never been to the location because I have the food delivered, but as they say, they are freaky fast and my order has always been correct. They do not overdo the condiments (in this case, mayo + avocado) and the lettuce and tomatoes are just the right amount. The bread is always fresh- as a matter of fact, I know some locations sell the leftover bread at night before they close, so you know that you are getting fresh bread every time! My only complaint would be that whenever I have gotten delivery from this location (it's new, I used to get delivery from the JJ's on Medical Center) they NEVER have napkins in my bag...grumble. This location lives up to its claim, being freakishly fast. Usually by the time you get your fountain drink, they'll have your sandwich ready. I usually get their Italian club or if I'm super hungry, the gargantuan. The place isn't the big though, and it gets packed at lunch time. I called to get a delivery order but was told that they no longer deliver to our location. After speaking with the manager and the owner I was told by the OWNER that he is willing to sacrifice the $$$ that we pay in on a daily basis as well as the tip's that we give to the drivers just because he doesn't want his drivers tied up for an extra 10-15 mins. I wanted the veggie sandwich but I did not want the huge one so I asked if they can make it as a slim and they did!! That was great.
