BYO Burger ($10.99) + Bacon ($1.50) + Caramelized Onions ($0.50) + Fried Onion Ring ($0.50) + Bodacious BBQ + Goat Chips ($2.99) = $16.48: This burger was better than the Firebird. My only gripe was that the fried onion ring had a harder texture than I would have liked so biting through it wasn't the best experience. The real star of the meal though was the goat chips. Perfect texture, nice and crispy with seasoning that was chef's kiss. My husband was absolutely addicted and said it was Michelin level. Firebird ($12.99) + Fried Egg ($1.50) + Avocado Spread ($1) + Onions ($0.50) + Side Salad ($6.49) + Balsamic Vinaigrette = $22.23: The salad came with no bacon and was very plain tasting. The chicken didn't seem fried to us and had no outer batter so it tasted more like it was baked. There was a slight heat to it and the taste was okay but if you're looking for a hot Nashville chicken sandwich this isn't it.

You pick your type of sandwich and protein, customize it with what you want, then hand your order to the cashier who rings you up and gets your order started. I tried the meatball sub and I have to say, it actually was good. I got the regular size for $9.50. The sub is a bit small but the quality was high. I was reasonably full but not stuffed at the end. Jersey Mike's subs are about twice as big for the same money. The sauce on my meatball sub was not acidic. I think I got 3 or 4 meatballs. The best part was the bread, which was very tasty. It was perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. It actually was one of the better meatball subs I have had and it exceeded expectations. I would definitely get it again. Add some chips and a drink you have yourself a pretty decent lunch. Now that I know what is Which, I would try it again.

Last time I came in, the service was solid, the store was clean, and everything worked -- which is exactly why I returned. This time around, the experience was noticeably different. The fountain drink machine wasn't working properly. Ice had to be grabbed from behind the counter, the drinks had run out of CO2, and when I mentioned it, nothing was done to help resolve the issue. I ended up having to purchase a tea and a bottled water after already paying for a fountain drink. No comp, no refund -- so I basically spent about $7 on one drink. That part was not acceptable. The salad bar wasn't very clean, and the ice cream machine was also down. While the service wasn't rude, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee just by ordering, which added to the frustration. Now for the good -- because there was good. I stopped in after spending time at a recovery business two doors down, and the food absolutely delivered. The chicken pot pie soup was made very well and tasted amazing. The Reuben sandwich with chips was also done right. Quality-wise, the kitchen clearly still knows what it's doing. This place earned my return because my first visit had excellent service and great food. I'm not giving up on it yet -- everyone has an off night. Stay tuned for round three.

My wife and I both ordered the same - pretty much a burger with no meat but I got cheese fries and she got normal. The staff builds gluten free orders in a separate station to prevent cross-contamination and the workers change their gloves. When bagging the order, they placed his order in its own bag. Which is great! My son could have had two of the double-double since it is lettuce vs a bun. He loved it and he mentioned the fries were good. As far as my grilled cheese with all the veggies, it was good and filling. The sauce is tasty. My cheese fries were good (it is American cheese slices on top and they melt it is an oven). It would be better to eat at the restaurant as it hardened by the time we got to my son's apartment. I like the fries overall but I don't love them, I thought maybe adding the cheese would be better.
