I gave been coming here for years to enjoy a burger with my attorney and share a bottle of wine (BYOB). This past Thursday was a failure, even after speaking with the owner. I will describe further. Problem 1:S o, burgers have always been our go to meals when looking for a burger place that allowed BYOB. When I went to the counter to order (12:52 PM), they had a laminated picture of a beautiful, new kimchee burger (see below). Described as spicy and the picture made it look like I would have a problem picking it up with both hands because it appeared huge. Now, looking at the picture below, you will see what I was served and it was very disappointing. Problem 2: We always tried to grab some desert and they had another laminated picture with banana pudding. The picture looked like I might be able to forget how sad the burger was. Not so. Look below and compare the advertising and the reality. Again, no comparison. Problem 3: As we were leaving, there was a man behind the counter watching us leave. I asked him if he was the owner and he said he was. I told him about the deception they were advertising and not delivering what was advertised. He turned his head away from me and smiled a "I pulled one over on you guys" kind of smile. He offered no words to make things better. And for that, we will not be coming back. As this establishment is huge on catering, I will feel sorry for any company that orders food from this company by looking at pictures they provide, knowing first hand that they will not get what they are being told will be delivered to them. BUYER BEWARE. To the owner, I did read your reply, a political correctness showing response, but not solving the problem. While ordering the kimchee burger, I had the laminated picture in my hand and told the employee "I want this." Now this goes to training the staff to listen and operate the POS in a correct manner. Again, play it as you wish, but no offer to make things right was made by you. When a catering sales person is showing pictures and options to a potential party, I hope that not too many find themselves being shorted in what they thought they were getting. I love coming here for lunch on my mondays in office. The food is always fresh and good, and it's super close to work. Everyone is pleasant and very accommodating, and I always have a good experience. My only complaint is that the bow tie pasta is only served as a side haha. The food here is amazing. They have lots of fresh options, and everything is made to order. My favorite things to order is the veggie panini (it's an off-menu item you can ask for) and the renegade. Their salads are also excellent. I have tried the sunshine and the orchard and both have excellent flavors that meld together and really deliver. The side salad looks small if you order the half but when you take it out of the bowl and put it on a plate you realize it's a good size, it's just packed really tightly in that little cup. There is no kids menu. They could offer half sandwiches that are cut into quarters with a carrot and Raisen salad or even a salad 1/2 the size of a side salad, for a reasonable price. It could even be printed on a little piece of paper and not on the main menu. But they don't have it. They do have a grilled cheese that tastes adequate and has great grill marks, but it's $8! And twice the size of what a kid would need to eat. It would be so easy to make a great little kids menu. My husband and I came here on our lunch break as we were searching for something healthy to eat amongst all the local fast food options. I have to say we were thoroughly impressed! The young lady at the counter was very friendly and the service was great. The food was amazing! The ingredients were fresh, well portioned, and flavorful. We had the Ceasar salad with chicken, soup of the day, and Southwest chicken sandwich. Everything was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back and recommend that others give this place a try. read more

This place had been highly recommended to me earlier this year. Stopped by today and they lived up to the recommendation. We had the big D burger, the orchard salad and minestrone soup. My pastrami sandwich was nothing to write home about, but it was good and the portion of fries was nice... his roast beef panini was smaller than he thought it would be and the side of pasta salad was kind of funny (we are large humans and it looked like a child's portion). The food here was great. I really like that when I walked in the place was nice and open and clean. I walked up to the counter and I was able to easily view the menu as well as I was able to talk to the manager regarding catering order for my job the next day he was extremely nice and just extremely helpful with getting the catering menu and getting me a card letting me know about the website and letting me know that whatever we needed to give them a call and he would make it happen. The food that I ordered came out extremely quick. I ordered a Panini and it was amazing. I have to say that I was not able to complete the sandwich which is great for me because I don't need to eat a whole sandwich but that just goes to the size of what the sandwich was. The Parmesan fries that came with the sandwich delicious you can tell that the Parmesan is fresh and the fries are fresh everything was hot when delivered to the table. I have to say that I was really excited about the service that I received from the moment that we walked in the door to the minute that we walked out. This is my first restaurant review, and I wouldn't bother if it were not for it being so darn good! A true hidden gem, the kind that you have driven by countless times without noticing it--probably due to the fact it is on a very busy stretch of J.W. Carpenter freeway where the traffic merges with I-35 southbound, and that is a point that requires you keep your eyes on the highway, not on the service road. It is just south of the Chevron/McDonalds on the service rd, as soon as you pass the gas station start looking for the Corporate Chef sign that sits out of front, high in the sky, on a pole. Once you have found it, you will be glad you did! From burgers, to paninis and club sandwiches, I have never had anything there that wasn't, simply put, roll your socks up and down good....and FRESH. Even the salads. i have probably had 20 some salads with a grilled (to each order) chicken breast sliced up on top (none of this pre cooked, dryed up stuff). Not once, and this is no exaggeration, have a ever found one item in my salad that looked like it was left over from the day before, not even close. And about that burger, I am not sure where they get their buns at, but it has to be a top drawer bakery somewhere close by, as they are always fresh, and a cut above the average--as is the meat they use for the burgers. Everything seems like a great value, how they do it and not lose money is beyond me, probably because they have developed a thriving catering business, which is a good thing--because I understand that this restaurant (open 11am-2pm) was opened because they were going to be there anyway preparing their catering jobs. My office moved locations and freshella quickly became my "go to" for lunch. Everything was great and I was trying so many different options, they were all delicious. As I became more of a regular things started to get sloppy. Meals were not prepared correctly and once they even forgot to put meat on my sandwich (huge bummer bc I brought my meal back to my office and didn't want to drive all the way back). I am picky so I asked for things removed a lot, but lately I every time I ask for a removal it's usually still there I would suggest checking your meal before you leave, AND double check if you called ahead. Another bummer is that they raised their prices!! A salad with protein now costs over 11$!! All and all the food is good and fresh, but make sure you check out your dish before you dig in, and get ready for a price increase. read more

If you work near this place (Mockingbird-Regal Row area), you know it is not easy to find a decent place to eat. I love their sandwiches ever so much! My favorites are the Big BLT (with the fried eggs) and the Turkey Melt! I always call in my order which only takes 10 minutes. Perfecto! I like the occasional chocolate brownie but wish they skipped on the nuts. I still need to try their burgers and salads, but I have only heard good things. Keep it up y'all! read more

So I work in a pretty industrial area with not really any restaurants (besides chains) around so I was excited to try this place. It's normally a corporate catering place (been in business 18 years) and they decided to open it up during lunch hours to serve salads, hamburgers and sandwiches. There are a few tables you can sit at and watch them cook in an open air kitchen. So I ordered the Greco salad w/ grilled chicken, basically a Greek salad. First off, they left the feta cheese off my salad, and there were only two black olives. Now it seems my Greek salad has transformed into "just a salad." The other topping were a little skimpy (two cherry tomatoes, two cucumber slices). The only thing that was generous was the lettuce, chicken (which was pretty good) and croutons. However, everything was fresh and good. I will try this place again since it's close and hope for better results next time. read more

This is my go to lunch spot after a tough workout. Great, healthy salads with large portions of grilled chicken that is moist and tender. The chicken salad is also delicious, so I often get double protein. All the ingredients are fresh, and the staff is friendly.
