The problem is they yell, yes yell, at you if you ask them if it's ready after a reasonable amount of time. Even if the estimated time on Uber Eats pick up says it's ready. But if you don't ask, you're left waiting for 45, 60, 75, 90 (!) minutes all the while in the restaurant physically sitting there while they yell at you to calm down even if you're asking politely and then your food is totally cold staring at you sitting on their internal shelf behind the counter. They need to fix this. Either put the food out AT the counter with the name already on the tag, it's already on there, or stop being such jerks when people ask after 10 or 15 minutes have passed after the order. It's insane and completely mindboggling and inefficient how they operate. And absolutely rude. It drives loyal customers and new customers away. We all talk about this.
