What stood out to me wasn't the wait it was the exceptional customer service. A gentleman (I'm not sure if he was the manager or owner) kept apologizing for the wait and even offered me a free cookie for the inconvenience. I politely declined since I'm not much of a sweets person, but the gesture itself meant so much. I've always chosen Jason's Deli because the food is consistently great and the customer service has always been excellent, but today they went above and beyond.
