Wet floor signs in place which was good cause it definitely was wet!! So place our order we got the Jamaican jerk sandwich it was decent i asked for no tomatoes definitely got tomatoes my boss asked for no onions he definitely got onions! But i give the sandwich a 7/10 i got a side of mac and cheese blah 3/10 a cup of potato soup 9/10 fries instead of chips with the sandwich I'll Give those 10/10!!! They don't have ketchup i suppose!! Now customer service!! Well again they didn't get the order right but i will give it a 5/10 as we dined in the phone rang the whole entire time until 8:58 then some lady walks in pissed because it was her who had been calling she walks in while she's calling and asks why no one has picked up her call when they can clearly hear the phone ringing and it wasn't busy for them not to be able to pick up! Guy at the register seem uninterested in the complaint which is kind of bothering because she was a delivery driver which effects her service

Fortunately for us Dua Pie was the closest and I'm glad it was! The decor is very open and there's a loooong table in the center of the room for seating as well as a few booths on one side of the room. Evalyn was very helpful with these first timers and explained the options for us. We ended up going with the Calzones and they were fantastic! Stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, sauce, and sausage. The dough is crisp yet still maintains a good chew too! Delicious, upbeat, and just a wonderful place...we'll definitely be back!

I came in at 345 in the afternoon (no one was there) so they were not busy. Giving her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day, but please do not pass your bad day onto me. I also got an Oreo brownie for dessert which was soft, rich in chocolate, and everything I hoped it would be.

As it turned out, the sandwich was Great but the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. In fact I would probably give this place 5 stars and may go back there again except for the way I was treated by your rude cashier Tonya. Melissa wrote her review about this same issue 6 months ago and customers are still experiencing the same rude service so I guess bad service does not matter to this place.

In almost 15 minutes, the bartender didn't look up and around or acknowledge me, despite walking right in front of me multiple times. I finally got his attention and placed an order for a sandwich and drink. 45 minutes later, when I got his attention again he told me there was only one person in the kitchen so they were really behind. Indeed, in the hour I was there I saw only a small number of plates of come out of the kitchen. I had him cancel my sandwich and left, since there was no indication if or when my order would be ready. One way to ruin goodwill with customers is no service or long delays without any communication. All it takes is letting customers know if the kitchen is going that poorly to set expectations and let customers make informed decisions. Unfortunately, that's ultimately what created my poor experience at the Cedar Rapids Quinton's.

There were two friendly ladies on and the lunch crowd was coming in and out. I had a fountain root beer. Potato salad - loved it. Properly named as it had more potatoes than onions. Mayo and vinegar based which I had never had. I LOVED it. If you don't like vinegar, you may not like it but I recommend at least trying it. It's GOOD. Mac n cheese - it was slightly spicy and had a touch of herb flavor. I didn't see cayenne in it or taste jalapeños so it must've been something else. It had the right amount of cheesy gooeyness that all Mac n cheese should have. It was good. Mega Loosie - a tasty loose meat sandwich. I had ketchup, mustard and onion on it but there were other toppings. I'm sure it would be good with some sriracha or jalapeños on it as well. It felt like a family cookout with the food choices. The cooks were friendly and service was fast. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and will 100% return. Highly recommend.
