The people that work here are very unfriendly and rude. I had to go to bathroom worse than I ever have and stopped to have lunch. Granted I didn't come in with a mask and I understand how people are treating this so I asked if I could use the restroom first and then go get my mask as I was the only person in the store and I would keep at least 10 feet between me and anyone else. The scolded me and sent me packing. So then I went right next-door to Neutra sport where nobody was wearing a mask and they warmly invited me in and let me use the bathroom. read more

First the person at the register was about as friendly as department of corrections officer in a max security prison. As I had never patronized this brand I was unaware of the process. Fortunately, my relative who knows the process explained. Unfortunately, no one told me the put mayonnaise on every sandwich. I ordered a #7 mayo on salami ech! The prep is behind stainless steel panels and you can not see them assemble your sandwich. The bread is not as good as Jersey Mikes. So I guess one and out I'll return to Subway or our local grocery story which makes a very decent sub. read more

Freaky fast is right! They don't waste time getting your order ready here. From the time you walk in and order, grab your food and leave you're probably in and out of here in under 3 minutes. Ingredients are always fresh, they sell day old bread ((should you need it) and the employees are friendly. They don't offer whole grain bread in hoagie bun form for their 'slim' options, but you can get multigrain in regular sandwich bread form. Yay! J.J.'s caters, too! read more

This is my favorite sub place. The bread is awesome and so are the meat/veggies/cheeses. All of the sandwiches have creative names, and somehow this makes it more fun to order. Boyfriend is a Hunter Club (#10: 1/4 pound of medium rare roast beef, provolone, lettuce, tomato, & mayo), but my stand by is #5, the Vito with hot peppers! (Genoa salami, capicola, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, Italian vinaigrette) but sometimes I mix it up and order a #12, Beach Club (turkey breast, provolone cheese, avocado spread, sliced cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, tomato, and mayo). I don't know what it is about their sandwiches, but they are simply super tasty. They also have the BEST BBQ potato chips and keep to their word about being "freaky fast"; today I got an order to go and from the time I walked into the door to the time I walked back out was about 3 minutes! read more

Come here all the time. The staff is courteous and they start your order even before you pay. So you have your sandwich before you can even make it to the drink machine sometimes. The food is worth the money, as it is better than any other sub place I've tried. I even had one of the staff memorize my order, so when ever I would come in he would be like: number nine and a cookie? Food this fast, easy, and delicious is hard to come by. read more

I have had multiple ongoing issues with delivery from this location. Example - I order for delivery, an it took 83 minutes to get here. I live 2.3 miles away. Freaky Fast? Ha! Staff aren't too friendly either. On top of that, the driver put my order on the front steps tucked in the corner, right below a sign that says "DO NOT LEAVE ON STEPS, I CANNOT EXIT THE BUILDING IF YOU DO THIS". How do you even do that unless it is intentional?? I specified to leave the order on my porch and to call upon arrival. Well, I never got a call nor did they leave it on the porch. Oh! And let's talk about missing items! How do you remember to include the straw, but forget to include the drink? Really, how does one forget? I've had issues with this location so often, simple issues, like not following instructions, mistakes in the order, missing items, just simple simple simple stuff. For me to have to pay for the awful delivery experience is aggravating, considering how bad of a job they do. 1/5, don't order for delivery from here ever. They always find some way to be incompetent about it. To be honest, I don't think my hat I will be ordering or going to Jimmy John's for a long time. Usually had pretty great service at this store but today when I specifically asked twice for extra peppers and was confirmed that order, I drove all the way home (expecting the usual correct order), unwrapped my sandwich and had literally 4 peppers on the entire thing. It didn't help that the guy said, "here you go dude", when he handed me the sandwich. read more

I love Jimmy Johns but this location has terrible service. I have never even written a negative review on Yelp before but the manager here was so rude to me while I was placing my order that I had to hop on here and comment. We ordered 15 subs for a meeting. I called in at 10 for a noon delivery. I had to call them at 12:10 because they were not here, and they had not left yet. I gave them 2 hours notice for delivery, now employees are trying to hurry up and eat cause we only get so much time. Our company orders a bunch from them, you would think you could be on time read more
