Very nice establishment. Nicely updated parking lot for customers to the West of the building. There is also parking on the side to the East of the building. Modern sleek design. I love their logo and product. They do a very nice job overall, this location was no exception. Also, good service. Was pretty quick. I've had nothing but good experiences here. This location has a drive through and they've gotten my order out quick each time. The employees helping me out were wearing their masks properly and there was various covid safety precaution signs throughout, which was great to see. My order is simple as I order the number #11, the Country Club on french bread. Instead of tomato, I add cucumber and it's the perfect sandwich when on the go. The bread was fresh and they were actually really generous with this size. I always have to grab a bag of their BBQ chips because they are the BEST. Can you please start selling these in the store so I can selfishly have them all the time??? One thing that would be helpful about this location is to have more parking nearby. It's hard to get to the door because you have to cross the drive through traffic and there isn't a sidewalk there. I do however understand how hard is to have that space, especially being right off Cermak road. Oh well, keep it up team! read more

I placed an order for delivery through the app over an hour ago and it still has not arrived. It supposedly went out for delivery 34 minutes ago. I live like, a mile away. When I call, just a busy signal. This is why I will not leave a decent tip until receiving my food. If I was willing to wait 1.5 hours for food, I wouldn't have ordered from Jimmy John's. read more

This location is amazing. Very fast and never crowded. I went there tonight and didn't catch his name but the young man who severed me at the drive-thru was very pleasant and knew his stuff. This location is great in my eyes, as it is never overcrowded. The staff is great, as they are always pleasant and efficient. My order is ALWAYS correct and they make your order FAST. Everything there is clean and orderly, and the location size is just right (not too small, not too big). The delivery guys are great as well, I've never had a problem with them. My only concern would be the volume of the music. While my daughter and I absolutely LOVED hearing music from the '80's (make sure you go on a Tuesday or Thursday, where the radio station plays 2 80's songs back to back!!), we had a problem with how freaking LOUD the music was. There were times we could barely hear each other over the music. That's just entirely too loud, especially when those Van Halen and Motley Crue guitar solos come on. There is NOTHING FREAKY FAST about this location ever! I go there in drive thru at least once every two weeks.....BUT TODAY, OMG - I get the same thing - Hunters Club - the meat was dark and stringy, the wheat bread was HARD. I FELT like I got leftovers! They are busy with deliveries, yes, but then close the drive thru temporarily during lunch - I was LATE getting back to my job after a 2 minute wait! It was a freaky sandwich, made too fast WHEN I got to the window. I wont go here again as a regular!!!! read more

Wow! So I ordered online and my delivery guy was kinda rude. He didn't look all that happy walking in (delivery was to a business right across the street). Then he rolled his eye at me and faintly searches his pockets after I asked him if he had a pen to sign the receipt he just handed me. Taking the time to review this JJ location because I watched a teenage employee meticulously scrub at a tile wall with a Mr. Clean magic eraser for the entire 30min that I had lunch there. WHILE smiling and chatting with his fellow employees, all of whom were extremely friendly, polite, and quick. This place is pretty fast when it comes to getting sandwiches done. Whether it's drive thru, walk in, or phone in they get it done. The place is clean and there's plenty of tables available. If you're heading west on cermak it's easier to access, it's a circus if you're heading East bound and want to get in. Super friendly and hard working staff got our on line order ready for pick up because UNFORTUNATELY they don't deliver to Stickney yet. Drive through is always quick. The people are polite and attentive. If they don't I understand what you asked they'll ask for clarification instead of guessing which is a plus! and so far my order has always been 100% correct. Great job guys read more
