Instead of doing the work I asked for, they convinced me to let them replace all the brakes, even though they themselves had done the other side just seven months ago. The pricing was already higher than expected, but what really pushed it over the edge was the added 3% credit card fee. When I questioned it, I was told it was a fee from the credit card company. That is simply not true. It is a fee they chose to pass on. Be honest about it. Customers can handle the truth. We do not appreciate being misled. On top of that, the attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. If you are going to charge premium prices, at least treat people like they matter. I walked away feeling overcharged, talked down to, and frustrated. There are plenty of auto shops around Richfield. This is not one I would recommend.

I was told I needed 4 new tires for around 7 hundred... cheapest tires they had. Fair enough. Asked for a Freon recharge but said it would be 268 because they had to run a diagnostic with dye. Couldn't fix my dashboard light as they said would have to take it my dash apart to fix and I would have to bring it back in. I ended up getting a basic oil change non synthetic which was more expensive then Jiffy Lube. Took it to another mechanic in same area.. the charged me a total of 145 dollars for all repairs. Finally they pretty much ignored me when I came in to pay for oil change. Shop around folks.

We have brought two Facebook marketplace used cars to them for an assessment before we bought them. One time we went through with the sale and another time we decided not to buy it because it needed too many repairs and the purchase price was too high. Often they are booked this week but you can get an appointment for next week. Often you drop off the car between 7-9 am and then pick it up between 5 and 5:30. They have a couple of old loaner cars that they can let you borrow for the day if you request that and are a trusted customer. They earnestly try to solve the problem and save you money. They have also helped us decide when a car was no longer worth fixing. Pete retired but Dan is still there and Anthony, Ben, and Bill have the same good values. They have helped keep our family going. We are thankful for them.

They always do a good job of explaining things to me, without making me feel like an idiot, and don't try to trick me into unnecessary services. The latest example was when my car wouldn't start in the driveway. I had T&T tow it to their garage and perform a 1.5 days testing it out. They ran several tests and plugged in the computer scanner, without finding any issues. The service tech, George I believe, insisted on keeping it overnight to see if trying to start the car in the morning made a difference. There wasn't anything he could determine and the car started just fine for him (of course) and has been running smoothly for me the past couple of days. He also advised me to hold off on some non-critical repairs I had scheduled for a couple of weeks, to see if this non-starting issue came back. I really appreciate that, because if the starting issue comes back and is serious, I would be disappointed if I had paid for a couple of control arms to be replaced... That's what I appreciate about T&T, they're super honest and have given me good repairs that don't break the bank (no unnecessary fluff).
