However, I had questions and tried to followup with the operations manager who was very unprofessional, lied to me multiple times, yelled at me, then tried to gaslight me into thinking he had addressed my concern. I followed up with Thurston County, who time stamps all electronic communication to verify and received proof that he lied. I called again and he yelled at me again so I hung up. I called back to speak to the owner of the business and he essentially said he didn't really care and he "trusts" him. So I paid over a grand to a company to be treated like shit and lied to. Initially, Sterling told me that there would be no one available until Monday morning, but offered me info on another company if I wanted to check with them instead. But then, within the hour, they figured out a way to get the last of their guys who was still out in the field over to my place for a diagnosis. Guy was here in under an hour. What's more, to make sure everything was well and truly addressed, the boss himself stopped by on his way to a birthday party to offer a little oversight, hands-on assistance, and some on-the-job staff training. Sterling ended up pumping my tanks, which was fine, but there was no charge for the extra service call, which was even better, and everything was resolved by 6:00 PM. These folks could have easily said, sorry, can't do anything until Monday, and I would have understood.
