I understand holiday weekends are busy and places can be short staffed, but when you know you're going to be slammed, employees should be prepared to handle it professionally instead of taking their frustration out on paying customers. FOOD: Delicious food here! Large menu too. Good clam chowder -- I only got a small cup but it was generously clammy. My grilled shrimp was good but usually most places can get that right. The asparagus side was cooked just right -- still had that crisp to it. However, the show stealer was hubby's pecan snapper. It was a big portion. The fish was also thick with a nice thin breading. Really dang good. I don't often grab dessert but I'm a fan of key lime pie -- their version did not disappoint. Delicious. KIDS FOOD: One of the best kids menus I've seen in a while. We placed our dinner order and then waited another hour and 45 minutes without receiving any food. By this point, it was 10:30 p.m., and our daughter had already finished eating and was exhausted. Our waiter, Kalen, was actually very polite, energetic, and apologetic throughout the night.
