We like it okay, but isn't our favorite pizza. It is always very clean & the staff is okay. We have not been in a in a long time.

I came to visit from San Antonio and this has been the worse Pizza Hut I've been too. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get pizza, I finally had enough and canceled my order. Organization in this establishment needs to be improved as it seems like they were not organized, there was 5 workers and none of them came to the front, to greet or check on anyone's orders. They were all hiding in the back. I ended up getting a refund because waiting 2 hours for pizza is ridiculous. read more

Good service, and the pizzas were great. The workers who served us were really nice, and the pizzas were made in no time.

It's usually understaffed. The day manager, latino guy with mullet, is always very rude, and full of smart comments. No one is ever up front to greet you, you might as well sit and wait. Awful! Ordered 5:32 and the pizza and the 10 total fries arrive at 7:17pm. All the food was cold and had to microwave our pizza, threw the fries away. Called to complain and talked to a person in another Country who tried to contact the store and got no response. Customer service was not able to do anything from the Corporate Office. i've always liked Pizza Hut, however, I picked up some food the day before Thanksgiving. A pizza and some wings. The crust was absolutely horrible and was like cardboard. The wings, they said all they had for those was ranch dressing. The people there are very nice but the food quality is horrible. Not like any Pizza Hut I have ever been to. So disappointing. We asked for crushed tomatoes for the sauce (one of the options)onions and extra mushrooms... paid $6 for toppings. when we received our pizza it definitely did not have extra mushrooms on there. Would not come back here again. $20 for a pizza that wasn't made the way we had requested is pretty upsetting. I attached a picture of our pie - would you say this is extra mushrooms?? I usually do not bother to write any bad reviews but in this case it's warranted. Horrible customer service from the start. Originally it was supposed to be an hour and 45 minute wait which I anticipated before I ordered being it's a holiday weekend. That turned into 3 hours and the pizza was cold when delivered. I understand we are all struggling to find and hire good employees right now but a simple phone call to explain why they were running late would have avoided this review. My call to the store, that went thru multiple call centers was a disappointment as the manager had a very poor response. I am so disappointed because this pizza used to be the best!! Over the past several months we have given this Pizza Hut so many chances to do better, but something always seems to be wrong. Lately it's like the hand tossed crust is either not fresh or it doesn't rise correctly. I don't know what it is, but it's not soft and delicious like it used to be. It honestly tastes similar to CiCi's buffet pizza (which I enjoy if that's what I'm going for, but Pizza Hut is quite a bit more expensive so I expect higher quality!) The last time my husband ordered a stuffed crust, and there was something wrong with the cheese. It had a texture like cottage cheese and didn't taste good at all. I would have given one star, but we just got the Stuffed Garlic Knots and those are really good!! So that added a star. read more

First time ordering pizza from this location. I ordered 3 large hand tossed pizza 1 supreme , 1 pepperoni and 1 meat lovers, 2 salads and 12 piece wing. My order gets picked up by a family member they leave to get drinks at heb nearby checked the pizza and Pizza Hut gave them a EMPTY pizza box! They tell me so I call Pizza Hut back to tell them what happened they send me to the manager jennifer. Her Customer service was very poor! I explained to her what happened and told her if I can get some money back or get a free pizza my Order total was 84 dollars! She proceeded to tell me that she can re make my pizza I said ok will I still be getting some money back or something free she told me "I'm already re making your pizza" Rudely at that. After I told my dad who got the pizza he went back and explained what happened to a different employee and they gave us free cinnamon rolls. My other pizzas were cold the wings were horrible cold had a bad after tase as well. I don't like to give bad reviews but I wanted to share my experience. read more

The front desk/cashier/waitresses here are super attentive, really nice, and seem to enjoy helping out all the customers. Even to the point they memorized our names. I love going to places that have this type of customer service. It's Christmas Eve so apart from the $5 tip I put on my to go order. I am going to give them $50 each before I leave. We had pizza delivered from here. The pizza was not very good. Would recommend trying a different place first.

So like every other delivery place they always forget something. My food got delivered and I realized they forget my drink, so I call and they said they'd send it my way. But despite living less than two minutes away from this Pizza Hut it's taken a half an hour to get my drink and I'm still waiting. Really good service and food. I always look at the salad bar especially in a Pizza Hut to see how well they are taking care of thee food. The a salad bar was very clean with fresh lettuce even later in the evening. The sandwiches were very good and the salad ingredients were fresh. Definitely a nice Pizza Hut. read more

Great food and service. My husband and I ate here just after checking into our hotel. It was around 4pm Sunday. We had the place to ourselves. Our waitress was extremely pleasant and attentive (not overly attentive). We had pizza and wings. Both arrived quickly and delicious. I was looking forward to the salad bar but it was empty. Their air conditioner was broken and it was super hot in the restaurant. The waitress did aim a little box fan at us and that helped some. The music was at a nice level and the restaurant seemed clean. I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. read more

Friendly staff. We ate the lunch buffet and were pleased they had veggie pizza. You have to ask for the complimentary side salad. Pasta was good, Alfredo. Not sure what all the low ratings are about. This is Pizza Hut, not Grimaldis or Panjos. They were open, the website is easy to use, they had our pizza hot when we got there, and they cooked it to order (my wife is vegan and my daughter is vegetarian). This is the most laziest lousiest pizza hut that ive ever eaten. The pizza hut is about 15 mins from my house and I went outside to wait for them (my address is hard to get to) and I kid you not I waited for an hour outside, at night, in the rain. We finally decided to call them and asked where they were and they said that they couldn't find the address, and that they tried calling. I had no missed calls from them and they kept refusing to bring me my food. Finally, after 30 mins, they showed up with my food and I asked for a pepperoni pizza and they gave me cheese.
