Pizza hut out did themselves tonight, pizza was delicious and the delivery driver Shannon was amazing and one of the best!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CLOSING, what you order online you won't get when you pick up! basically left overs! and they will not contact you to let you know when they don't have a item available. Service was good, was it just a bad night for them? or is this often? read more

We ordered on the app 30 minutes ahead of time and when we got to the location to pick up the order they gave us the wrong order at first and we had told them this is not our order. Then the worker walked to the back asked everyone what happened and apparently they misplaced the order and someone else had received our order. Of course it's not the other customers fault but how could the employees mess up 2 order not only did they mess up our order but they gave somebody else the wrong food now we are sitting here waiting 20 minuetes waiting for them to remake our order thanks Pizza Hut yet after that the employee proceeds to open the box that visibly was not another pizza genuinely if they can't get this right then they don't need the job p read more

The waitress was rude as hell, the place and water smelt like sewer, the food was absolutely horrible, the tea and doctor pepper tasted absolutely horrible they didn't have unsweet tea but had sweet this place was absolutely horrendous. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK my sister threw up before she even left the restraunt!!!!! The place was dead I guess it should've been a sign! read more

We like it okay, but isn't our favorite pizza. It is always very clean & the staff is okay. We have not been in a in a long time.

Friendly staff, pizza was tasty and not as oily as I've received in the past WINNING RED caught my eye and has to take pics of the cleanliness. They all were approachable and customer service friendly. It was much appreciated read more

Pizza Hut - Front - Pizza Near Me - Rockport, Texas

Edwardo and Jeremy are fantastic. The food was great.... You need to visit when you're in town.

I came to visit from San Antonio and this has been the worse Pizza Hut I've been too. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get pizza, I finally had enough and canceled my order. Organization in this establishment needs to be improved as it seems like they were not organized, there was 5 workers and none of them came to the front, to greet or check on anyone's orders. They were all hiding in the back. I ended up getting a refund because waiting 2 hours for pizza is ridiculous. read more

Good service, and the pizzas were great. The workers who served us were really nice, and the pizzas were made in no time.

It's usually understaffed. The day manager, latino guy with mullet, is always very rude, and full of smart comments. No one is ever up front to greet you, you might as well sit and wait. I waited for half an hour only to find my order was in the warmer the whole time. I will take my business to Domino's. read more

0 Stars!! The worse Pizza Hut ever! Raw pizza and the worse customer service! And who in their right mind made Rob the GM! He was absolutely worthless when we addressed our issue! This pizza was raw to the point where we couldn't even grab a slice! But according to Rob, this is good eats! Health Dept needs to pay a visit to this place! read more

Great food, service was good. We had pizza and bread stick. We enjoyed it there. The place was very clean and quiet.

Awful! Ordered 5:32 and the pizza and the 10 total fries arrive at 7:17pm. All the food was cold and had to microwave our pizza, threw the fries away. Called to complain and talked to a person in another Country who tried to contact the store and got no response. Customer service was not able to do anything from the Corporate Office. Terrible experience. read more

Friendly staff. Lousy pizza. We asked for crushed tomatoes for the sauce (one of the options)onions and extra mushrooms... paid $6 for toppings. when we received our pizza it definitely did not have extra mushrooms on there. Would not come back here again. $20 for a pizza that wasn't made the way we had requested is pretty upsetting. I attached a picture of our pie - would you say this is extra mushrooms?? Update: pizza was not cooked and was not made with the crushed tomato sauce. read more

i've always liked Pizza Hut, however, I picked up some food the day before Thanksgiving. A pizza and some wings. The crust was absolutely horrible and was like cardboard. The wings, they said all they had for those was ranch dressing. The people there are very nice but the food quality is horrible. Not like any Pizza Hut I have ever been to. So disappointing. I hope someone can see this and do something about the pizza quality. The crust in particular. read more

I usually do not bother to write any bad reviews but in this case it's warranted. Horrible customer service from the start. Originally it was supposed to be an hour and 45 minute wait which I anticipated before I ordered being it's a holiday weekend. That turned into 3 hours and the pizza was cold when delivered. I understand we are all struggling to find and hire good employees right now but a simple phone call to explain why they were running late would have avoided this review. My call to the store, that went thru multiple call centers was a disappointment as the manager had a very poor response. I'll stop here but surely will not spend any money at this location going forward. read more

The food was absolutely disgusting! It tasted and smelled like soap. We spent $30 to not eat anything. The service always was not the best. We drove in from out of town today looking for something good. But this was not it. read more

Ordered online. Was supposed to be ready at 8:55. We show up at 9:20. It's not ready. Going to be another 45 minutes. Hadn't even started it. Said "sorry there are 8 other people in front of you". I think this is very poor management. It is not a holiday week end or we could understand. This isn't my first time having problems with them. If it was I would not leave a review. It's always something. read more

I am so disappointed because this pizza used to be the best!! Over the past several months we have given this Pizza Hut so many chances to do better, but something always seems to be wrong. Lately it's like the hand tossed crust is either not fresh or it doesn't rise correctly. I don't know what it is, but it's not soft and delicious like it used to be. It honestly tastes similar to CiCi's buffet pizza (which I enjoy if that's what I'm going for, but Pizza Hut is quite a bit more expensive so I expect higher quality!) The last time my husband ordered a stuffed crust, and there was something wrong with the cheese. It had a texture like cottage cheese and didn't taste good at all. I would have given one star, but we just got the Stuffed Garlic Knots and those are really good!! So that added a star. read more

Pizza Hut - two slices of pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Rockport, Texas

First time ordering pizza from this location. I ordered 3 large hand tossed pizza 1 supreme , 1 pepperoni and 1 meat lovers, 2 salads and 12 piece wing. My order gets picked up by a family member they leave to get drinks at heb nearby checked the pizza and Pizza Hut gave them a EMPTY pizza box! They tell me so I call Pizza Hut back to tell them what happened they send me to the manager jennifer. Her Customer service was very poor! I explained to her what happened and told her if I can get some money back or get a free pizza my Order total was 84 dollars! She proceeded to tell me that she can re make my pizza I said ok will I still be getting some money back or something free she told me "I'm already re making your pizza" Rudely at that. After I told my dad who got the pizza he went back and explained what happened to a different employee and they gave us free cinnamon rolls. My other pizzas were cold the wings were horrible cold had a bad after tase as well. I don't like to give bad reviews but I wanted to share my experience. read more

Ask for the SPECIALS before ordering. You'll pay less for the same menu items. This location No ice, No salads. Interior needs to finish it's repair/paint work. TV not working. Music too soft to hear. But above all ASK ABOUT THE SPECIAL OFFERS. Pizza was good. Table area clean. read more

The front desk/cashier/waitresses here are super attentive, really nice, and seem to enjoy helping out all the customers. Even to the point they memorized our names. I love going to places that have this type of customer service. It's Christmas Eve so apart from the $5 tip I put on my to go order. I am going to give them $50 each before I leave. Merry Christmas Pizza Hut employees! read more

We had pizza delivered from here. The pizza was not very good. Would recommend trying a different place first.

Our pizza was made and cooked to perfection! First time a Pizza Hut has been so good we needed to leave a review! I also called the store to tell them personally and was told they have a new cook, I truly hope he stays! read more

So like every other delivery place they always forget something. My food got delivered and I realized they forget my drink, so I call and they said they'd send it my way. But despite living less than two minutes away from this Pizza Hut it's taken a half an hour to get my drink and I'm still waiting. It's beyond me how hard it is to read an order and put it in a bag. read more

Really good service and food. I always look at the salad bar especially in a Pizza Hut to see how well they are taking care of thee food. The a salad bar was very clean with fresh lettuce even later in the evening. The sandwiches were very good and the salad ingredients were fresh. Definitely a nice Pizza Hut. read more

Great food, as always, one of the few huts I've been to that still have the old fashioned layout. Checker board tables are always a sight to see add the beach boys music in the back and you've got the classic pizza hut we all remember from our childhood. Very friendly staff as well! read more

Pizza Hut - a man sitting at the counter - Pizza Near Me - Rockport, Texas

Great food and service. My husband and I ate here just after checking into our hotel. It was around 4pm Sunday. We had the place to ourselves. Our waitress was extremely pleasant and attentive (not overly attentive). We had pizza and wings. Both arrived quickly and delicious. I was looking forward to the salad bar but it was empty. Their air conditioner was broken and it was super hot in the restaurant. The waitress did aim a little box fan at us and that helped some. The music was at a nice level and the restaurant seemed clean. I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. read more

Worse food in Rockport/Fulton Texas. My pizza tasted like it was cooked a week before I picked it up! Never again...try Domino's or somewhere else. read more

Friendly staff. We ate the lunch buffet and were pleased they had veggie pizza. You have to ask for the complimentary side salad. Pasta was good, Alfredo. The kids really liked the apple strudel desert pizza. They were willing to bake us a pizza, but we were satisfied with the pizzas that were available. read more

Not sure what all the low ratings are about. This is Pizza Hut, not Grimaldis or Panjos. They were open, the website is easy to use, they had our pizza hot when we got there, and they cooked it to order (my wife is vegan and my daughter is vegetarian). The staff was respectful and courteous. Overall we had a great experience! read more

This is the most laziest lousiest pizza hut that ive ever eaten. The pizza hut is about 15 mins from my house and I went outside to wait for them (my address is hard to get to) and I kid you not I waited for an hour outside, at night, in the rain. We finally decided to call them and asked where they were and they said that they couldn't find the address, and that they tried calling. I had no missed calls from them and they kept refusing to bring me my food. Finally, after 30 mins, they showed up with my food and I asked for a pepperoni pizza and they gave me cheese. The delivery guy was very nice about it though. I would not recommend delivering from here. read more

Stopped at this place last week for buffet, horrible only 3 people working at lunch time, we have to wait very long until more pizza come out and of course not only is but everybody, can't believe a chain restaurant like this have a terrible service, I'm not from this town, but pretty sure local people and visitors deserve better than this, don't need answers but actions, you are the owner? You are the manager? Ok do some thing before people get tired. We all deserve better read more

Worked there for 6 months to find they embezzled the crap out of me said 8.00 dollars an hour on my check but did math and it came out to 7.25 an hour. told me to keep quiet and they would fix it 2 months later no fix dropped my pay but found out they are doing it to everyone . Father of 5 and they stole from me and my kids . Rockport, Aransas, and ingleside employee s check your math on checks they are embezzling money on checks . read more

Freaking unbelievable! It's been over an hour and a half and our order still isn't here!!!! And did you know that cannot simply CALL the store?? You get a call center, placed on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. If my car were here and not with my husband I would drive over in my pjs and DEMAND that someone get their sh%*# together. I'm hangry and this is total BS. Do NOT go here, Panjos is a thousand times better and might actually provide a pizza for you. Update...pizza arrived after almost two hours and the order wasn't even right. If there was " no stars" button, you would get it. The manager of this location should be canned!!!!!!! read more

Very unprepared didn't have any pizza out on the buffet manager just didn't seem like she knew what you was doing we spent $28 for me and my children to eat at buffet and we we barely got maybe three pieces out of it I'll never go back and all the tables in the restaurant where dirty we had to clean our own table read more

We went in for the buffet. The pizza had been there for some time and was cold. We asked for a pepperoni and she said "There is some on the buffet." We explained to her we wanted fresh hot pizza. She told us the cook would not do it. She and the cook were only ones there. We should have left but hoped he would make some. He finally put out three. We will not be back. New management is a must. read more
