If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. We got delivery tonight, and both of our pizzas were literally and obviously shaken up to be messed up upon arrival. HORRIBLE experience. After 10 minutes on the line with a call center clearly in another country; trying to hear over a cacophony of noise and having to repeat simple words over and over AND OVER. The call center person repeated our order back three times. Medium pizza extra cheese light sauce and pepperoni. What we received, clearly wrong. Painful. Sad. We have ordered from here for years, but recently the pizza has been better. Today we ate in the store versus delivery. The pizza was great, the dining area was one of the cleanest I have seen in awhile, and all the staff were nice and helpful. I was hopeful for this Dominos location for takeout, but unfortunately, their pizzas are not made consistently. The first time we ordered the Brooklyn pizza & we were pleasantly surprised. My husband, who is from NY, even liked it (for a TX-made pizza). The 2nd time we ordered a hand tossed & it wasn't as pictured but was okay. This third time, we went back to ordering a Brooklyn & instead we got a very thin pizza w/a very crispy crust - it definitely wasn't made as the first time. It was overdone & some of it was burnt. We called to complain but got no where just a "well, uh..." & not even an apology or attempt to rectify. I'm very disappointed because there really aren't any good pizza places in town. Panjos' pizza is really just flatbread & I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut's sauce. I guess we'll have to just look forward to eating a real pizza when we visit San Antonio to order from Florios. This review is on customer service with Amanda and pizza.. I started out doing my order online, but at completion it said they could not deliver to my address. Called the store and spoke with Amanda. She was very helpful and accommodating. The "build your own" pizza that I had created rang up as 8.95 and over 10 on her end. She immediately said she could change the price and honor what I had. Thanks again Amanda! Pizza was delivered piping hot and our order was 100% correct! Delivery guy was nice and professional as well. We're always pleased with this Dominos! Service is excellent, and the pizza is delicious. When I place my order, it's always done quickly and ready when they say it will be! Probably because they're always well staffed with lots of great employees. I also love how the app shows the tracker so you can where your order is in the process. They've never gotten our orders wrong, and the pizzas are consistently cooked to perfection. I love that the crust automatically has seasoning on it. (You don't have to add it.) Nothing's perfect but this Domino's produces pizzas that are a lot better than the stuff from Panjo's down the block. Furthermore, they are predictable with regard to when your pizza will be ready. I never thought that the mass-produced pizza at a Domino's would be better than a local pizza place, but it is. read more

Absolutely the worst dominos I've ever been to, please! Do yourself a favor and go down the road to the Aransas pass dominos. The only thing consistent about this store is their talent for messing your order up. I travel the country for work and I love pizza, dominos has been very good at tasting the same no matter where I go, it became a challenge to find one different, that is, until now. I've eaten at this store several times at several different times of day, tonight they tried to give me the wrong order, once we got that straight I got home to realize the pizza was burnt, pasta was dry and the cheesy bread was just bread. Their newer store must be a direct result of their food cost because their pizzas are almost bare. You can get more toppings on the buffet at Pizza Hut. Never again for me and you've been warned. read more

Our chicken Alfredo had a two long black pieces of hair in it , and I don't know who keeps putting hair in it but this is the second time and I don't appreciate it and if happens again I'm going to ask for a refund , and it's said the food was ready for 15 min and it took 50 min to be delivered. read more

Great customer service! One of the employees even helped my husband carry out our order to our truck which was greatly appreciated! We ordered a supreme, pepperoni with sausage, cheese, two of their sandwiches and two orders of the cinnamon bread twists everything was baked to perfection. Very impressed with this Domino's! We went in 4th of July night 30 minutes before they closed and the staff was on top of their game! We ordered 4 large pizzas and wings and we didn't have to wait very long at all. Everyone was very courteous and professional and the dining area was spotless. Great job! read more

Good pizza for a good price but this evening at 5:30 I was disappointed with the service. I went to pay for my online order and the girl with the glasses didn't even greet me and just told me how much the pizza was with an angry look on her face. I tried to crack a joke and she just looked at me and said "have a good evening" with an attitude. I usually decide between Pizza Hut or Dominos when I buy pizza but if I have to deal with people like this then I'd rather deal with the friendly faces at Pizza Hut. read more

I ordered pizza for my boyfriend and I, as well as my boss' children to eat in the restaurant. The service was good all the way until we started eating. Two female employees started screaming and cursing each other out, at which point I stated that there were children, little kids in the restaurant. They did not send out the manager to apologize, one of the employees in the process of making someone else's food came to apologize. Yes, he offered us something extra for the incident that occurred, but they did not send either of the girls out or talk to them, and then they all just stood around surprised. Now we are close to the end of our meal and one of the females are talking on the phone to a friend at the front, and others texting in the front. I'm not sure why the folks from Mississippi are rating Rockport Domino's so low...., but I did notice that both ratings were submitted on the same date, from people from the same state, complained about the same thing (burnt pizza) and last but not least, complimented the same Domino's Pizza store in Aransas Pass! We winter in Rockport, and have been looking for a consistently good pizza shop. Well we found one in Dominos. We recently had a party at our rv park and had 80 people. Domino not only provided the pizza at a reasonable cost, but my goodness they were really good. Let's just say the other shops in town won't even be considered next time we need pizza! read more
