Took our son and his friend after their games on 11.18. The older gentleman that helped us was very rude to my son's friend (13) who has trouble reading and was pushing him to say what kind of chicken he wanted while he was looking at the menu, this man was rolling his eyes, being ugly and was making him very nervous. It wasn't until I went over and read to him the kinds of chicken they had that he was able to order. Please teach your employees that you don't know what someone is going through and if you are not happy, customer service may not be for you, especially if they're children. read more

Subway Sandwiches: 2861 Hwy 36 N Bypass Suite suite 3 Rockport, Texas So we arrived in Rockport Texas at 11:30 a.m. on Monday July 27, 2020, to check on our house after Hurricane Hannah! Decided to stop at Subway for a to go order. The young lady that met me at the door was very nice and stated they were experiencing flooding in a portion of the restaurant but she could fix me a sandwich to go. I ordered my favorite, an Italian BMT with the fixins. Right behind me was a lady who also ordered. I noticed she got her order first and that should have been a tip off for me. I got home and later on I went to eat my sandwich. It was Lettuce, Tomato and chicken. Hmm! Went back to the Subway and the young lady stated that she gave my order to her and her order to me. She immediately blamed the stress caused by the flooding. Hmm. Young people, it's alright to admit you messed up! Accept responsibility - Please! You are only human and all of us make mistakes. PS: My Sandwich was terrible. First bad sandwich I've had at Subway in a very long time. Oh, well! I was hungry so I ate what I could. My qualifications as an Expert and Experienced Food and Service Critic; I have a BS in Management and have been trained in two Culinary Schools, to include on the job training at other venues. I've managed full service as well as fast food restaurants and have had my own successful Catering business. As a Culinary Trainer, I have trained personnel on how to provide superb cuisine and expert customer service. We ordered a box of 5 different subs, each cut into pieces, for a little gathering we were having. The subs were ready on time, cut as promised, and even arranged in the box and labeled with the type of sub so that each guest could choose specifically what they wanted. Ordered 2qty footling no look chicken sandwiches and when we left we opened up the sandwiches and there was no Buffalo sauce. We went back and figured it might have been an error. The guy that made them told us that they don't carry Buffalo sauce as if we were supposed to be ok with that. This lady came out and stated that they don't have Buffalo sauce and our ticket didn't say Buffalo sauce. It clearly was printed on the ticket. I asked her if she knew that that sandwich is supposed to have Buffalo sauce (it's supposed to) and then she got rude and said she didn't know and that her store doesn't carry it and that's all she knows. I asked her to refund because at this point neither of the employees attempted to take ownership of this. I sat there in the restaurant while they were being made and no one said anything about any I gradient not being available. So me and my friends had just gotten from the beach and we were starving, so many places were closed beings it's a Sunday so we were happy because we normally have a decent experience here. The food is very good, and customer service tends to be kept in high standards... it was perfectly fine until about five minutes after we ate the lady who had prepared our food had practically yelled to her phone that she was sick. Not only that but she was coughing like crazy with no mask all over the food.. I wouldn't have complained otherwise if that hadn't of happened. Y'all need to work on your employees having a better hygiene upkeep because I really don't want to get sick nor have others get sick as well if you are gonna force masks at least make sure your own employees are wearing one read more

I have noticed lately this store is cutting back on the amount of both meat and cheese on their sanwitches. I just bought a seven dollar tuna sanwitch, the girl put four small scoops of tuna on this foot long and then had to take the scoop and spread it out to make a very thin layer of tuna on it, the same with the cheese not enough for a sanwitch. This is not the first time they have given me a sub par sanwhitch, when I took it home and gave my wife her half of the sanwitch she looked at it and said there's not enough tuna on this thing. I then explained what just happened. They may be trying to increase profits by cutting back on ingredients but there will be no profits if they loose the customers, I will not go back again. read more

I used to come to this subway all the time a year or two ago and it was great but they started going downhill so I stopped going there. I decided to give them another shot and went twice in a week. Just checked my credit card statement and they seem to have overcharged me by about $10 for my last meal(my fault for not checking but still). Went to this subway on 8/25 with 2 friends no one was in their the employee look like she COMPLETELY hated her job and was not very welcoming we all got our sandwich sat down and started eating well half way through our meal a few more customers walked in and she wasnt behind the counter for atleast 5 minutes and when she comes out SHE REFUSED TO SERVE ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE WAS SICK right after she just got done making our sandwichs! One star because I can not give anything lower. Rude employees, poor customer service, and place was dirty. Walked in and was employee stocking items gave us a disgusted look as if we were bothering him. At 9:30 pm we walked in and my girlfriend asked him "are you guys still open?" Knowing that the hours on the door said a closing time of 10pm. (we knew it was a slow Saturday night in a small fishing town, but we were starving!) He waddled around us with an attitude and mumbled back "pretty much" without any eye contact and went in the back. If he had been cordial and welcoming he honestly would have gotten a good tip, because we understand how it is in the industry when it's slow on a Saturday night. We stood there for a good 30 seconds without being helped and decided to leave. If you hate your job and don't want to work until the closing time set by the owner/management as stated then find a different job. read more
