Prices are really high, but I guess I can't fault that specific location - it's likely corporate pricing. Not only were they super fast, they were very respectful and polite even going so far as to hold open the door to the store for me then open my car door for me on my way out. TERRIFYING. I used to go to these guys regularly, i.e. 3-4x per year. I stopped a few years back after I had an odd experience, followed by a very dangerous and disturbing one. The former was when I went for my usual oil change. After it was done, the mechanic had me come right outside. He smiled as he gave me my keys and said, "Have a nice day." I pointed out that I hadn't paid yet. He grinned and said, "Oh, there's no charge." I was confused but when I asked if I could at least give him a tip, he smirked and said that would be "acceptable". I wasn't sure if it was a shakedown or not, but I gave him a $20 tip (it was much cheaper than the $75 I typically pay) and went on my way. In retrospect, I think this guy and his friends may have been playing games. I suspect the manager was off and they were doing oil changes for free and taking tips. When I went there a few months later, the same guys were there. This time, I was charged. After I left, I noticed my vehicle - on and off - was making an unusual humming sound. It was like a vibration. I couldn't figure out what it was, until a few days later, when the left rear wheel of my SUV suddenly CAME OFF AS I WAS DRIVING! Luckily, it was in a relatively quiet area, so I was only going 30, and I was going slightly uphill. I managed to pull over without crashing. The rear wheel was at a bad angle and was locked up. I had my SUV towed to my usual mechanic and he told me someone had deliberately loosened all the lug nuts on that particular wheel ("Someone was messing with your vehicle" is a direct quote). The sound and vibration were from the lug nuts coming off, and the wheel followed. I was livid. I could've been KILLED. Thank God my daughter and her friends weren't in the car. It made no sense. We live in an upscale area with garages and no crime. The only place that had access to my vehicle was Jiffy Lube, and the noise stared shortly after I left there. I calmed myself as best I could and called their corporate office. I spoke to a woman and told her everything. She actually had the nerve to make it sound as if it was my fault for "going along with it". This confirms my suspicion that this kind of thing was happening. With no justice to be found at the Jiffy Lube corporate office, I called the actual location a few days later and spoke to the manager. He told me he'd just started there, and that the entire crew that had been there had been fired. I reported the matter to the police, who weren't sure how to proceed, but they said they'd check their reports and complaints to see if there had been any similar incidents that had taken place. The only thing that I can figure is that the guys who were giving away "free" oil changes got ratted out by a suspicious customer. They assumed it was me and decided to retaliate. They were wrong. Needless to say, I am NEVER going to that place ever again, and Jiffy Lube better start doing background checks on the people they hire. read more

I went in for a basic oil change. The service gentleman came out and said my brake fluid needed to be changed, but he wanted to know if I wanted it because he was already up to $317. What?? This would be an additional $119. Because I am a woman and not an intimidating one, I tend to have this problem at Jiffylubes, so I quickly got my husband on the phone because people like this require a man's voice to not take advantage of customers. When I got in the car I immediately noticed a pile of leaves and trash in my car that was NOT there before. They are on the dash board as well as the floor. The service that I paid for included vacuuming. Not only did that not happen, but it is much worse than it was when I took it in. About an hour for all this. I walked into this small clean space (sandwiched between a Dunkin' Donuts and Milo Pizza) at 5:30 PM on Friday late afternoon to meet the manager, Gene, who was so friendly and said, 'No problem,' when I apologized about my late in-the-day last-day-of-the-week arrival while he proceeded to check out my car even though I only asked for an oil change for which he gave me a discount since I wanted the most expensive synthetic oil in honor of Earth Day tomorrow and in hopes of prolonging the longevity of my 2015 Forester. Well, first off I thought all the negative reviews couldn't be right, but they are. Luckily for me they didn't do any work to my car because they thought one of the rear tires had a massive air leak and it would be a liability to work on it. Well my car a 2004 Grand Cherokee has brand new tires and when you turn off the engine the leak stops. Because it's a vacuum leak going to the canister behind the rear bumper. So in my opinion if they can't realize if a tire has a massive leak it would be flat in less than a minute they don't have enough common sense to work on my car anyway. I did the oil change myself and saved a couple bucks. Trust me there are better places to take it. Still can't figure out jiffy being in their name either. read more

Staff was nice but I wasn't impressed with the service or pricing. They had trouble finding components on my vehicle and didn't come off as professional or knowledgeable at all. All they did was change the oil. They didn't do any courtesy checks or tell me how things looked or offer any other services. I will definitely be using competitors in the future and not recommending this chain. read more

Taking my car to this place is an absolute disaster! After oil change and tire rotation, the airbag light won't go off and seat belt light won't flash even if I don't wear my seat belt. Those people there were very irresponsible too, after I pointed out the airbag light problem, they just said I need to take it to a dealer and it's not their problem. I needed to leave for a 7 hour drive so I didn't have time to take my car somewhere else today, but I'll definitely bring it somewhere else tomorrow and have everything checked. read more

Bad service, changed my oil gave me the wrong receipt, wrong mileage sticker. Had to back out of the shop, did not inspect the car in any way shape or form, no vacuuming the car. This place has stripped my oil plug twice. First time they convinced me it wasn't them. So I went back again for my next oil change. Shame on me. It's stripped again. Over $900 in repairs between the 2 visits. They aren't answering my emails. Stay away. They also changed the wrong headlights on my car and caused a bunch of issues with my lights. They are nice enough people but they don't use the right tools. Don't go to jiffy lube. This is a thing with them. Look it up. It's not worth it. read more

They said I needed brakes all around and a rotor. They gave me a printed out estimate of $500.00 to do the job. I'm 1,000 miles from home as I live in Florida. I look at the pads and they don't look dangerously small but you really need the wheels off to get the full picture so I eventually come back to Florida. I'm a retired mechanic so I'll do my own brakes. I take all the wheels off and I have 30/40% of pad on the front brakes and 50%+ on the rears and no bad rotor. I guess everyone does it but not everyone gets caught. The oil change went well. A little pricey though. read more

My car started to hesitate and lose power as soon as I started driving away from the Jiffy Lube in Warminster after my oil change. I think they broke my mass air flow sensor when they were taking out my air filter. Long story short - they didn't own up to the problem and now I have to get a mechanic to fix the problem. In addition, I got stuck on the road when my car wouldn't run from the MAF sensor problem. read more

I have been using this Jiffy Lube for years. Much better then dealing with all the hassle of going to the dealership. I go when I want, normally thanks 20 minutes( not the two hours it takes at the dealership) and they check all my fluids, lights, wipers, etc. would highly recommend. read more

Can I give NO stars? So, I'm a regular customer. Have three cars that are regulars here. I go yesterday. You know how they bring you into the garage part and show you all the other stuff you need? It comes up... I need new windshield wipers. I ask them to check my account. I got them - there - in October. This is January. Why would I need new ones so quickly I ask. Because of the unusual heavy snowfall this season.... I'm told. Really? I've shoveled twice this year. And the second time was this morning. I suggest that they should replace - no charge. They say NOPE. Okay, well, I'm not comfortable continuing as their customer if they are foolish enough to throw away three customers for the sake of wiper blades. Third time coming here, its cheaper at the dealer but this place is closer to me. Each time i left with a complaint but i kept going back due to convenience. All they did was the oil change. They didnt vaccume the car, fill the windshield fluid, clean the windows. They left a oil hand print on my hood and they left a oily paper towl on my seat. I mean im not trying to cry a river but the service in this place is just poor. Im done ill take it to the dealer and save 20 bucks. read more

This location is terrible, it cost me $80 for an oil change and nothing was vaccumed , I watch the guy walk around with the windex and a rag and just wipe 1 side of the windshield. I should have just went to the AAA or to oneill buick but I just moved to Warminster not long ago and thought hey lets give them a shot. I suggest you go to the dealer or find a local mechanic as they are in a hurry to charge you for filters and other things but not willing to give you the services you paid for , I even have the video of the guy pretending to wash the windows. I will go to a different place to get my oil changed and I suggest you do as well. read more

I have been a customer of this location for at least 15 oil changes. I asked the man who met me at my vehicle if just for once they could not bring every piece of my vehicle to me telling me that it needs to be changed (air filter, etc). I told him that all I wanted was a simple oil change, and he said no. Additionally, the door to the customer waiting area was not even open at 8:20 AM and he proceeded to walk around so that he could open it for me. They open at 8:00am. So, I left. read more

I've been a Jiffy Lube customer for close to 10 years at a location in Upper Bucks Co. I've recently moved and didn't think twice about having my service done at the Warminster Jiffy Lube as it is now the closest to me. Boy, was I disappointed. While the gentleman who greeted me was friendly, that's about all I can say positively about my experience. My car was not vacuumed, windows were not cleaned, the washer fluid was not filled. I was not shown the air filter or cabin filter as I'm used to; they weren't even mentioned (all of these were marked 'completed' on my receipt). When I left, my car's navigation system was on and set to some random location. I'm wondering if my oil was even changed... I'll skip this location next time. read more

I am so thrilled that I went to this Jiffy Lube location this week! I had become so frustrated trying to replace my own windshield wipers and also I knew that I had a headlight out. I drove over and they were able to take me right away! What wonderful employees they have and they were so professional and so fast with their service. Brought my fleet vehicle in for an oil change told the guy who greeted me needs to call the GSA number for auth at which point pointed out the card indicates under 100 not needed..ok...then they informed me I needed tire rotation again I told them they need to call the fleet number for auth. I was rudely told "I've been doing this for 20 years blah blah." I said you are not doing it unless you call. His reply "I'm not doing nothing". This is the worst Jiffy Lube I have ever been to in 20 years of driving. They say they open at 8, but I was he only one there and it took until 815 for someone to begin work. I guess they "open" at 8 and start working 15-20 min later. they recommended brakes and rotors. I took it elsewhere and they said that I would need brakes in a few months. Took over an hour "Jiffy"? Awful! I feel like I got ripped off for the flushes and other recommendations. I will NEVER come back. Probably to any Jiffy lube at this point. read more

Went here for an oil change. I found the employees to be rude and disrespectful. Not only do they charge way too much for an oil change, they treat you poorly as well. They clearly do not care about their customers. I will never go back to this Jiffy Lube or any other after this experience.
