Decided to stop by Speedy since it was in the most convenient location for me, and if I had to wait or leave my car then so be it. Front desk service was friendly, was told it would take up to an hour so I decided to wait. Waiting area is small but clean with comfortable chairs and water. I brought my game console to keep myself occupied but they finished inspecting my car within 40 minutes and I was off on my merry way. Definitely will come back for future car inspections.

The constant attempts to upsell unnecessary filters, fluids, and washer blades was obnoxious. If you didn't know what was going on, you could easily was away with a $300 bill for stuff you didn't need. The oil change itself was slow and of questionable quality. When done, the attendant gave me a 'next oil change' sticker that said I needed one in 3000 miles...which is absurd. When I called out the discrepancy, the attendant claimed Valvoline recommends every 3000 miles. When I showed him the Valvoline website that said my new oil was good for at least 7500 miles (vehicle manufacturers recommend 5000 miles), he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is either incompetence and apathy or a business sanctioned scam to get customers returning unnecessarily. Could be either. Needless to say, steer clear of this business.

I wasn't vague about it -- I clearly explained the issue and expected at least a basic attempt to identify it. The truck passed inspection, I was charged (including an extra fee for using a debit card), and I was told they couldn't find the noise. After moving out of state and getting the truck inspected again, the problem was identified almost immediately: a bad sway bar bushing causing the rear suspension to rattle around. Obvious enough that another shop spotted it right away. So I'm left wondering: how does a shop performing a state inspection miss a suspension issue I specifically pointed out, involving a loud metal-on-metal clank, and then charge extra on top of it? If you bring your vehicle here with an actual problem, you may want a second opinion.

Left out the door with tire pressure warning lights, light bulbs not working and brakes squealing. Brought it back the next day, they claimed the car was too advanced for their knowledge. Almost 60 bucks to replace a light bulb and charged triple the price of brake pads to replace them. Lastly they charge a 3% fee on all card transactions and they don't accept American Express cards. Will definitely not return there again.

I recently scheduled an appointment online for four new tires at your location for 8:00 AM. Within…read more15 minutes, I received a call asking if I could drop off the car instead. I explained that I would need to arrive at 9:00 AM, as I required a ride. I arrived at 8:50 AM and was pleasantly greeted by Bryce, the store manager. However, the experience quickly went downhill. At 2:30 PM, I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that it was next in line to go into the bay. When I arrived at 4:15 PM, the car had been moved but was sitting on the side of the building. The receptionist mentioned someone was working on it--though at that time, there were no cars in the service bay. Approximately 10 minutes later, my car was pulled into the bay. It was the only vehicle in there for about 15 minutes, followed by two others. At 5:15 PM, a technician came over and showed me a photo of a bent lug nut, stating that the tire couldn't be reinstalled until the issue was resolved. By this point, I was extremely frustrated. At 6:45 PM, I was informed that my car was finally ready. I was shown the damaged lug nut and told, "I've never seen that before." Frankly, I wasn't interested in explanations at that point. From my perspective, the damage occurred because the technician likely attempted to force the lug nut without first hand-tightening it. What's more disappointing is that, despite the delay and inconvenience, I was simply told my total and wished a good day--no apology, no acknowledgment of the 10-hour wait for what should have been a routine tire replacement. I had driven past three other tire shops to come here--despite colleagues warning me against it--because I've had good service from your location in the past. This experience, however, was among the most unprofessional and poorly managed I've encountered. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously.
