This Car Spa is located at the corner of Holland Rd. and Lynnhaven Pkwy. They are quite visible from both roads at that intersection, so it would be very hard to miss. My visit here was on February 14, 2026. I hadn't had my car washed in a while, so I went online to look for offers of having the car washed. After looking at the online options, I decided to go with Car Spa, as there was a 3-month special for exterior washes, specifically for the Diamond Wash level. When I got there, I went inside first as I figured I'd have to redeem the online offer first, which was the case. I found out that having an unlimited wash club comes with a 20% discount for detailing and oil change services too. Given that, I decided to go with the Interior Super Clean and Carpet Deep Cleanse. There was another sale going on that weekend, so it ended up being 25% lower even after the 20% unlimited wash club discount. For the unlimited wash club, there is a barcode on the front windshield that is used at the exterior wash entrance. It was a pretty busy day there, but we had several snowstorms recent to that, so that's why I wanted to get the car washed in the first place. The detailing portion of it was a bonus to me as it was something that needed to be done. I had figured that it would take an hour or so to have everything completed. Unfortunately, it was closer to three hours. The significant delay is a big factor as to why I couldn't go all the way to five stars. During that time, I had seen other cars that came in for a wash and detailing after I came in and they were done before mine. It was hard to find someone to ask about what was going on, as they were all out with the various cars out there. I was finally able to find the one I had talked to when I first purchased the detailing and asked about the timing. He noticed and admitted that my car got missed somehow. Once everything was done though, my car battery was dead because the door was left open to note that the car is there for detailing. If it had been done in order, I don't think that would have been an issue in the first place. Overall, this was a good visit, except for the issues noted above. The car was beyond clean on both the inside and outside after that. I would still consider coming here for your car needs. Hopefully this one experience I had was a one-off type of thing. read more

I'm not really sure how to feel about this place. On one hand for the price they charge for a minor detail it's honestly a pretty good deal. But on the other hand the quality of the service wasn't the best. The job felt a bit rushed and they definitely missed several spots on my vehicle. That said considering how inexpensive it is should I really expect much more? I'm somewhat happy with the service but not completely satisfied. One thing I did enjoy was the lounge area it was comfortable with free Wi-Fi and coffee. They also offered tea although there wasn't any hot water available. Still for the price I can't complain too much. The service I got was the suv mini detail for $65. read more

WOW! JUST WOW! We had our 10 year old , very dog friendly, SUV detailed cleaned today by Patty and Sylvia at Car Spa. The Deluxe Package cost was $205.00 and we chose 3 out of 4 options: outside, inside and carpet I think it was, we opted to not get the seat option as we did not have upholstered seats. We wanted to get our car looking its best as we were thinking of trading it in. This is our first time getting a detailed cleaning and it won't be our last, the car literally looked newer than new. We are now wondering if we really want to trade it in as both ladies did such a wonderful job. We were BEYOND pleased and would highly recommend them. Great job ! Great value! read more

I went today and the car wash stopped during the drying process. I had one employee telling me to sit tight and another telling me it was done and I needed to move out of the car wash tunnel. I told them multiple times that it stopped during the drying process and I was told to wait They insisted I move along e en though the car wash for everyone had stopped. I pulled out driving over multiple tire blocks and because of the cold weather and my car being covered in water, it froze. The only nice thing is my car was cleaned, but paying $30 for a wash, I expect better read more

First, the person we dealt with when requesting services was fantastic. She was very personable and helpful. However, when you are paying $125 for services, you should except to get what you paid for. There are 12 listed items that are do be done with the interior detailing. Only 9-10 were done. They did not even attempt to clean out the cupholders, door handles, nor the door jams. They also failed to clean the carpeted area under the back windshield and although not listed, they never opened the truck to vacuum it out, nor clean off the dirty jams. Firstly, I don't even usually leave reviews but the service that I received today is the cause for one. I arrived at the location around 10am for an interior ONLY detail and was advised that it would take two hours to complete, which is fine and I opted to wait inside. It is now going on 4pm, I have been here for 6 HOURS and my vehicle is still not completed. I attempted to ask what the hold up was around the 2pm mark and waited around for 30mins before I was advised that it would take an additional hour as the two cars prior to mine were extremely filthy. I personally will not be coming back as this took up my entire day and the staff did not keep me updated on the process and did nothing to ensure me that this wouldn't happen in the future. read more

I really wanted my car detailed. I tried calling to make a reservation but they don't answer their phone. I arrive to find out they work on a first come first serve basis so I was only able to get a wash. They did an okay job but for $40, I expect more. I used to drive away very satisfied, but the last couple of times I might as well wash my vehicle with a hose in the driveway. On the last trip, I watched the vacuum guy stand beside a vehicle in front of me and "act" like he was vacuuming the vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle outside, I had to ask them if it had even been washed yet. I spoke to one of the "managers" outside and he said they are having a hard time keeping good help. The only reason I gave this a 2 star rating because the car did look good. My beef is the jump in pricing. I used to come in about 2 times a year for the silver service which was about $24, inside and out. Now the silver is $12 exterior only, and an additional $30. for the interior. They never really did a good job on the interior anyway. My windshield always had streaks, if they even ever cleaned it at all. I sometimes had to come back after driving away to redo what should have been done. I can understand if good workers are hard to come by in this day and age. But, if they don't have a good reliable staff, they shouldn't be charging these high prices. read more
