On my last visit, the manager was there overseeing techs and handling customers. Though expensive, the service was good. What a difference today with no manager there! Techs were nice enough...but if you're going to tell me you checked the cabin filter, wipers, & air filter...at least open the glove box and PRETEND to take it out, open the filter holder door, remove and examine the filter, then put it all back! When paying the bill, I was notified they couldn't fill my empty windshield washer because they were out of fluid! I suggested that one of the techs (who until I drove in was working on the engine of his own parked car in the parking area behind the bays) should have gone across the street and bought several gallons of WW fluid since it is a part of the oil change service...especially important during this time of year! The suggesion was met by two different excuses..."we're busy" (THEY WERE NOT!) and "there's only two of us" (THAT IS TRUE). Bottom line...in a business like this, you need an on-site dependable manager to teach and motivate young, inexperienced workers important customer service skills they will need throughout their lifetime to be successful in whatever they do. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This location saw that there was damage to my vehicle from another location and still touched it. According to customer care, if the location saw that there was damage then they shouldn't touch your vehicle because then it is their responsibility, yet this location won't take responsibility!!! LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS PLACE. I am absolutely speechless at the customer service here. I came in with a problem and needed help with a check engine light and had recently gone to my Ford dealership that wanted to charge me $118 to LOOK at it. Crazy, right? Anyway, these dudes went above and beyond to help me look at it and gave me some pointers and information. Gave me answers I have been looking everywhere for but could not find. They were knowledgeable, professional, resourceful, just all around the kind of people were not used to finding nowadays. Specifically the guys working on this day. Give them a raise! I'm not really sure how I feel about this location. Don't get me wrong they did an ok job in a pretty timely manner, but I just felt as if there was to much playing around by the employees. I.e. pushing and shoving each other around the vehicles in the working bays. I mean, I understand that you want to have fun at work. I just feel like they could forget to do something. read more

I would like to give a shout-out to technician, Jacob! He was very professional when working with me. I needed to get a crack fixed in my windshield and he was very knowledgeable about the "freeze" process, so that I didn't have to replace my entire windshield. Also, I could tell that the other technicians were not as familiar with the procedure and he took the time to "show/tell/do" as a teaching moment to his other colleagues. Went in yesterday to get an oil change for my 2012 Honda Odyssey. It was suggested that I needed a new engine filter as well as a new cabin air filter, which did look pretty dirty. They didn't have the engine filter, but did have the cabin filter. A HEPA filter, no less, I was told. When I balked at the $71 (!) price for the filter alone, the man threw in a 25% off coupon, bringing the price down to a still obscene $53. Not being familiar with filter prices, I agreed. (Of course I should have known better). The oil change was swift, fluid levels checked, tires brought to right pressure and my car was vacuumed and windows cleaned. Job well done. Once home, I decided to check on that filter for myself, after having figured out how to change an air filter (thank you, YouTube). I expected a premium brand. However, it was some kind of after market filter. No brand name or any lettering for that matter. Only a small arrow indicating the air flow direction. And it turns out that was pointing the wrong way (You had ONE job). More than a little miffed now, I head back this morning. A different crew (except one) was working. I asked what type of filters they use. Pennzoil he tells me. I said I'd expect a brand like that to have their name on the filter. So they fetch a box with my type of filter. It's not Pennzoil, but another brand (unfamiliar to me). He tells me it's a brand that's being made by Pennzoil, but just with a different name. Mentions several other brands, also made by Pennzoil, and similar to this one. Found one of those brands online. They sell that particular filter for about $8 online. I say that to the man and he says he doesn't set the price. I understand he's not a fault, but I'd like some sort of acknowledgement that I am upset at having been charged a rediculous price for a cheap filter. At $71 that filter should be gold rimmed and infused with Chanel#5. I asked about the HEPA thing. How would I know it's a HEPA filter? He says it's doing "sort of" the same thing a HEPA filter does. I say it's either a HEPA filter or it isn't. When I call him on that he says it's not called HEPA because it's not made by the HEPA company. He obviously doesn't know that HEPA is not a brand. I realize I'm getting nowhere with this guy and tell him to check the filter to see if it's facing the right way. He does. It's indeed facing the wrong way. He flips it and tells me it's now in the correct way. At that moment three mechanics are standing around my car, staring at me. Crickets. I'm just standing there waiting for an apology or anything indicating this is a rediculous situation, that shouldn't have happened in the first place. More crickets. The guy repeats "Well, it's in there correctly now", referring to the filter. I thank him for that wonderful service and leave. I'm mostly blaming myself for getting taken for a ride. But when I come back the day after having a service performed, clearly unhappy with my experience, I expect some sort of effort on the company's behalf, to make it right. After all, I could be a returning customer. Now I definitely won't be. And I am spreading the word. This place is a rip off with clueless employees. Two stars for the friendly (though slightly incompetent) crew working on my car on the first day, no stars for the customer unfriendly manager (?) and his crew on the second day, averages out to one star. I just went to jiffy lube on N.Great Neck Rd and am so pissed off I don't know what to do ,I was helped by employee 5657MFC l could not understand a word he said he is not foreign I guess he was speaking English but spoke so fast and low l could not understand him at all I had a 10 dollar coupon and asked for the basic oil change he made a comment about the coupon again I didn't understand a word he was saying so I replied I just want the basic oil change 10 minutes later I got a 90 dollar bill ,I told that it was ridiculous I did not ask for and would never agree to pay $90 for a oil change he kept talking I told him I don't understand a word you are saying he left for a minute I figured he was getting the manager but no he came back and kept talking ,still I guess it was English finally I said just take the money and give me my keys he offered no discount no apology and didn't even acknowledge that I was unhappy with the bill just said have a good day of course I had a few things to say back, THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE read more
