The service is always amazing at this location, I love that it's mostly females that work here. Of course men do a great job too, but it's nice to have a woman's presence. Cass is amazing and always explains things to how you can best understand them, and makes you feel very comfortable when making decisions. Good, old-fashioned customer service, they KNOW what that means! A group of consummate professionals, from their service tech(s) to their manager Cliff. They explained everything they were going to do/what was included in the service package, and that it would only take between 15 and 20 minutes. After 16 minutes, they were done! The manager took the time to SHOW me they actually filled all fluids, showed the oil level again, and reminded me that in between services I can come back in to get my fluids topped off. A+ service for sure, we will bring all of our vehicles in for service here! read more

So unimpressed. I went here two weeks ago for a basic oil change, then was charged for the premium oil. Thankfully I caught it there, though it was after I paid, so I ended up paying the correct amount and the first ticket was voided. The employee assured me that the first charge would be refunded to me by the next week. Fast forward one week, I'm getting a call that I now have to come into the shop so they can run my card for the refund. I don't love that, but I know systems are finicky about those things. Well, today was my first day off, so I cross town to this Jiffy Lube to put this to rest, and the shop is closed! At 3pm on a Friday! I tried to call, but the phone was disconnected. Definitely hit or miss with these guys. First couple of times I went there, no problem. In and out. Around the 3rd time, all the techs were on their cell phones and I watched them do the exact same thing behind each other because they didn't pay attention to the fact that what they were doing was just done by another technician. It was like a clown circus. They also wiped my windshield with a greasy rag last time and had to go to a carwash to get all that crap off. I'll use one of the dealerships in town for an oil change. It may cost more but at least I'll know that it's done right and with quality care for my car. read more

My husband took our car in to get an oil change recently. It ended up being twice the amount that was being advertised, which is way more than our favorite dealership, who ALWAYS takes care of us and we will be going back to. On top of that, my husband was driving the next day and pieces of the car fell off on the highway in the middle of nowhere. Pieces touched during an oil change. It was dangerous, it was damaging to the car, and this is a mistake we will not be making again by going to this jiffy lube-or any other jiffy lube for that matter. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT PARTS FLYING OFF OF YOUR CAR. DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO BE STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AT NIGHT PICKING UP PIECES OF YOUR CAR AS THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC WHIZZES BY! The prices weren't explained and the manager was terrible. Customer service incredibly poor. I paid $54 to have tires rotated and "basic oil change". $20 oil rotation is a joke. "Well I'm the manager" was her excuse. I will never be back. One star is a stretch. Update 7/30/16 my car has had more problems since oil change and $20 tire rotation. A flap of plastic has mysteriously come undone and rubs my tire and two screws have come unscrewed from my hub caps. I would not recommend this jiffy lube or any jiffy lube. read more

Awesome! Great, friendly and fast service. Shawna explained everything to me and asked me if I wanted to take care of the different things and gave me options. After they were finished, one of the other gals explained everything that had been done, showed me caps were all replaced, etc. My car is clean and ready for a road trip now. Yay! So happy because this Jiffy Lube is between where I live and where I work so it's easy. :-) read more

Cass is awesome!!! Very fast and efficient. We were very impressed! They also have a Keurig which was a total plus!

Always helping me out great! Never waited long and they're always fast. I wish they would have a caffeine free drink in their fridge.

I just had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube and I highly recommend it! The 3 women working were all extremely professional and knowledgable. They spoke in terms that I could understand and didn't try to sell me extras I didn't need. They even vacuumed out my (extremely) hairy car! I will definitely be back! read more

My 69 year old mother took her 2014 Infiniti G37x with 7,000 miles in for an oil change today. They told her it needed a power steering flush since the manufacturer recommends it be changed at 70,000 miles. There were two mistakes made...they "misread" the odometer (7,000 vs. 70,000), and didn't actually check the power steering fluid to see if it was indeed dirty. Luckily, my mom called to see if it was necessary. It could've cost her an extra $50 for the power steering flush (it normally runs 69.99, but today they were going to take $20 off). Moral of the story, be sure to question these guys; otherwise, you're just throwing your money away! read more

while getting tire work, I was shown that my ball joints were dry, ungreased & worn enough to need repair...these were 2yr old parts ! Turns out my Jiffy Lube who services all our vehicles hadn't lubed these parts & others in a looong time - bone dry, with inner rust..( was just in 4 or 5wks previously...) also shown a broken off Zerk fitting on the replaced lower ball joint, open, allowing dirt & water to enter...this is the only place to do these services on my vehicles in many years...since these were neglected service parts , and were prematurely damaged by paid-for service not done, I felt some help $ on repairs was warranted, I offered to pay 1/2 to meet in the middle, and manager said she'd submit invoice to owners and get back with me....well, time has passed, & they won't give me a number to contact person in charge, left 2 messages on Jiffy's contact page, over a week & still no response...hmmm, I guess I have an answer, just not a fair one....only upside is I have new parts WITH GREASE ! However, you won't believe how much grease ! It's EVERYwhere, huge globs - had to take pics!.....not sure why it falls on me, but I sure am paying for it $$ read more
