Yesterday, I took my car in for an oil change. I thought everything was fine--as it usually is--but this morning I noticed a puddle of oil underneath the car. I quickly went back to the shop, and they told me the oil leak had nothing to do with the work they had performed and claimed the problem was with my engine. However, the same thing happened again later on, so I decided to check the oil level myself; it turned out they had put in far too much oil--practically double the amount my car requires. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I went in for an oil change 3,000 miles ago and they recommended the oil filter be changed out too. Paid for that. Everything seemed fine. I decided to do the oil change myself this time and I drained the oil that was BLACK and chunky. They obviously did not change the oil. Also, the filter obviously was not replaced. They are liars. Oil changes here have always been fast and quick, but this am I was need of true emergency service - my low tire light came on as I was driving to work. On a hope I pulled in to this location and asked Denisha if it was possible to check my tires quick. Without a moment's hesitation, she checked all four tires and sent me on my way in no time! With these crazy weather changes, there's really no price I can put on my peace of mind, especially when it comes to something as volatile as a vehicle (well, for me at least). So happy to have these guys in my backyard! read more

I used to go to them for service. I had a Toyota Camry and used to go there for about 2 year to always change my oil. I trusted this company. That was my mistake I trusted them. I no longer have my Camry. The car broke down and I took it to the dealership. They told me that the oil was completely black and it seem I have not change the oil a year. I show them records that I did change it at Jiffy Lube and that I just changed it a month ago. The Toyota Mechanic told me this "I am telling you that your car oil is dark black and very thin." and then said "I estimated that the oil did not get change for about 20 to 40 thousand mile. Maybe about 1 or 2 years." He also said that those sale receipt don't mean anything as long as the oil did not get change. I have never felt so betray and so FOOLISH. The Mechanic ask if I ever double check their work and confirm that the oil was changed.I told him that I did not. Life lesson do not trust Jiffy Lube. Today I no longer use their services. I now do all my oil changes myself. Double check their work or you might end up like me. Having to get a new car because I was foolish enough to trust Jiffy LIES! Also Jiffy customer service. Do not bother me. No matter what you do I will NEVER EVER trust your company EVER again. Just remember one life lesson. Don't break your Customer's trust because once you lose it they will never come back. Then they will write yelp reviews. read more

My job takes me all over the country, I've been to Goodyear's, NTBs, PepBoys, and all the like. So take it from me when I say, "I have never received the quality of customer service at this Jiffy Lube anywhere else, EVER." Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest; they had me in and out in under 15 minutes, under $60. They went above and beyond a simple oil change to take care of me and have me back on the road with a pampered vehicle. The staff there was outstanding, I cannot say it enough. Thank you! read more

I'm currently sitting in the Jiffy Lube lobby as I write this review. Let me start by saying I arrived at 3pm and was 2nd in line for a oil change. Took them 45 minutes just to finish one oil change and get car in front of me in. The customer service is amazing!! I was at the holiday gas station across the street and my car started smoking.. I was scared to drive it over, and instead of getting a tow, the manager walked over in the pouring rain to look at my car and make sure I could drive and it was safe! He reassured me it was just a burnt out wire, and told me it was safe to drive. He was so friendly and just great service all around!! I would highly recommend. read more

I had a very pleasant experience when I stopped at Jiffy Lube at 384 White Bear Ave. on July 16 for an oil change. I was presented with any needs my car might have, but I was simply made aware of them and not pressured to purchase anything I did not want. If I am pushed to do something, I tend to back away but if I am informed, I will make my own decision and am more likely to purchase something beneficial to my car. The staff was very polite, the service was very quick, and I would recommend this location for oil changes. read more

I was in and out of this location in about 30 minutes for an oil change and two (fairly difficult) bulb replacements (I was the only one there after a rush). They didn't pressure me to buy more expensive oil, a cabin air filter or other add-ons. All staff were polite, professional and quick! I'll go back. And, the price was right. read more

I've posed a negative reviews for the service I've received at this Jiffy Lube location and somehow my review got removed. I went in and told the manager that I wanted to spend only around $45 dollars for an oil change and he took my information and keys and I went to wait in the waiting area. About ten minutes later the manager told me that, I still have 40% oil life left and the cost for an oil change would be a little over $80 for synthetic oil so I said forget it I don't want an oil change today. He then told me that, the Mechanic have already drained the oil. I've asked could they put back the oil? He said, they can't. So if I want to drive my car, I will need new oil and he wasn't willing to give me any discount even though his mechanic drained the oil. I did told him that I only wanted to spend $45 and by draining the oil out of my car oil means that, he agree to the $45 price. I end up paying for an oil change I didn't need and for almost twice as much that I wanted to spend. I now wonder if they even did the oil change for my vehicle. I was hoping to find a trustable oil place to go to but instead I felt feeling ripoff! read more

He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. During install they Broke a part on my car that automatically unlocks my doors when touching my handle. They Replaced the part though which is nice and Installed Bass knob as well, but it took 3 weeks to get both parts in the shop then I had to drive all the way back and leave my car overnight for the 2nd time. And now I have noticed that my Bass knob and Amp wasn't tuned Properly. Now I have to go back to a different shop to get them to tune everything properly. Communication was not good. Took an average 4 days to hear anything back from anyone there. I did not have these problems when I went to a different Audio shop. I have seen great reviews on this place, so I decided to try these guys. Sadly, I feel I didn't get the best Quality business I thought I would get.

I called several towing companies looking for a rough estimate and some guidance on getting rid of my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Since I wasn't familiar with the process, I had a lot of questions, but most places seemed uninterested and weren't very helpful. I found Sell A Junker through Google, called, and spoke to (if I remember correctly) Riley, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything worked, from the assessment and towing to the title transfer and payment. He made the whole process easy to understand. They made everything pretty simple. We set up a time that worked for both of us, they came out to my car in South Minneapolis, looked it over, handled the paperwork, and paid me on the spot. They're based in Maple Grove, but coming out wasn't an issue at all. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and everything went smoothly. I was helped by Seth who was amazing as well, showed up right on time and was super kind and explained everything thoroughly and what he was willing to offer based on its condition. The assessment didn't take longer than probably 8-10 minutes, and Seth ended up giving me a really great deal!! He had patience with me as I finished up clearing out the stuff from my car before he towed it away and provided me an email receipt right away when I asked for one.
