I pulled into the lineup at the back where there was one vehicle ahead of me. I positioned my vehicle partly in the shade, but I was very clearly still in line. Soon after, other vehicles arrived and I pulled forward slightly to make it clear I was already waiting. When the vehicle ahead of me was called in, I started moving forward and was stopped by an employee. The customers who were now behind me were yelling out their windows that I hadn't been there and was cutting in line. I explained to the employee that I had been there first, he then said he could check the cameras and I said yes please do. This went on for several minutes. Then two other employees said they hadn't seen me there. I explained that they were inside and could not have seen where I had been waiting, particularly because of the dumpster. I again asked them to check the cameras so we could establish what actually happened. Instead, the employee told me he believed the other customers and his coworkers over me and told me to go to the back of the line. He refused to check the cameras. I also questioned how I could have been in front of these other trucks if I had arrived after them. I have never experienced such a humiliating and disrespectful situation at a business. I was accused of something I had not done, had multiple people yelling at me from their vehicles, and then had an employee decide who to believe without even bothering to verify the facts when there was a camera available to do I strongly urge the owner/manager to review the security footage where it will verify that I was there first and was unnecessarily humiliated. This is not a business I would recommend with employees like that. No one deserves to be treated like this And based on your response to the review I posted elsewhere, I didn't magically appear at the front of the line. Given the narrowness of that back alley how could I have possibly get my suv past all those other cars in line if I had come after them?? And after your staff initially said he could check the cameras why would I have insisted he check them and still insisted in my review if I had cut the line, knowing it would've proved me wrong?! I insisted because I knew I was there first!!!

I would assume this is standard procedure as they check all fluids but I specifically requested that he check. Asked before I left "Did you check my power steering fluid" Yes it's fine I was told. 4 days later it's in to the mechanic where he informed me the power steering reservoir was completely empty. Dude. Do your job. If you're not sure how to check the fluid - ask one of your co-workers then and there... Sorry. But this is the last time I visit.

I attempted to settle this informally but the manager , Nittish, and then owner Stuart refused to acknowledge. Blatant fraud and it luckily can be proven by my recent service. The additional "your coolant is only good to -15 degrees will nullify Mr Lubes "go to" response everytime they do this to unsuspecting customers. Do not visit this particular Mr lube.

The last oil change I had was at another oil change provider and they did not place a sticker on my window. I was unsure of how long it was until I needed a service, so I came to Lube City. They were completely honest to me the two times I came and told me that I wasn't due for a service. Today, I had my vehicle serviced. They were nothing but helpful and friendly, without pushing me to buy extras I didn't need. The crew provided excellent customer service, while telling me everything they were doing to my vehicle, step by step. I will definitely be stopping by again when I am due for a service. I was informed by a colleague that midas was providing free oil changes for health care workers…read moreright now. The sherwood park location was able to book me in right away. They were able to provide an oil change and a safety inspection of my vehicle! Although their waiting room is not available at this time for obvious health reasons I was able to go for a walk and they just called me when my car was ready. I also loved that they can text you a copy of the safety check complete with pictures. So much easier to see if there's a problem or show the customer what they saw. They also provide many more services than just oil changes so you can get everything done in one place. Good service and easy booking! A great big thank you and shout out for this business. Thank you for your generosity during such a precarious time.

I had this service done some time ago and it's time to have my oil changed again (which is what…read morereminded me to write this review so late) and I know exactly where I won't be going- Mr. Mobile Pro I was at first very pleased with the service. I had heard about him though GetAssist and when the service was complete I asked him if he had offered any promotional discounts after the work was done because a good majority of GetAssist businesses offer discounts to GetAssist users and the guy turned to me and said "no, I'm already paying them enough as is to advertise". All I said was "huh.." and gave him my money. He pays $300 a year to "advertise" with GetAssist which is a laughable cost for a business especially since it's a tax write-off. How do I know this? It's because I worked for them at the time. I would have gone back and I would have told all of my friends but integrity is everything and this guy has ZERO. All he had to say was "no". Saying you can't afford to offer someone a promotional rate because you pay advertisement costs which work out to less than a dollar a day is a skeezy move. So, I'll take my business elsewhere. If he's willing to lie about something so stupid, who's to say he won't rip me off in the future?

So in I went to Kal Tire. They'll price match! So if you love Costco prices but want to avoid the brutal Tire Center service (as you might have heard from other people it's brutal) go to Kal Tire.
