I attempted to settle this informally but the manager , Nittish, and then owner Stuart refused to acknowledge. Blatant fraud and it luckily can be proven by my recent service. The additional "your coolant is only good to -15 degrees will nullify Mr Lubes "go to" response everytime they do this to unsuspecting customers. Do not visit this particular Mr lube.

Service by Devin (and another gal) was very prompt, courteous, professional, friendly. I was given the options for my VW (synthetic), offered water or coffee, and given coupons to redeem airmiles online and mail-in for a rebate from Pennzoil. Washer fluid was topped up, tires were checked (one was very low and I was advised to keep an eye on it). I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Couldn't be more satisfied (and relieved, given prior reviews). :)

They were able to provide an oil change and a safety inspection of my vehicle! Although their waiting room is not available at this time for obvious health reasons I was able to go for a walk and they just called me when my car was ready. I also loved that they can text you a copy of the safety check complete with pictures. So much easier to see if there's a problem or show the customer what they saw. They also provide many more services than just oil changes so you can get everything done in one place. Good service and easy booking! A great big thank you and shout out for this business.
