I took my jeep grand cherokee in there in March to get an oil change and rear differential fluid change. They put the wrong fluid in and cause over $3500 in damage. It's August and I'm finally able to get my car fixed after waiting for the parts. They have never responded to my complaint. They have completely ignored me. I have the entire situation in fash cam fit yet manager, Rob cussing under Mt l my car fit half an hour, to the lights coming on as I drive out, to him saying he's pay for the damage, to them calling me back to put the right fluid in a few days later. But the damage was done. So beware, if they cause any damage to your case don't expect them to work with you. Garbage company. O will next so business with turn again. read more

I was "passing through" Sequim when my "needs oil change" light went on. I was looking for a place for an oil change and saw Jiffy Lube. I have NEVER used Jiffy Lube, but I was 2000 miles from my regular mechanic, so I took a left hand turn. I was WARMLY greeted by Ron and Owen who directed me to their work stations, and were exceptionally friendly and professional! They were the only two technicians on staff and I was so impressed with their work ethic, personalities and the attention they gave me and my car. The service exceeded my expectations. They weren't very busy, but they acted as if they were to get me in and out well under the 30 minutes they said it would take for an oil change, tire rotation and topping off of the fluids. Never left my car which is great as I felt it made me a priority to get me going instead of sitting in a lobby and wondering if they lifted the hood after 20 minutes like some places that I have been to before. Was just in and had my car serviced at the Sequim WA Jiffy Lube. Very attentive and told me what my car needed and gave me the opportunity to decide! Wow, no hard selling, showed me my air filter and told me that it was in good shape. Also showed me my cabin filter. I didn't know there was such a thing and it looked pretty bad... I created a Yelp profile, so that I could review this jiffy lube. The staff is terrific! I went in after my car started making a strange clicking noise and I needed an oil change. They showed me what was causing the clicking sound, assured me that the car would be fine for the rest of the trip, told me that I didn't need a full oil change and topped me off with 1/4 or a quart of oil. When I tried to pay, they refused. They were friendly, professional and explained everything in clear terms. I wish I lived nearby, so that I could come here again. read more

Helpful and straight forward in their service/pricing. The manager, Tim Sutton and a tech named Shawnay helped me that day, both were super nice and really knew their trade. Cost me $180 to get the oil changed and replaced with High Mileage, the fuel filter changed, the air filter checked (intended to change it but it was clean), and the fluids/tires topped off. read more

I have had my car serviced at Jiffy Lube for over three years. I supply my own filter and synthetic oil, but always have had excellent service. Today, I got to meet the new Assistant Manager, a young woman with lots of knowledge about cars. It was nice to hear and see a woman doing this type of work, not too mention, the service was awesome.
