They were fast and super kind! I just needed an oil change and they gave me one, my car was messy but they didn't gaf (I hope) It cost more than i normally get for an oil change but I needed it in a hurry and they delivered. There was an online coupon too. Very good service they greeted me in the parking lot and helped me asap :-) No hard upselling issues tbh they offered some but weren't pushy about it! I went in May 8th around 4pm. I forget staff names. read more

Was due for an oil change so I went to Jiffy Lube to get it done! No appointment is needed as service is first-come, first serve. I got there around 11:30am on a Thursday and the staff checked my car right away. They did a maintenance check, told me what oil my car takes, and also recommended a cabin air filter replacement. Took about 15 minutes to do the oil change and air filter replacement. Quick service and friendly staff, will return for my next oil change! read more

I've been coming here for about 4 years and figured it was finally time for a review. I stopped here on a Tuesday afternoon for an oil change after seeing the no wait sign outside. They told me it would be about 15 to 20 minutes but it only took them 12 minutes! The fastest oil change ever, I felt like I was a race car driver at a pit stop lol they also checked everything listed in my picture and topped off my washer fluid and coolant. You can find coupons online to bring the cost down! You can also come in anytime and they will give you free washer fluid. Dwayne the manager is also very friendly! read more

Took out my air filter to show it too me, I didn't buy one from them, they didn't put the old one back. I was driving around with no air filter and an open filter box. Totally incompetent. read more

Price is a little high but these guys are fast and professional. Was it always this high? Was shocked to see synthetic be over $100 now Tips to save Don't forget your coupon! Currently $26 off Then use CardBear to buy Jiffy Lube gift cards for 20% off. That $112.99 oil change became $69 which is competitive! Dwayne was very friendly and professional at the same time. My car has a mysterious oil leak, so I stopped in asking for a top-off. They took a look and let me know it actually hadn't lost all its oil (lol), then sent me on my way with a recommendation for a mechanic. Really appreciated the honesty. read more

All of the workers here are so friendly. What great customer service. They seem to really care about the customer. They are quick and efficient. read more

Very quick in and out. Best Jiffy lube I have been to around South Bay. Not at all a cramped location. Plenty of space. Also not pushy with recommendations. Shout out to Julio. I thought I had left my wheel lock key after a tire rotation there (I had not) and called to check. They could not find anything, but Julio called back and said they found one that could match my car and was very helpful. Very friendly folks. read more

Probably one of the best jiffy lubes I have been to! Great customer service and clean. Wasn't too crazy busy when I went. Price is fair. Everything was done in reasonable time. read more

These guys were great. They know the meaning of customer service and are clearly experienced. Went in following up on another oil change place that I just did concerned about the service. These guys checked and found a loose skid plate. They found a bolt missing and the hole stripped. They were able to find a suitable bolt and fix it onsite. I am and will continue to be a regular here and, if they are closed, go ahead and wait until they are open to get their services specifically. Knowledgable technicians. read more

They helped with a battery issue at no charge which was great. But the didn't attach the skid plate properly which came loose as I was driving. This is extremely dangerous and thankfully it didn't fully detach. So one star for that just cos of the risk. Added a star for their help with the battery and didn't charge. Wont be repeating to this location read more

$170 for an oil change. They did way more extra shit then they needed to without telling me first that they were gonna do it. I'm not broke but I ain't rich either. Don't go here. read more

I was in need of an oil change and I was looking for something closer to home. I planned on dropping off my car during lunch for the service and would have just picked it up after work but things have changed. I showed up and thought it was going to be an easy drop off situation and had my husband pick me up after dropping my car off. Due to COVID, they're taking safety measures by either having you stay in the car during the oil change or staying nearby until they need you to get in the car and start/turn off the engine. They told me it would be about 10-15 mins and I shared I was on my lunch so it wasn't a problem. Would recommend coming here if you can spare about 15 minutes during the weekday and not saving a chore like this for the weekend! read more

This is my second time at this location. I used to travel to the Campbell one for years so I am willing to go a little further for a team I like. I am again impressed by the service and efficiency of the team here. I just had my car inspected earlier this week for a recall at the dealership and had my alignment and new tires put on. I already knew my car didn't need anything extra except new wipers. They did not try to upsell me because I am a woman, which happens to me every time I bring my car in to get any service anywhere. Not here. They were so respectful and just overall great! Note: I came at opening on a Saturday and was done in less than 30 minutes. I have come when it was busy and still felt taken care of which warranted this second visit. Thank you to Carlos and Dwayne who were kind and professional! Thanks guys! read more

I've visited this Jiffy Lube three times--twice for oil changes and once to fix a loose skid plate. The associates here are efficient, fair, and polite. I never feel like I'm being upsold, and they always take great care of me and my car. Big thanks to Duane and the team! read more

Fast and friendly staff. On top of my oil change, they refilled the tires and vacuumed my car. I didn't want to replace the air filter but they were nice to let me know about it. read more

Crew are very friendly and very professional... We dropped-by today for oil change as I remember that my last oil change was back in December 2021. They checked my history and inspected my car and told us that we do not need an oil change today as I am just 3K of my 5K. They don't just do oil change when you asked but they honestly advise you too. I highly commend their honesty. read more

I went to change my oil today. The woman who helped me came with 2 very dirty air filters and said that I needed to change them. In addition, my tail lights were blown, the brake fluid was underneath and a few other things. In short, I was scared but couldn't do anything else, so I told her to change the oil and the 2 air filters. When I left there, I went to Auto Zone to buy bulbs for my car. What was my surprise, my car had all the lights fine. I was upset. How can people be so dishonest? So I asked the man to check my oils... and of course, nothing was underneath. We all need to earn a living... but cheating is not the best way to win. They lost a customer. read more

They charged $200 for a oil change on my 2011 Toyota Camry. They didn't tell me the price until after the work was done. They said "prices have gone up." I feel robbed and will never go back to Jiffy Lube again. read more

I needed an oil change for my explorer. After reading all the reviews, was quite afraid to visit any jiffy lube shop. Finally, picked up this one, which had highest eating of 3.5 (which itself is very bad) among all jiffy lube shops here. Was pleasantly surprised by professional handling and courteous crews. They neatly explained the cost, and got it done within 10mins. Will go back again. there is oil leak from my car yet :) if that happens, will change the rating. read more

New to the Bay Area. Checked out a few different shops before going with the Bowers Jiffy Lube location. The team here has, by far, the best customer service. Dwayne, Ted and Luke are very hard working, knowledgable and respectful. read more

This is my first and last time coming to this location. As someone who seems less knowledgeable in oil change and cars, I kept receiving different and unclear responses. They confused me with their dishonesty and lack of confidence when answering my questions. Also, the vacuum service was marked as completed, but when the maintenance was finished I can tell right away that it was not vacuumed. I was charged for full synthetic oil change, so who knows what other service they didn't actually do. Anyways, I left the place dissatisfied and will not be coming back to this location. read more

Dwayne and his team were professional, met all our needs and provided a friendly and expedient oil change service. Provided recommendations, we have 4 vehicles and will be heading back. Good work Dwayne and Crew. read more

I just went here for an oil change and have been dreading going to any car place because I'm female. I was greeted by Jordan and his team - all of them were super friendly and weren't intimidating. They explained to me what my car needed in understandable terms and didn't try to pull anything over my head. No haggling necessary like I normally have to do (the prices seemed reasonable). SCAMMERS. They said the topped off all my fluids. Made this big speech about the things they had done. Well... i checked when i got home and they are bold faced liars. So i called and caught Dwayne in the lie and his only response was " well shit happens, man." He did offer to do it when i confronted him about it but i don't trust anyone here working on my vehicle. I feel so dumb because i even have a generous tip because they had mentioned business was slow due to the pandemic. Way to screw good people over! read more

Sooo I was very nervous to switch Jiffy locations, but I've moved and excess driving in the bay area (and wasting time and resources) really isn't an option.. found this location close enough to work and decided to pop in and get 'er done prior to clocking in. Now you've got the background! Raymond was phenomenal. He's an early bird (every morning up at 430a) bright and cheery on his way to work and he greets you so kindly and warmly. I wasn't even quite awake and fully functioning myself LOL! Upon arriving and being greeted, I informed him that I was in a pinch before work and he made sure I made it on time. I didn't even realize they sold windshield wipers but that got checked off my winter prep list too saving me further time. I really appreciated the whole experience, it was a beautiful fall morning so was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and a decent view watching squirrels play...easing into my day nicely. I'll be back! Thanks Raymond. read more

I absolutely love this location. Great service and community feel - every time I come in they remember me and my car. Located near my office and I needed to get my oil changed before I left for a weekend trip. Jiffy lube is quick and gets the job done but I worry about how honest they really are. I had a low tire pressure light on. They said they filled up my tires but the light was still on. Stopped by a gas station and my tires were really low. No leaks were found, just low tire pressure. So they didn't really fill it up... read more

If you've gotten your oil changed at a jiffy lube, and only had your car start leaking, welcome to the club. Got mine changed a couple months ago and sure enough my car starting leaking immediately the day after. I spoke to an independent mechanic and sure enough he mentioned they do this all the time. You go in to complain, they say they can't help and you owe them $150-200 to fix it. If this has happened to you in the past, please message me. I will be writing to corporate and the more complaints we have together, the more likely they'll listen. DO NOT bring your car here for an oil change. Even if it's more expensive to take it to an independent shop. It will save you money in the long run read more

Quick and great service, friendly staff. The best Jiffy Lube I've been too. Highly recommend coming to this location!

Dwayne and his team are stellar. 5 stars all around. Quick, helpful, friendly smiles. This is my second time here, and my first experience with Dwayne he took extra time to answer my questions. Go here for all your oil change needs! read more

I don't know how I could have gone so long without leaving a positive review for this Jiffy Lube location. The manager Dwayne and his entire staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help and serve their customers and I'm so grateful that they are around. Especially since I know nothing about cars, I always feel like I can trust their expert advice. Their customer service is fantastic and the service itself is always fast and convenient. They always go the extra mile whether I'm getting an oil change or coming in because my check engine light is on. I never feel like they're up selling me or charging me more because they know I know nothing about cars lol read more

I have been going to this location for a few years now, since it's close to my house. I typically take bad reviews with a grain of salt but this time I should have listened. I had the worst experience here. I went in for an oil change and soon after I left when I opened my glove box to put my invoice in, the door fell completely open and all my stuff fell out. I know it's an easy fix but their staff should have taken the time to put it together right. Then a few days later while driving on the freeway I hear a banging sound coming from my car. I pull over and find my skid plate torn off and damaged. Their staff didn't put on all the screws . I had to buy duct tape to keep it on until I could get back into town. I went back to their location and the store manager said he personally checked to make sure all the screws were on. I mistakenly believed him. Soon after I parked my car and saw part of the skit plate still hanging off. Obviously I couldn't go back to trust them to do it right so i went to another shop. I contacted management again about a reimbursement and the district manager did not provide good customer service. It took him 3 days to provide me an email address to send receipts for a reimbursement. I said I couldn't find the receipt for the duct tape but provided a link to Home Depot to show the cost. They wouldn't reimbursement me for the duct tape. I know it's just a few dollars but it's the principle. I think they should have reimbursed me for the oil change as well because of all the trouble they put me through. read more

Dwayne was so nice. It was my first oil change with my new car. I had gone on a road trip, and gone well over the recommended mileage, and Dwayne made me laugh about it, while still explaining to me how important it is to get an oil change on time. He also told me I could come in if I ever had any concerns about any lights on or I just wanted to top off my oil. Such a nice man. This will definitely be my go to Jiffy lube. Super quick and actually a highlight of my day. read more
