She had 24 hours to make the decision due to unfortunate circumstances. I l called every open shop. Went to big O tires and they wouldn't touch the car without paying them or give me a breakdown receipt of what they thought it could be, and refused to print it off to price compare. These amazing humans lifted the car up, walked me out and let me video exactly what was wrong, gave me honest advice in 10 minutes. Sent us on our way no charge. Once I saw them opening the doors I stepped out of the car and an employee was already walking over asking how he could help. Due to a bad shoulder I have difficulty doing this task on my own. I went back to Pep Boys and since they had the same brand of blades on the side of the repair shop, they were willing to install them even though they weren't the actual parts store from years ago nor the place where I bought the new ones. The installation was free. Would go there again for the service.

I was told it would take 60-90 minutes when I made the appointment. My car sat in the lot for 2-hours before they began my job and then it took an additional 3-hrs to perform the service. I can only hope they performed the brake service correctly, but that may be wishful thinking if they can't manage simple appointment scheduling. - Mark K
