I came in today, May 16, 2026, for an oil change. Osvaldo checked me. in. I sat in the car due to my neuropathy acting up. As they were performing the oil change and checks, I noticed Osvaldo come over and start cleaning out some leaves and tree debris that had accumulated under my hood. Walked in and ask the worker about the wait of time and of how long the service will be and he told me it would be 40 minutes total. Then walk into office to get information on the price and about a promotion email that was sent and the same guy was very rude and told me I still had to wait until they finished with other customers and all I wanted was to ask someone about the email and what might have been the total cost. Beware of dishonest practices at this Jiffy Lube on Laurel Canyon Blvd. I asked how much the oil change using their synthetic blend and was quoted $84.99 as posted on the wall. The man explained how there could be an additional $7 charge if my car required 6 quarts vs. 5, which it does. I explained I had a coupon for $15 off from their website. "No problem". The guy goes to my car, gets in; starts looking at mileage, etc. Gets out and says, "it's $101. Tries to hand over his tablet and says, "sign here". I'm thinking, $85-$15=70, plus add a quart, 7 bucks, 77 dollars..where's he getting $101 from? Maybe he went to night school and can't add during the day?... I point out the math. He says, "the additional quart is 10 bucks, not 7". Then, he tries saying it's 15 bucks from the total bill, which includes tax instead of the actual charge for the oil change. . This was the second time visiting the Jiffy Lube. The first time I went to this Jiffy Lube it was because it was recommended to me and I wasn't paying. Being that I needed another oil change I figured I'd give this place another go. Usually I use the Valvoline drive ups. The service cost me $101 and I'm pretty sure the attendant half-assed the services. No wiper checks. No air in the tires on the passenger side. No explaining what would done. After everything was done they asked me to pull forward and exit the vehicle to pay inside. I asked the cashier about the services and he breezed right by the questions. I used to bring my car here when I used to live in the valley and since I was around the valley I decided to go their because the last time I took it I thought they did a good job they even provided me a car wash. They charged me $140!!! Plus I didn't get the full synthetic oil as I told the guy I wanted!!!!! I always always put FULL SYNTHETIC OIL in my car! I paid so much for a terrible service!!!! I could have gone to my mechanic and paid him $60 for full synthetic oil change! Now I regret it! I want my money back!!!! This will be the very last time I ever take my car their! My Dad gets the oil changed for his car here, so he recommended this place. I had a bad experience elsewhere (not at a jiffy lube) so I decided to try Jiffy Lube instead. I've had good experiences at other locations of theirs so I didn't hesitate to try it. This particular location is very clean and the office smelled soooo good when I walked in to wait. Do not come to this place unless you want to get ripped off. These individuals attempted to charge me $47 for an Uber vehicle inspection that likely takes around 5 minutes to complete. Thats insane , almost $50 just to check a few boxes on a sheet of paper. A few months earlier, I had my vehicle inspected at a different Jiffy Lube for Lyft, and they only charged me $25. Do you guys want to know what's even more crazy? The fact that Uber only charges $40 to have a mechanic go to your house and do a vehicle inspection there. read more

Very disappointed. They charge and arm and a leg for a oil change $112 . I asked if everything in the car checked out fine they assured me it did. Immediately I doubted as I was only in there 10 minutes max! As I drove off the first thing I noticed was the wiper blades completely shredded. I pulled over and began to inspect the vehicle . When I saw the checklist on the invoice I realized most of those items weren't checked and even worse lied about it stating condition was ok. Wiper blades needed to be replaced they were torn, washer fluid was not topped off as stated in the invoice, vacuum floors weren't vacuumed as stated, I went to Costco checked tire pressure and all tires were uneven and under the recommended PSI and stated PSI on invoice . They ranged from 28-31 . Unbelievable. Beginning to highly doubt if the engine oil was even changed. I recommend taking it to a professional shop where they value their customers vehicle, time and most importantly their money. read more

You want to be treated like a queen then come here lol This is one of the cleanest, spacious waiting rooms, incentive driven, fastest Jiffy Lube locations I've ever been too. I've been coming to Jiffy Lube for years because of their quality in oil and great service. I have an older truck and so I like to use the High Mileage Signature oil. Yes, I know that's like a thousand bucks but I own my vehicle, never had any major problems and he (yea my car is a man) has over 190,000 miles. So I want to make sure I take care of it until the very end. I don't want a car note, nope nope! I found this location because of their $12 off any Signature Oil, high mileage oil and a deal, I'm there! If its time to get my oil changed, I try to go early in the morning before most of the locations get busy; between 7-8am. I pulled right up to an empty line, they had to move my truck because I entered on the wrong side lol But hey there wasn't an enter here sign. But they weren't mean about it. I was in the system so all of my information and previous services were on the computer. The gentleman tried to recommend a rear differential servicing but I politely declined and said I would go to my own mechanic. He tried to pressure me a little but I was firm on my answer and responded with JUST an oil change please and thank you. I walked into a plush waiting area, well plush compared to other locations where the chairs are falling apart, the waiting area is right next to the service area, or it's so small and packed with customers. It was spacious, clean, the usual complimentary coffee and water station, and a nice size TV with the local news station playing. I watched a little of it and in about 10 or so minutes they told me my car was ready. The normal price estimate was around $71 for the high mileage oil, but with my coupon, it came out to be about $54 which is cheaper. And once I paid, he handed me a code for a free car wash at the place next door. SCORE!!! lol, My truck was absolutely filthy so that was a true come up. Overall great experience and I will be locking this place in as my new preferred Jiffy Lube location. read more

I came in on a rainy day hoping I wouldn't have to take my sleeping son out of the car and into the waiting room. Ronaldo came to meet me at my window and got all the numbers and info for the car and myself right away. He told me I was able to sit with my son while I got the oil change. Once they started to change my oil my son woke up and Ronaldo heard him crying so he helped me get out my car and around to the other side so I could comfort my son. The oil change took no more than 12 minutes. Ronaldo was so attentive, kind, and had great customer service. I paid for my oil change and he gave me a free car wash that was good for 6 days!
