Quick and easy. Mickey was super friendly and took care of lubricating my tire swing arm. They did a great job vacuuming out the floors and cleaning the windows. Balanced my tires, which were way out of whack and even fixed a "rattling" noise that they noticed... without me asking... they just did it because they noticed it and it was an easy fix! My son added too much oil to his car and went to this shop to have them just change the oil since he had no way to drain any of the oil. The manager turned him away and said " you can go somewhere else, I ain't touching it " i called to ask if they would simply drain some oil to which he said no. If America wasn't so sue happy, people could actually do the logical right thing. read more

I came to jiffy lube only because my company requires maintenance at a shop. I picked up food beforehand to eat while I wait. The customer service at this location is hot garbage. There were too many people waiting in the lobby, phones ringing with no answer and the mechanics aren't doing anything productive but standing around, if you have anywhere to be, do not use this location. read more

I was fine with jiffy lube Until I'm always getting hit with some scam from the employees giving me a discount on my oil by "sliding them something" I was hit with that same line twice from two locations. then they hire anyone, some guy who appears to look 17, was supervised how to on my car(just my luck) then my bolt was tight as hell from me trying to do my oil this time, I had to go to amother jiffy lube for them to undo that right ass bolt just because I didn't want to go back to these MF's. what's else....I just feel like they put anything in my car and I wouldnt know it I'm just done with jiffy lube DO IT YOURSELF save $20 add it to some wipers or something. jmo read more

Chivalry is not dead! I came into the Jiffy Lube because I was desperate for an oil change and a nice gentleman, Billy, was waiting for me to pull around and greeted me with a smile. I told him I needed a quick oil change. He nodded and opened my door for me, showed me to the waiting room, opened that door for me there as well. Showed me where there was coffee and magazines while I waited and assured it wouldn't be too long. The chairs looked spankin' new and it wasn't too bad in there to be honest, AND I could see everything they were doing on my car. Billy, came back in and told me everything that they did to my car. He was super nice, told me that I could come in anytime in the next three months to get any fluid topped off or to fill up my tires! Which is great for the winter months when that is the LAST thing I want to do. So I paid (of course had the $5 coupon from online) and turned around where another gentleman was waiting by the door to open it for me as I left! He even ran over to my car to open my car door for me too! I got in and was just in total shock of how amazing there customer service is! They were actually super nice human beings and I felt great after leaving there! I didn't feel like I was gypped or talked down to, I didn't get the normal lecture of "ohhh you waited too long to do this" or "you need to fix this and this". I've been taking all my cars there for several years and I have been happy with the service. Had tires repaired, replaced,mounted and some other repairs. The last time I was there getting oil changed and tires rotated I asked how much for just the spark plugs to be replaced.? The manager said $750!! Just for plugs?! Than was feed a line BS on why. I can and will do it myself. Now I am debating to ever go back probably will not. read more

So Ive been to several Jiffy Lube's since its so convenient, but Im always a little wary if they took care of my car the way I had hoped. This Jiffy Lube however, was THE best oil change service I have ever had. I happened to be at a shopping center near by so it was convenient at the time, but also super fast, and I could visually tell when I got back in the car they thoroughly cleaned all the windows and they did a suburb job vacuuming out my car (it was super nasty)! In addition, I had just been "hit and ran" in a parking lot a few days earlier, and now have a nice big dent in my bumper and they gave me a suggestion for a body shop. This location is not the most convenient for me normally, but I will def make a point to come back! read more

This is an awesome place that offers more than oil changes. Not only do they have a very handsome manager he is also very skilled and down to earth. I've gone here 3 times because they're close to my job. The are nice and easy. They hold doors for women. Fast service. The possible manager, at least he seems in charge and has been there every time I've gone, doesn't try to make me purchase things. He tells me what could be fixed and moves on. I got a new, used, car and a filter was very old. He suggested that I replace it. I told him that I would have my brother look into it (my brother is a novice mechanic). Apparently the filter was so horrible to the guy that he just couldn't let me walk out with it. He offered a new one at a small discount. Since he's never tried to push anything on me before, I agreed. It wasn't an expensive fix and the filter was indeed filthy. So, I'll be going here regularly. read more

I love this Jiffy Lube! I needed the convenience of Jiffy Lube without the pushy add-ons and the confidence that l was in good hands. Last Jiffy Lube didn't know where my keys were because the worker put them on top of my car - ugh. Anyway, this location was quick and efficient. When the manager or someone who seemed in charge was going over some needed services and l was hesitant, he immediately made it clear l didn't need to do anything. I appreciated that. He gave me such a good deal that l did some of what he was asking for. I will definitely go back to this location! read more

DO NOT got to this Jiffy Lube. I repeat. Turn back now. The people who work here are a bunch of crooks. I took my car in because I thought I needed a new fuel filter. They "examined" the issue with my car and told me my option. And that, was to have a $600 fuel system put in my car. At that point I wasn't sure if I needed a new fuel filter or not. To be frank, the workers didn't know what was really wrong with the car. They were just like "well, lets just charge this guy a whole lot of money to fix something that probably isn't broken." Shortly after, I left to explore some other options and perhaps to ask my neighbor (a former mechanic) what he thought might be the issue. Once home, my neighbor opened my hood and a wire connecting to my engine was broken. Now I can't be 100% positive, but I strongly believe the workers at Jiffy Lube did this to my car earlier in the day. If they didn't, they would have just told me that I had a torn wire when I went in that morning. But no, they didn't. Instead they told me I need to spend over $600 for a new fuel system. They tore my wire and just shut the hood like I wouldn't notice. That is just shameful. Shame on them. So to make a long story short all I needed was a new wire (that they broke) and an oil change (i was running on almost no oil which I didn't know). In total I spent 50 for the wire set (even though I only needed one) and 5 bucks for a quart of oil. My neighbor was a life saver and now my car runs perfectly fine. I will never ever go to this Jiffy Lube and I strongly urge people who read this review to just go somewhere else...unless you don't mind paying for problems that you don't have. The choice is yours. read more
