This happened a long time ago and perhaps these people have long left. Jiffy lube Williamsburg Rd. I marked my filter with a marker. I took it to get an oil change and filter. I didn't bother to check because everything seemed professional. After four years of changes my car started acting up. Someone said to change my oil myself. I saw that the same oil filter I had marked was still there. I assume they did nothing. It was too late and the motor died and I had to junk it. read more

Maybe you could have tightened the 2 loose screws on my battery so I would pass inspection but no they want to try and charge me 40$ for 2 10mm socket bolts will not be coming back and do not recommend to anyone else read more

This is literally the worst experience I've ever had!! It was $125 just for an oil change!!!! And, of course they don't discuss the prices BEFORE starting it. And while I was in here a customer and one of the technicians starting a screaming match!!!!! They were in the lobby about to throw punches. This is my first and LAST time coming here. I went against my better judgement and Came in for a basic oil change. Before I came in my vehicle was fine, no error lights were on... as soon as I pulled off MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON!!!! How??? I came back and no one has a clue of what went wrong or how to fix it. They actually asked me to go to a part store up the street so they could tell me why the light was on... First and last visit here. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the service was rather quick for a Saturday. When I first checked in, I was greeted by an assistant manager I told him what kind of oil change I wanted. After I gave him my keys I told him I would be going over to McDonald's to get my kids food while I waited. I come back and the other assistant manager David called for my vehicle. He clearly was having a bad day and taking it out on customers or maybe just me. He had an attitude about me not being in the building to ask questions about my vehicle and told me how I was holding him up. Remind you that when I checked in I told the first guy what I needed done and he said it was no problem for me to go get my kids food. The guy informed me that they had already picked a more expensive oil since I wasn't here. He said that phase about me not being here about 4 times in a short conversation. I highly suggest that if you don't like your job or have a bad attitude you are in the wrong line of work dealing with paying customers. read more
