I guess they thought because I was a woman I believe that BS so I said "well did you at least put air in my tires?" they said "yes". I got in & the tire light was still on. They said "oh it'll go away in a few miles". Which of course it didn't. Certainly don't appreciate that they lied to my Face. Really crappy service.

The prices are fair and the customer service was Top tier! They checked everything, even stuff other shop do not. They even caught an issue with my front signal light. (I kept replacing the light but it wasn't the light that was the issue it was the housing inside the light!) Thanks to Valvoline thoroughness I was able to diagnose this issue. I love the fact they don't push you on other products but more so they want to educate you on any possible issues and suggestions for your car to be its best. (There was no wait time when I arrived). I will definitely come back for my next service

100/100 EXPERIENCE!…read more I had such a great experience at Express Oil Change! Tom was absolutely amazing! He was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, and just an all-around pleasant person to deal with. I originally came in for an oil change, and Tom took the time to let me know that my windshield wipers were no longer in good condition. He explained my options, gave me a great selection to choose from, and even made sure I got a great offer. I really appreciated that he was helpful and informative without making me feel pressured. What really stood out was Tom's personality and customer service. He treated us so well and made the entire experience so much better just by being friendly, welcoming, and personable. The manager, Stephen, also came out personally to greet us, which was such a nice touch and showed me that great customer service starts from the top! I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others. Tom and Stephen, keep up the amazing work! This place gets a 100/100 from me!

After wracking my brain, Yelp, and Google to find somewhere to get my oil changed without breaking the bank, I settled on Take 5. It was around 5:30 and thankfully only one car was in one of the bays so I did not have to wait long. They clearly have a detailed process to follow and the gentleman who served me was relatively new and trying to ensure he adhered to the steps. He was reasonably pleasant and helped keep the experience streamlined (probably just as much for business efficiency as for my benefit). The pricing was a bit on the high side for a non-specialty change. Even opting for the middle option was about $70, which is expensive when you realize you aren't getting filters for that. Regardless, the speed was impressive, and I always worry that someone will leave something untightened that causes your engine to seize up at these convenience shops, though I did not experience any such issues here. All things considered, Take 5 is a good spot to take your car to when you need things taken care of quickly and don't want to take the time to schedule an appointment at an already-overbooked body shop. Worth a try! Overall: 4.0 stars ---- Pros: - Awesome convenience, stay in your car while everything is done for you. - Pleasant service. - Speed is excellent, and it's easy to get here since it's right on Broad. Cons: - Price isn't insane but it is above average for what you get (filters extra).

Also got a state inspection which the technician actually ripped a piece of my CERAMIC tint off. I didn't give permission to do so, nor the ability to render it useless. They also use to clean your car and give you a wet wipe, in 2025 they just lie up charge and do the bare minimum. I will not be back. I can understand asking for permission or telling you at the shop but nobody said anything to me but my cars waiting outside with the rejected sticker. When I arrived I was told that they couldn't do the work because someone had called, there were other cars in front of me, and they wouldn't be able to perform the work by 6 which is when they close. In their defense, they did try to call me but I was busy at work all day. In my defense, they didn't leave a voicemail and I didn't have their number saved so I just assumed the missed call was spam or scam. This was a waste of my time and I'm making it a point to write a review because I'm old school. At any job I've worked, things happen...people call out sick or equipment breaks. But at the jobs I've worked, if there was a customer commitment, we worked late to meet them. The choices are 1) pay a little overtime and get it done even if folks have to work a little later than normal or 2) tell the customers you can't meet the commitments because you're not willing to do anything extra like stay a little late. I guess this outfit chose option 2. I would not recommend this shop.
