This was my first visit and probably only visit to this location. I was traveling for work and my truck needed an oil change. I take my jeeps to my local Jiffy Lube. The service here was just as great as my home location. The team was nice and helpful. I appreciate that they took the time to go over the levels and wear and tear of my truck. They were very apologetic about the time it took to complete my oil change but I understood. They got pretty busy shortly after my arrival. While I don't live in the area, I highly recommend coming to this Jiffy Lube for a friendly, quick oil change. read more

it is quick, but wow it's expensive. Call Walmart and make an appointment and you'll get right in and it's more reasonable. Plus they also always ask you if you want other things done. You can get caught paying for many other things if you don't know what you're doing. read more

I stopped by the have the oil in my Jeep changed. Nice people. They do the usual service station procedure - check fluids, check your air filter - they recommend filling/replacing things. The waiting room was fine, the complimentary coffee was hot. The technicians were very professional and polite, the wait was reasonable, good stuff. My girlfriend took her car here for an oil change about 6 months ago. They charged over $100 for an oil change. Just an oil change. Because her car uses "euro" oil, (not exactly an exotic oil choice, it costs about the same as other oils). That is a scam. So right now I'm changing it myself, and I have to wonder if she did something to piss you guys off. My Milwaukee cordless impact couldn't get the drain bolt off. It took an incredibly long cheater bar with me standing on it to break it loose. I'm not expecting them to take a torque wrench to it, but ideally the guy turning the wrench would know how to change a car's oil. read more

The team here this morning was top notch!!! As a mechanic i generally can't stand going to a quick shop just for the reason of dealing with the employees that are better salesman than mechanics. Instead of "up selling" me on items I didn't need they told me the service I needed was a simple fluid drain(late night miscalculation on my part). When I'm certain most shops would have talked most people into a full service. PLUS the fella in the bay(under my car) found a rubbing transmission coolant line that was about to burst, I was able to fix it and get it out of the way with some simple Zip Ties($.25), instead of the future transmission failure this would have caused($2000). I can't say enough about my 15min spent here, awesome honest people that deserve recognition!! read more

Bait & Switch, I called Jiffy Lube to get a price on changing a serpentine belt. I gave them the year & model of my vehicle. I sent my son down to have the work done & they raised the price $20.00. They admit they gave me the cheaper price over the phone but said nobody actually looked it up. They wouldn't stand behind their own screw up. Poor business decission if you ask me. So they were able to do my oil change quick when driving through town but they didn't tighten my skid plate and so when I parked the curb destroyed my skid plate because it was hanging down and now my car scrapes just driving down the road. Hands down, this Jiffy Lube has provided me the best service of any lube shop I've ever visited. Not only were they quick (I was there less than 20 minutes total), but also outstandingly courteous. On my way out, they held the door for me, AND opened the door of my car for me. That sort of kindness isn't something I go in hoping for, but I definitely noticed and appreciated it when they showed it to me. I came in for an oil change and asked them to check my tire air pressure. Several days before, I had lowered my tire pressure to ~30-40 psi for driving in the sandy desert, and wanted my tire pressure brought back up to appropriate street driving levels. They confirmed they would check my tires. When I checked out and paid, they told me my tires were brought up to 50psi. A couple hours later, I decided to check my tire pressure and found that my tires were still at ~30-40 psi, and had not been filled to 50 psi as I was told verbally and as my Jiffy Lube receipt indicated. I called the shop to ask about this negligent service. They tried to blame a faulty air pressure gauge. However, it was obvious that NO air had been added to my tires whatsoever. The guys working here were very nice while they lied to me. Otherwise I would have given them 1 star. read more

This is my favorite place for an oil change. I've been going here for three years and I'm honestly shocked that there are any mediocre reviews. The staff is professional, courteous, and well-trained. I'm always impressed by the staff. I've gotten quick service. They always try to upsell me, but that's what they do - it's a business. There's wifi, hot coffee, ice water dispenser, and a clean bathroom while you wait. Much better than the many grubby places I've been to before. read more

I called before I brought my vehicle in to ask a question about the $57 Full Synthetic Oil Change Groupon. The man I spoke to said the Group[on included everything except for taxes which would come to about $2-$3. I then bought the Groupon for $57. When I was ready to pay after my oil change was completed, I was told I had to cover an extra quart of oil ($15.98), $5 for a filter (even though it states clearly the filter is included in the oil change on the receipt), and taxes ($5.72) which came to $26.69 total. I called Lithia Toyota after to see what I paid for my last oil change there without a coupon and it turns out I paid $87 total out the door including taxes and fees... Needless to say, we will stick to Lithia Toyota! read more

Walmart in Anderson where I had bought tires blew me off and I wasted a lot of time , looking for a missing part that was not missing . Jiffy lube after topping off my fluids figured out how to put the spare back on and did not charge me for it . How awesome is that . read more

I've ran into issues in dealing with this Jiffy Tube twice. Once a couple years ago when I went there and this last time I went there. Usually I use a different company but occationally I go to Jiffy Lube because of their hours. During this most recent instance, a tech accidentally drained my differential fluid instead of my oil; which, accidents happen. The issue was that the tech told the manager and the manager tried to conceal the fact from me. The manager talked to me all about my car and the maintenance to be done and then ended the conversation without mentioning that. I had to then ask him if he was planning telling me about that. He said they were going to fill it back up for me and that they had the proper fluid for it, which they did. The unfortunate annoyance though was that i had just put in a different differential three months prior; and i had used very high quality fluid. At home I then compared the fluid they put in with what i had used and it was no where near the same. The fluid they used was about as runny as oil and what I had used was closer to the runniness of honey. Then, two months later, I had to get my car smogged and was checking my air filter and come to find out, they had broken my air filter housing by not releasing all of the retainer clips before opening it. They had then drilled two holes in the housing so that they could zip tie it back together!!! The zip ties work, but i can't check my air filter without cutting the zip ties and then having to put new ones on them. read more
