Before you read this, you should know that I don't like going to get my oil changed - it's kind of like going to the dentist. I generally put it off as long as possible. Jose and crew at this location have completely changed that for me - and raised the bar for all others. Jose and his team were amazing. I called this AM about making an appointment and Jose was great from the start. Explained that you never need an appointment, just come on in! When I drove up to the garage door, Jose quickly greeted me and we walked into the office area - he pointed out the restroom, the water in the fridge, coffee maker. His crew drove my car inside and got busy on things. After getting mileage, etc from my car, he explained what he recommended and the benefits and gave me an estimate on the cost. We agreed on the synthetic oil (that's what I use) and tire rotation (I was overdue). His team got to work and they were done in no time at all. He assured me that they checked the filters, the fluids, vacuumed the car, and checked brakes, wipers - and I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff. Anyway, it was a thorough check and I felt great knowing there was attention to detail. Even better than all the actual work on the car was my customer experience. I have never ever been to any kind of oil change place - even car dealers - that was this clean. CLEAN. CLEAN. CLEAN. Plus, free wifi, a charging station for mobile phones, a work area (I had my laptop), comfy chairs, CLEAN bathroom. It almost felt part 'cafe' and there was a big window where you could see what was happening with the cars. I felt like I took my car to a spa or something. The last time I went for a basic oil change, it took them an hour and 10 minutes to get me out the door. They also did not deactivate the "service needed" that beeps when service is needed. I thought, well, maybe it was a tough day so I went back again. Again, oil change and I requested a tire rotation. I knew that I had an important meeting that I needed to be at so I asked when I pulled up, "how long for a tire rotation and oil change". I was told I would be in and out in 25 minutes. It took an hour and 5 minutes this time. I was late for my meeting. They also did not deactivate the service needed button again. I will NEVER go back. Horrible service. read more

I needed an oil change late in the day (07/12/23) for my Toyota Sienna, and JJ and Jeremy took great care of me! I expect professionalism and strong communication skills and these two men had both and made my short visit one that I will remember and will reward by my continued patronage. When I told my 80+ year old father about my visit, he told me about his experience there. He and my nephew had a battery issue, and were having a problem installing a battery they purchased at a big box store. Problems like all non-mechanics have. They came in and asked for help. Someone came out and helped him, helping his grandson. He asked for nothing when my Dad wanted to pay him. This is a good business, well run, with good employees. read more

Got my car checked in for a oil change they had problems putting my filter back on they tried 10 times + had to approach them to fin out out what was going on was left in a waiting with no ac no water to dink / not offered they didn't vacuum my car out ! The waiting room was 80° there secuity alarm was beeping the whole time they said they got the filter on and if they forced it on I Will find out do not bring your car here they are not worth 120 some dollars for a oil change!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my truck ('19 Ram 1500) in for a routine oil change. A couple months later, I got a check engine light on my truck. I stopped driving the truck and brought it immediately into a dodge dealership. The mechanic was baffled when he discovered there was NOTHING on the dip stick. He said the oil filter had been installed incorrectly and there had been a very slow leak that finally popped a check engine light. He filled the engine with oil (somehow the engine had not seized prior) but the codes are still popping up for oil pressure, cam shaft timing and others. Now due to the Jiffy Lube's negligence, the dealership has to tear down the engine to determine what damages the oil leak caused to my truck, which according to the dealership could cost thousands of dollars. Then the dealership will have to fix whatever damage they find, at an additional cost. Not to mention the strain it has put on my wife and I (we both work full time) to be down to one car for over a month. Jiffy lube has been of no help- on multiple occasions they have taken information about the case over the phone and promised I will get calls from the higher ups ASAP. I haven't received any calls back and every time I call them back (weekly), the new manager knows nothing about the case, can't find any information on it and re-submits the claim (allegedly). This has been going on for over a month now and haven't heard anything back from anyone with any authority to help me reach a resolution with regards to damages caused to my truck by the negligent work of Jiffy Lube's mechanics. read more

Great service!! Just went in for a regular oil change and they were supper helpful. I don't know much about cars and they were really nice about it and didn't try to get me to get extra service I don't need. Was a little pricy but for the great costumer service you get it's definitely worth it. :) read more

I've gotten a lot of work done by Jiffy and never have they disappointed. The team is amazing. But today when i went it i was getting my sway bars fixed and i found out after them having my car for a hr that there lift didn't work and that they would take my car down to the closet jiffy to get it done considering this would've been the 3rd time rescheduling due to something not working. The district manger Angela said she would take my car down there and bring it back and she would be leaving in the next 20 mins. Then 20mins turned into an hour. My car would've already been. Down there and getting fixed. But she was busy trying to fix a machine that clearly didn't work and that the team already tried to fix. UPDATE This is the second day in a row i have taken my car to plover jiffy lube. The first day Angela deguire the district manager sent my car to Appleton jiffy lube Because plover could not provide the service that they quoted Me because of equipment failure in plover. My car left plover to go to Appleton at 1:00p my car returned to Stevens Point at 9 PM. I was told my car was completely service and everything was fine the brakes and suspension work that was done including an alignment. The next morning I had to come back to the plover Jiffy Lube to get my car serviced because again my brakes were failing after the brake service my car has been on bay three since 11 o'clock in the morning it's still there at 8:30 PM they've redone my entire brake system and I still have no breaks it's no longer the district manager doing the work it's now her bosses name Matt the regional manger and Rich from Illinois and yet they still can't get my car done. Cool i got this all for free. About 800$ in work but my car still DOES NOT HAVE BREAKS. I should've only let TJ touch my car before all these suits and high ups. I WANT TO TALK TO THE ONWERS. THIS SHOULD'VE NEVER HAPPENED UPDATE I left Jiffy lube at 10 PM and my car had NO BREAKS at all. They didn't even bother trying to get me a rental or a loaner so i could go to work the next day. There now trying to say i brought them these parts after i went to another shop to get my car diagnosed. When it was Jaimie who told me i needed all these parts that I DIDN'T ACTUALLY NEED. Matt and Rich both have agreed i should've never had that car with the breaks the way they are. THEY EVEN SAID IT SHOULD'VE NEVER LEFT APPLETON.
