They said they looked at it for a little bit and ordered a few parts that they may arrive the following day. They said they were going to put the parts on "to see what that would do". When asked if replacing parts without authorization or without knowing the cause of the problem was standard practice they had no answer. Told them I was coming to pick up my car and I would take it elsewhere. When I arrived I was told it would be a few minutes because they had to jump the car. Drove the car home and it hasn't started since. Wasn't a problem before. Had to tow the car to the next repair shop. Charged $40 for the "repair".

As I stated in my review for the window tinting, Kurt does a very thorough job of explaining the product, his procedure to apply the product, the options for the product and different costs and what to expect in reality. He does so with a polite, courteous, professional manner and will listen to you and answer your questions. I had Sign Pro do the exterior detailing before applying the ceramic coating to the entire vehicle. Along with applying products to the rims and tires. I have to say, my vehicle looks amazing! I didn't think it was possible to make it look better than when I took delivery of it from the dealer, but Sign Pro sure made it look outstanding. I could not be happier. I had the work done a couple months ago and have driven the vehicle in some nasty winter road conditions. I took it to an automatic car wash today and in my opinion the road grime removed so much easier and thoroughly because of the ceramic coating. It looks just as nice as when Sign Pro completed the original work. I would definitely recommend Sign Pro.
