Very professional, polite, and quick. Worth for the money, and mentioned something else that had to be looked at, but didn't pressure. The cost of that was extremely reasonable as well. Sorry, I can't remember what it was. read more

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation today. The staff were great, very accommodating and professional. They had me back on my way very quickly. I will be coming back to this location for future oil changes. They even applied a coupon I didn't know about to make sure I got the best value for my money. I left very happy with my experience at this location. Thanks again and see you next oil change read more

Came in to get a FOURTH opinion after every other place told me something different and expensive (suspected alternator and starter issues). Manager and his team were incredibly helpful and kind. They figured out it was just my battery, and got me my new one for a great price. In and out in about 30 minutes after days of stress and confusion, and my car is running like a dream. read more

3. Workers act like they are asleep or stoned Slower than slow - young kids that don't know cars / where to fine vin numbers . First stop was 20 minutes- I left went shopping st Costco came back first in line waited another 30 minutes , seem they can only do in vehicle at a time - soooo slow - Valvoline shops are way faster ! Won't be back to this location ! One kids spent time on his phone - basically doing nothing to expedite service -$106. For Sun - blend /. WOW. Coupon save $26. Still for the slow service way over priced - Never use Jiffy( not so jiffy). Again read more

Weird experience. I've come to numerous jiffy lubes with my car (an audi) I came to this location and was told "we don't have stuff to do an audi right now" then I said oh it's okay because I have my own oil and filter. Then she was like well we can't do it because we can't drain it from below. I told her I've been to numerous jiffy lubes with this car and they were able to change it without issue. Is this a new thing or just this location? She said, it's a new thing and it's all jiffy lubes in this area. I called the nearest jiffy lube and asked them if they do oil changes on Audis? Their answer: Yes. I'm in the other jiffy lube getting my oil change and writing this review. Weird location and despite it being closest to my house. I won't bother going there again. read more

I came in for an oil change and upon inspection they helped me find out that my car actually had a major fuel leak. I am completely unaware and a little more than stupid when it comes to car stuff so I would not have noticed on my own until my car literally exploded lol. They recommended what to do and even called around to find out if any auto shops would be able to help me. Fantastic workers to say the least!! read more

As good of an experience as getting an oil change can be! Alicia helped me and was very quick and kind. She walked me through everything I needed, pricing ect. From the time I pulled in until I left, 15 minutes has passed. They even wiped my windows and vacuumed for me. Thanks Kevin & Alicia! read more

This team is amazing. No high pressure, but reviews service that is due and available. Friendly, efficient and treats their loyal customers well. I will keep coming back for their amazing service. read more

Gotten my oil changed here like 1000 times before. Moved up to Prescott Valley last year and I am down for the holidays, when I realized I need an oil change. I tried to come in yesterday but they turned me away over an hour before close. I guess that they had sent everyone home thinking they would have a slow rest of the day. Today I came in, and some dude wearing 3D glasses tells me he won't put Euro spec 5w30 in my BMW because the back of the bottle doesn't say BMW specifically. Waste of time. Grease monkey is 2 miles down the road. read more

Just had one of the worst customer service experiences at Jiffy Lube. I am a senior, living in Sun City. What broght me into this location today was a coupon for a $19.95 Signature Oil Change. (Clipped from the front page of the Arizona Republic (valid to Aug 3rd, today is July 31st) I am a retired business executive, most reasonable people would agree there are costs of "doing business" 1. labor / 2. Materials Would you agree? I drive Lexus ES350, I like to use an OEM Lexus oil filter, also I'm a long time Pennzoil Platinum full synthetic kind of guy. When I pulled in I told the associate I had my own oil & filter in the truck. The associate told me the cost was $42.95, I told the associate I had a coupon and asked if I could I'm use it. The reply was "no problem" so far so good right? Wrong !! At time of check out, the same associate told me they were unable to honor the coupon as I had provided my own Lexus filter. Wait a minute ?? Jiffy Lube ?? Ok your company SAVED money as , I used my own oil & Filter. Jiffy Lube, please honor your valid coupons, show consideration for senior customers on a fixed income. I am going to share this experience with all my senior friends at there recreation center and church. I will not be back and I'm going to make it my mission to share this experience with everyone I know. read more

My first time at this Jiffy Lube. Getting an oil change and tire rotation. They really aren't any more or less than Firestone or other comparable oil/tire service places. This place has quick service, I like that. They got me in and out quickly! I'll come back... read more

This was my first time going to this location as it's close to my house. I went in there for a simple oil change before heading out of town the following weekend. After one of the technicians completed the inspection the manager came over to me and said everything was good no check engine lights are on, dash is clear. Well if he would've paid attention I did have a check engine light on. That was the first problem. My second problem is now my Chevy Tahoe is leaking oil and it never did before. When I looked underneath the oil and filter was really loose I tightened it and my truck is still leaking oil pretty bad to be honest and I never had this problem before with my truck read more

I went here for an oil & oil filter change and I marked my oil filter before hand with a magic marker date. Sure enough; when I got home I crawled under the car and saw that they had failed to change my filter.; crooks read more

Always slow. Nice but not motivated to work. No matter when I come or whether there is one or two cars in the service bay, it always takes over 90 min. What happened to the days when it took 15-30min? read more

I don't usually give 5* but Joshua went beyond the call of duty. We had an engine issue that they couldn't help us with but took the time to explain what we needed to do before driving 1,000 miles to get home. Thank you Joshua, your boss should give you a raise! read more

After missing an oil change appointment (by 20 minutes) at Larry Miller Toyota on Bell, I was told the wait time would be 2 and a half hours!! I was really frustrated and left. I used my phone to find a Jiffy Lube in the area and when I pulled in I was immediately greeted and helped out of my car. I am 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old with me, so it was a huge help. Everyone at this location was friendly and efficient. Not a second of my time was wasted. They weren't very busy and were able to complete my $40 oil change (with all the bells and whistles, including topping off all of my fluids, vacuuming my car and cleaning the exterior windows) in FIFTEEN minutes!!! That's even less than the 20 mins I was late for my Toyota appointment! lol In all fairness, it is a Tuesday and it was the middle of the afternoon, so it wasn't a busy time for them, but my horrible experience at Toyota was only 10 minutes earlier!! They definitely have a new customer!! read more

Acceptable service although more pricey than similar oil change services. $47.93 for five quarts of "run of the mill" Pennzoil 5w30 SN/GF5. This location is somewhat secluded in a nearly vacant shopping mall. The consequence is that they are not busy. No one else was there when I arrived or arrived during my oil change. read more

Very clean establishment! Waiting area is clean, air conditioned and has a pop (soda) machine, and complimentary coffee, plus a tv on to entertain you while waiting :) The restroom is very clean. Great customer service. They explained what was needed, and not pushy about trying to upsell services. They even cleaned my windows!! (Which was desperately needed ;) read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

It was a Sat I planned on getting to JL at 7:30am as they opened. Unfortunately, the manager failed to show up on time. To be blunt he was twenty minutes late. One employee apologized for his boss over and over. I've been to this local before and didn't have any issues. This time was different. read more

Not impressed. Came in for their $26.95 oil change, which ended up being $78. They do not pick up trash laying on the same carpets they said they would vacuum. They don't accept $100 bills. They needed 1.25 hours just to do an oil change...there were 2 cars in front of us, but they were only using 1 lane to do all their work, so we left our car. When finished, they didn't even call to let us know. I wish zero stars was an option. read more

Very happy w/ this Jiffy Lube! Easy in&out! A total of about 25 minutes. No waiting on a Tuesday afternoon. The Manager was very accommodating. Last time in here he told me I didn't need an oil change. He invited me to come back in 2,000 miles! They didn't push anything on me. Showed me a couple air filters... one needed changing. He accepted a $15 online coupon.... happily. E-Z to find. Right on W Union Hills. I'll go back for sure read more

Very kind and respectful staff, but slowest oil change I've ever had. My last one (different Jiffy) I waited in the car because of COVID. That location was WAY busier, but I was in and out in less than 20 mins. I waited at this location over an hour, they finally got my car in the bay, but there was only one car in front of me being worked on the entire time. Perhaps they need more staff? Either way, will not come back to this location. If you have plans within 3 hours of wanting an oil change, go elsewhere! read more

Service was fast and they did not push anything onto me that I did not need. I felt far more comfortable than I have at dealers. Albeit they are not cheap but what is anymore. I would recommend them. Even the coffee was good and in these places that is unheard of. read more

I went this location a few minutes ago on Union Hills Drive. The signature service was about $50 for my V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which seemed high. Luckily, I had a $5 off coupon on my phone. I was surprised to learn that if I didn't have that coupon on my phone (or printed), they would not honor the $5 off. Thus, you need to be sure and have the coupon printed or available on your phone. Worst of all, they tried to charge me $3.90 extra for "topping off my coolant." When I asked about this, the guy quickly walked over to the car, checked, and then instantly explained "It's full, I'll take that off." In other words, they tried to tack on an extra $3.90 for nothing. I bet a lot of people fall for that trick. I'm glad I did not. BE CAREFUL. I won't return to this location. read more

Don't bother stopping here. Stopped in at 10am on a Tuesday and was turned away. They told me their "system was down" and it would be a half hour before they could do any oil changes. So I drove 1/2 mile east and went to Steel Image Oil and Lube and not only did they change the oil but they did a free car wash in less than 15 minutes! read more

I called this location for appt info. No appointments are needed, first come first served. The man who answered said the wait is about a 10 minutes so I decided to give this place a try since the Dealership was booked and my brother was working. Upon arriving, the man who greeted me was pleasant. He asked if I had been there before and then asked me to pop open my hood . He said the type of synthetic oil needed would be $79.00! Umm, no thank you. The Toyota Dealership charges me $25.00, which includes a tire rotation and my brother does it for free. I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla and even though I waited until the last minute to get an oil change, I'm not that desperate. I did think the man got a little upset because he didn't close my hood all the way, 3 stars for the polite phone call, greeting, and for telling me the price before actually doing it. read more

I came in on a Tuesday at 4:00 pm I was in and out in 20 minutes, they changed my oil vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows. Nothing was pushed on me. Overall happy with the fast service, I will definitely come back. read more

Great service! Oil change and headlight fixed quickly. Nice guys and explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely come back.

Well let me start by saying I went into this Jiffy Lube and got my oil changed first of all only the manager was there there was no oil technician so I had to wait 15 minutes for the technician to get there before I even got my oil changed so I got my my oil changed and the next morning I noticed a couple drops in my garage I didn't think nothing of it maybe residual from the oil filter or something so the next day I blacked out of my garage and there was more oil on the floor I took it to the Jiffy Lube on Union Hills where I've been several times before and told them it was leaking please check the filter and drain plug the manager then went downstairs looked at it took a picture and said the filter and drain plug was dry so I let it go next morning I backed out of my garage another puddle of oil in my garage so I went to the dealership have them look at the leak they evaluated the situation and said it was a drain plug they replaced it for $65 parts and labor and then with that receipt I went to the Jiffy Lube and ask them for compensation since I did give them first opportunity to fix the issue the manager there Matthew said that he forwarded on to his head of Department and as soon as he heard something I would know so after that I filed a complaint at the corporate offices and realize they did not give me my drain plug back so I called Matthew back and he said we have to send it in to find out why it was defective and late here I had already told him that is not his drain plug to keep white gave him the authority to keep it if besides me so I called the corporate offices back and filed more issue about the complaint of this place then called Matthew back and told him that he has no right to keep my drain plug and I'm coming back in to get it he said find one C verified my address I can come in and get it I would definitely will not be going back here again at all if they gave me free oil changes for life definitely think twice about going here respect your car don't take it here just my valued opinion you live and you learn don't use Jiffy Lube I'm sorry if some of the words in here or Miss type but this voice to text is very funny sometimes but I did get my point across read more

It's 816 and the store is still closed when it opens at 8 AM. Now I know shit happens, and I would never leave this complaint had there Not been two employees sitting in their vehicles watching me sit outside of their closed garages for 15 minutes. Not one thought to come let me know that somebody will soon be here. Right now I'm watching one of their employees polishing his rims while There is now a second car in line. After tapping on one of the employees car window to ask if they will be open, the girls response was she does not know because she does not know when her boss will be here and she does not have keys. And even that was after 10 seconds of finishing a text message. The beginning of this review started with two stars because I'm just against leaving one star for a business when shit happens. It is now onestardue to its two employees that have no business in customer service. It is now 830 and I'm leaving. Thank you Jiffy Lube for screwing up my morning with blatant disrespect for your customers. read more

Just wanted to pass along kudos for their honesty. I took my truck there today thinking I needed an oil change but the manager showed me on the computer that I didn't need one just yet. Just that the previous oil change they forgot to switch the sticker on the window. This kind of honesty just makes me appreciate this place even more! read more
