Weird experience. I've come to numerous jiffy lubes with my car (an audi) I came to this location and was told "we don't have stuff to do an audi right now" then I said oh it's okay because I have my own oil and filter. Then she was like well we can't do it because we can't drain it from below. I told her I've been to numerous jiffy lubes with this car and they were able to change it without issue. Gotten my oil changed here like 1000 times before. Moved up to Prescott Valley last year and I am down for the holidays, when I realized I need an oil change. I tried to come in yesterday but they turned me away over an hour before close. I guess that they had sent everyone home thinking they would have a slow rest of the day. Today I came in, and some dude wearing 3D glasses tells me he won't put Euro spec 5w30 in my BMW because the back of the bottle doesn't say BMW specifically. Waste of time. Just had one of the worst customer service experiences at Jiffy Lube. I am a senior, living in Sun City. What broght me into this location today was a coupon for a $19.95 Signature Oil Change. (Clipped from the front page of the Arizona Republic (valid to Aug 3rd, today is July 31st) I am a retired business executive, most reasonable people would agree there are costs of "doing business" 1. labor / 2. Materials Would you agree? I drive Lexus ES350, I like to use an OEM Lexus oil filter, also I'm a long time Pennzoil Platinum full synthetic kind of guy. When I pulled in I told the associate I had my own oil & filter in the truck. The associate told me the cost was $42.95, I told the associate I had a coupon and asked if I could I'm use it. The reply was "no problem" so far so good right? Wrong !! At time of check out, the same associate told me they were unable to honor the coupon as I had provided my own Lexus filter. Wait a minute ?? Jiffy Lube ?? Ok your company SAVED money as , I used my own oil & Filter. Jiffy Lube, please honor your valid coupons, show consideration for senior customers on a fixed income. I am going to share this experience with all my senior friends at there recreation center and church. I was concerned about my 1974 Corvette brakes they seemed soft and the pedal was not was very spongy I took it into grease monkey and talked to Marshall Laird at the store of 87th Avenue in West Union hills what an amazing crew these these people are amazing they diagnose situation with my car they not only fix the brakes but they looped it greased it filled it with oil where it needed transmission completely flushed out the brake system And not only that but they also gave me a 20% discount which was just off the chart thank you so much for fixing my car I really appreciate it you guys are wonderful read more

This was my first time going to this location as it's close to my house. I went in there for a simple oil change before heading out of town the following weekend. After one of the technicians completed the inspection the manager came over to me and said everything was good no check engine lights are on, dash is clear. Well if he would've paid attention I did have a check engine light on. That was the first problem. My second problem is now my Chevy Tahoe is leaking oil and it never did before. After missing an oil change appointment (by 20 minutes) at Larry Miller Toyota on Bell, I was told the wait time would be 2 and a half hours!! I was really frustrated and left. I used my phone to find a Jiffy Lube in the area and when I pulled in I was immediately greeted and helped out of my car. I am 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old with me, so it was a huge help. Everyone at this location was friendly and efficient. Not a second of my time was wasted. They weren't very busy and were able to complete my $40 oil change (with all the bells and whistles, including topping off all of my fluids, vacuuming my car and cleaning the exterior windows) in FIFTEEN minutes!!! That's even less than the 20 mins I was late for my Toyota appointment! lol In all fairness, it is a Tuesday and it was the middle of the afternoon, so it wasn't a busy time for them, but my horrible experience at Toyota was only 10 minutes earlier!! That location was WAY busier, but I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Not impressed. Came in for their $26.95 oil change, which ended up being $78. They do not pick up trash laying on the same carpets they said they would vacuum. They don't accept $100 bills. They needed 1.25 hours just to do an oil change...there were 2 cars in front of us, but they were only using 1 lane to do all their work, so we left our car. I went this location a few minutes ago on Union Hills Drive. The signature service was about $50 for my V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which seemed high. Luckily, I had a $5 off coupon on my phone. I was surprised to learn that if I didn't have that coupon on my phone (or printed), they would not honor the $5 off. Thus, you need to be sure and have the coupon printed or available on your phone. Worst of all, they tried to charge me $3.90 extra for "topping off my coolant." When I asked about this, the guy quickly walked over to the car, checked, and then instantly explained "It's full, I'll take that off." In other words, they tried to tack on an extra $3.90 for nothing. I bet a lot of people fall for that trick. I'm glad I did not. BE CAREFUL. I won't return to this location. read more

The man who answered said the wait is about a 10 minutes so I decided to give this place a try since the Dealership was booked and my brother was working. Upon arriving, the man who greeted me was pleasant. He asked if I had been there before and then asked me to pop open my hood . He said the type of synthetic oil needed would be $79.00! Umm, no thank you. The Toyota Dealership charges me $25.00, which includes a tire rotation and my brother does it for free. I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla and even though I waited until the last minute to get an oil change, I'm not that desperate. Well let me start by saying I went into this Jiffy Lube and got my oil changed first of all only the manager was there there was no oil technician so I had to wait 15 minutes for the technician to get there before I even got my oil changed so I got my my oil changed and the next morning I noticed a couple drops in my garage I didn't think nothing of it maybe residual from the oil filter or something so the next day I blacked out of my garage and there was more oil on the floor I took it to the Jiffy Lube on Union Hills where I've been several times before and told them it was leaking please check the filter and drain plug the manager then went downstairs looked at it took a picture and said the filter and drain plug was dry so I let it go next morning I backed out of my garage another puddle of oil in my garage so I went to the dealership have them look at the leak they evaluated the situation and said it was a drain plug they replaced it for $65 parts and labor and then with that receipt I went to the Jiffy Lube and ask them for compensation since I did give them first opportunity to fix the issue the manager there Matthew said that he forwarded on to his head of Department and as soon as he heard something I would know so after that I filed a complaint at the corporate offices and realize they did not give me my drain plug back so I called Matthew back and he said we have to send it in to find out why it was defective and late here I had already told him that is not his drain plug to keep white gave him the authority to keep it if besides me so I called the corporate offices back and filed more issue about the complaint of this place then called Matthew back and told him that he has no right to keep my drain plug and I'm coming back in to get it he said find one C verified my address I can come in and get it I would definitely will not be going back here again at all if they gave me free oil changes for life definitely think twice about going here respect your car don't take it here just my valued opinion you live and you learn don't use Jiffy Lube I'm sorry if some of the words in here or Miss type but this voice to text is very funny sometimes but I did get my point across read more

After tapping on one of the employees car window to ask if they will be open, the girls response was she does not know because she does not know when her boss will be here and she does not have keys. And even that was after 10 seconds of finishing a text message. The beginning of this review started with two stars because I'm just against leaving one star for a business when shit happens.
