I just came here, they said they did not have me in the system, though I've been coming to Jiffy Lube for many years. I had to refill out all my information but then they did find me. Still made a new profile, spelled my name ridiculously wrong even though I spelled it out loud several times. The oil change took 5 minutes (which is nice, but they didn't present the engine oil dipstick like they usually do, didn't recommend a type of oil or any recommended services) I asked if my windshield wipers needed replacing and he said "I don't know? It's up to you"... I asked if they looked like it and he didn't know. It kind of seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Also on my service check list, it said they checked all these things that they didn't- like lights, filters, etc. I definitely won't be returning to this location. ***Also, I called the customer service number 2 days ago and left a voicemail and no one has called me back to rectify the situation. read more

If I can leave zero stars I would. - charged to replace windshield wipers and didn't replace them, had to drive back to get them replaced. On top of that I asked how much to replace them ! They said $20? Once charged they said oh no it's $20 each, pretty deceiving. - They left the oil cap sitting on top of the engine and didn't put it back on - tried to get me to change the air filter, declined. Went in for an oil change, they didn't put my skid plate back on properly and it fell off within 2 minutes of leaving. They told me it wasn't screwed in all the way and to come back to fix it. I came back, had it "fixed", and it fell off AGAIN on the freeway on Christmas. Their complimentary window cleaning also broke my weather guard on my left backseat window. i had my oil changed to make sure i could see my family on christmas in Sedona, and wasn't able to because i chose this location. My skid plate has fallen off twice now within a few days of coming here & they keep just jerry-rigging it instead of fixing it, apologizing, or refunding me. went back today for a fix / refund today and they put push pins & zip ties to hold my skid plate in place (instead of fixing the issue) and the manager told me he isn't authorized to do refunds. He told me he'd have to take it up to the office for them to do it, then walked off without taking my name, phone number, license plate, etc. How am I supposed to get refunded or talk to corporate then? thanks for essentially breaking my car on Christmas and charging me $200 for subpar service. genuinely avoid this location, they will mess up your car and refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. read more

Quick and friendly service. $45 is what an basic oil change runs at Jiffy Lube. I really appreciate the little extras they add like the vacuum service, window cleaning, topping up fluids (coolant is extra). They also noticed that top motor mount was worn. They offered to fix it for $200 the next day, but I decided to go to my regular mechanic for that. I appreciated the heads-up. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I went ahead and got my filter changed and coolant topped up. I walked away paying $86. It was more than I wanted to pay, but I had a positive experience. read more

Came in today to ask how much for an oil change on a 2005 Ford Freestyle. The gentlemen asked me what kind of oil the vehicle took. I told him I wasn't sure. Immediately he quoted me $96.99 for the oil change. I told him no thank you. I drove over to Meineke on 83rd Ave. And Thunderbird and got the oil change for $24.95. You can tell much about the honesty of a shop by their employees. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Jiffy Lube anytime soon! read more

If you are looking for a quick and easy oil change this is a pretty good place. When you roll up you just tell them what you need. Leave your keys in the car and you head over to the waiting/office area. Once they get your vehicle in they will call you over to review what they will be doing. This the the part where your $45 oil change can get more expensive. You are not obligated to add any additional services they suggest. Just be aware and make decisions based on what you need. One of the guys here you can tell he is not happy doing what he does. Otherwise, the employees do really good. They are straightforward and get you in and out. The place is behind the gas station and isn't visible from olive. They have 3 bays and an office. It might be small but they can get a lot of cars though in a short period of time. I took my car here for an oil change, they told me to that I had a leak in my oil pan, they specifically said it looked like I had hit something. My car which had never had any previous issues with oil leakage proceeded to leak oil all over my driveway, I took it into my regular mechanic who showed me my oil pan was perfectly fine, the Jiffy lube tech did not tighten my drain plug, it was finger loose. read more

Came by because the check oil light was on. I thought it was time for an oil change, but Joe the manager noticed I still had 3000 miles to go before I was due for an oil change! The light was coming on because I was a quart low in oil. The guys topped it off, checked the fluids, tire pressure and other stuff and no charge!! Cool! My Tahoe only needs the oil changed every 7500 miles, so it was nice finding out they top off your oil for free in between oil changes! First one here (only one here), after they open up I greet the lady with "Good Morning how are you?" Her reply was "I'm here" after that she sat in the car for about 5 or 6 minutes, not sure what she was doing, then pulls it into the pit and proceeds to go through my glove compartment and just pushes everything in and slams several times to get it closed, then someone else goes through the glove compartment as well, not sure why, had a $20 coupon and was told "don't worry about it" I will look at the bill prior to paying to ensure it the coupon was applied. Customer service is just not around anymore, where did the other people go that worked here, they were great. Maybe try someplace else until they change teams again. Not returning here again. Maybe I'm the last person to find out they suck and that's why I am the only one here, thanks for not letting me know, wait a minute, here comes someone now...nope just drove by. Please be aware of poor customer service here. The coupon was used and the bill was correct, upon leaving our friendly lady was too busy texting to wish me a nice day. I felt ripped off. When I first got there they asked if I have ever been there, since I said no they said it would cost $41. Once I was inside they came in and said my SUV needed some kind of special oil that cost $79. I was dumb enough to say yes because I was already there. When I recieved the bill it came out to $98. After I questioned their charge they said it was taxes for the oil... are taxes in Arizona 25%? These people are thieves! I only get charged $35 at the dealership in California. This place takes a long time and charge $45 for a regular oil change. They supposedly are to vacuum and clean your windows. I had a coupon for two vehicles I brought in. I guess they figured they weren't going to clean windows or vacuum since i had a coupon. I was tired of waiting so i left after service . Called them later to complain, and they said to bring vehicle back in and they would take care of. Really? How about a refund for not doing what they were supposed to do in the first place! Got my oil changed 03/15, they said everything was good no leaks or anything. A week later my AC quits working, go back and get that fixed, once again everything is good now. A week after that now all of the sudden my car developed an oil leak and had ZERO oil in it. Mind you we've had no issues ever with this car. I bring it in the next day where they spend 5 minutes with my car and tell me there's no oil leak and "there's oil still in the car". So I explain that the day before it had no oil and I had to put oil in it to drive my 7 month old home. He laughs and tells another guy "oh that makes sense". Says if it starts leaking again to bring it back in. What do you mean again? I thought there was no leak? I should also add that the last two times I went in I was without my husband and the main manager was very rude and standoffish but the time I went in WITH my husband he was super nice and polite to my husband. I will be taking my car for a second opinion and never return to this jiffy lube. read more

These guys did a marvelous job on my 2001 GMC Sierra Truck. I received a new oil filter and six quarts of high mileage oil, new wiper blades, tire rotation, fluid top off, and new battery when they found mine almost out of juice. All of that service was done in less time than I expected, and they were courteous and informed me about every procedure they did. They also shared with me the manufacturers recommendation on service I would need soon and the price. The main technician helping me is named Michael, and he was professional and knowledgeable. The manager was also very knowledgeable and ensured I received the best care of my truck. I've had another car in for servicing here and I will ALWAYS use these guys to do my fluid changes and any other servicing required. The other plus for those veterans or active duty military out there, you get a 10% discount (I think that's the correct amount). Everytime i leave this place my vehicle is fucked. I took it to get an oil change, couple days later it's overheating! My car has never had an overheating problem until i brought it to this place! Ok at first it looked like it was going to be a easy oil change. Pulled my sons car in and started the questions for the paperwork, the technician pulled out the cabin airfilter and said we needed to get a new one installed. Asked manager how much that would be. $37 so said no thx. Came back to pickup car son drove away and there was a bunch of dirt and leaves coming out of the cars air vents. We pulled out the cabin air filter and the technician had put it back in the car upside down. Had to vacuum out the fan box and clean inside of car. I stopped by to speak to manager and no good reason or sorry. Just excuses. I can't help but feel that it was put in backwards to pay back for not over spending for filter. Will not be bringing car back for service and will be warning our friends and coworkers to stay away. read more

To be honest if I could give zero stars, I would. I can not express the level of unsatisfactory service I received at this Jiffy Lube!! I came in on Monday 11/27/2017 for a quick oil change and from the moment I got there I was met by a young man named Juan who was very professional and courteous, he even asked how my day was going. He walked me to the lobby and showed me where I could wait while my car was being serviced. As I was sitting there waiting I could hear a conversation happening between a man in a red Jiffy Lube shirt and a younger man, which at first didn't seem to be out of the ordinary but as I sat there I began to hear something that drew my attention more so. The younger gentlemen seemed to be bragging to the employee about a relationship that he is in involving a much younger female, and when I say younger I mean in her teens and this man was clearly not a teenager! I thought maybe I should say something but figured it was not my place. After the employee in the red shirt finally finished his outrageously inappropriate conversation with the younger man he then proceeded to go and try to start an argument with a female employee who had asked for some guidance, which I perceived to be so very unprofessional considering there were customers around and I would hope that he would not talk to any employee like that at any time let alone in front of customers. Juan then came to tell me that my car was ready and I told him what I had just witnessed and he profusely apologized that I had to see that but noted that the guy in the red is always like that with that particular employee. So in conclusion, if I could have only dealt with Juan and the other employees with the exclusion of the man in the red then my visit probably would have been very pleasant! read more
