The new Jiffy Lube Multicare on BlackLack Blvd in Olympia was recommended and they were able to make an immediate appointment for a new valve gasket replacements on my truck. Although there were issues with my truck, the staff were AWESOME! And special mentions to ERNIE, ANDREW, RICHIE and TAYLA. My truck took longer than expected but they kept me apprised every step of the way. So helpful. I might also say this business is in a PERFECT LOCATION. Right in the heart of a diverse shopping area, all within easy walking distances: groceries, home goods and tools, Capital Mall, book, pet, $1, pharmacy stores. Fast food, Starbucks and IHop. EVERYTHING! And bus route! And my truck doesn't leak any longer! Nice to have an easy in/out Multicare car service center rather than a 'call and wait for days/weeks' to have your car seen and fixed. read more

I brought my 2020 Silverado diesel In for an oil change... First time diesel owner so this was kind of new to me. Jon and Kyle went out of their way to explain everything to me, but at no point did I feel any pressure or that they were trying to upsell me. They pointed out my damaged and leaking drain plug and told me to drop by in a week so they could do a complimentary check of the undercarriage of my truck to make sure that no more oil was leaking out. It's a tough time for retail businesses, especially services. I stopped at 9 one morning this week with time for an overdue oil change. There was one car in the service bay and me. The manager came out to explain he was the only worker and that there'd be a ten minute delay, would that be OK? It was He single-handed Finished the job ahead of me, offered me a $15 discount for the delay, informed new arrivals of their delay, some left, got the job done. Good job, Kalyn. I was coming to Jiffy Lube because it was always so quick and easy and I don't have much time before or after work to get things done. I'm usually in and out within 15-20 minutes with Jiffy Lube. Anyways, about two or three months ago, I stopped in to get a top off. When I was there, this guy --- and I want to say his name was Drake, told me that I needed to pay for fluids because they were running low. I thought that was weird because I was just at Jiffy Lube to get my oil change a few months ago and they were supposed to have already done all that. It hadn't rained or snowed so it wasn't like i was using the windshield whipper fluid, so I said ok. I think it was $5-10. Then last month, I came in for another oil change. The same guy, Drake, came to service my car. I told him I wanted my oil changed and he said ok. I sat in the waiting area and then he went over payment options with me. He suggested I get the same kind of oil change and I agreed. He then went on to recommend an engine flush. I asked him if I needed it done today because I had to go back to work. He said no, but then said that he would suggest I get a coolant flush right away because the oil was dark or something. I have no ideas about cars, and I'm pretty sure he knew it. So I told him okay and then told him I'd like the military discount. He said the military discount doesn't take off that much and instead would give me $15 off. Oh, the lies! Because later that week, I called Jiffy Lube and was told the military discount was 15% so I actually would have saved more had he used the military discount instead. I'm not even that mad about that discount because it would have only saved me a few extra dollars but what I am extremely mad about is that my tire pressure light was on. Jiffy Lube was supposed to service the car and check all the boxes to let me know what was going on. Since that guy told me my car needed an engine flush - and because anything with the word engine sounds serious to me, I dropped my car off my normal car repair place. They said the engine was fine and that the "engine flush" wasn't necessary for my vehicle. He said a lot of times, car places will try to sell you things you don't need to make extra money but in this case, my engine was FINE. He also said that I had 2 nails in my tires which was the reason for my tire pressure light being on so he repaired those and the light turned off. I don't like being lied to, up-charged, or given the wrong information so you can make more money from me. I absolutely despise businesses that do this. And that guy, Drake or whatever his name is, should be taken away from register and working with customers. The lack of honesty really makes me want to spend my lunch break with a sign outside that says "do not come here, poor service, dishonesty" next to guys that hold the signs that say "no wait". read more

Incredible help from three gentlemen on 5/10 when my catalytic converter was stolen. So thankful they could send me in the right direction all while changing my oil and walking me through what I need to ask for, what happened, and what their suggestions would be. Absolutely best service I've experienced and thankful for everything they did for me. Went in for a quick oil change because I didn't have time to make an appointment with my regular mecanic and really wish I would have taken the time. The guy tried to sell me on some bad fuel cell battery crap. He said he had trouble getting my car started. I almost siad "Wow! That's rather convient! My battery suddenly went bad right when I came in for an oil change." But instead I told him I didn't have the money for a new battery right now and just to give me a jump so I could get home. I had another car I could use instead. He got my car started and I drove home. I had no issues getting my car started for the rest of the day or the rest of the week for that matter. I took it to Auto Zone who did a free battrey test for me and said it was fine. -_- read more

I'm updating my original review due to the superior customer service I received from Drake at this location, as well as the district supervisor Michael. Everybody at the location was very helpful. The district supervisor met me at the location to attempt to fix the problem himself, he was unable to and in fact broke the car further. They rented me a car, had the car towed to a reputable shop where it was repaired. I appreciate them taking care of me when fixing the problem that was created. I will give them another shot when it's time to get an oil change again! Great customer service from all employees at the Harrison location. read more

I took my car here for a quick oil change and was really disappointed with the service. I was quoted 2 different price options and chose the cheaper price pint but was still charged the higher price point which was over a $30 difference . Then, before I left I specifically asked if they had checked my tire pressure. They guy working on my car looked my dead in the eyes and said "yes I checked them all and they were all at 35" So I pulled out thinking I'm good to go. I drive down the road a little ways and my tire pressure alert light is still on so I pull into the nearest gas station and check it myself. I check one tire and it's below 27 psi! Yeah, I'm so sure he checked it! So I drive all the way back and ask them to put air in my damn tires like I asked in the first place! Why lie about? I complained to the company and still have not heard anything back from them. They literally don't care. Don't bring your car here, who knows what else they don't check or aren't doing. read more

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location for about three years and have never had a complaint! I used to change my own oil and I discovered that Jiffy Lube could do it cheaper, cleaner and get rid of the used oil a whole lot easier than I could. The people are always super friendly and I really appreciate that I see both men and women working there. I believe the advice they give me is competent and useful. Service is fast and the waiting room is super comfy. The manager, Jason, is always especially friendly. The top off service is also a big draw I must admit. Before I go for a long drive I always like to get my Volvo topped off because it does suck down oil a little and I like to be prepared for longer trips. I went to this Jiffy Lube because I was concerned about a noise that my car was making. I've been here before for an oil change and they've always been pretty speedy and are honest about what is going on with my car. This time I didn't need an oil change, but the gentleman that helped me was really patient and filled up my tires with air before I left since I was concerned about having hit a pot hole earlier this week. Even though they couldn't fix what was wrong with my car (because they don't perform the service I need) they didn't snub me away. read more

We have a 2012 Prius that needed an oil change, and I was postponing getting it done so that I could find a reliable mechanic that specializing in Japanese cars. After making a trip out to A-1 in Lacey to be told that they didn't stock the oil that my car needed (0W-20), and speaking to a surprisingly rude person at the Olympia Toyota dealership, I decided to go ahead and give the Jiffy Lube on Harrison a whirl. They knew right away the oil that the Prius needed (and had it in stock) and how to shut of the annoying maintenance message that hogs up the dash display. The guy that helped (I think his name was Jason) was easy to talk to and clear about the work he was doing. He mentioned that so many hybrid fleet cars are brought to them that they are used to doing oil changes on Toyota and Honda hybrids. While this may sound like a routine and boring experience, it was, which is exactly what I want out of an oil change. read more

So, I had the oil and fuel filter changed in my 2000 VW Jetta at this location about a week ago. Free of charge, they slapped dirty water on my windows, broke the plastic cover for my fuse box that sits on my battery, and suggested that I burned out my clutch in the two days I had the car. Just kidding, it came out to about $120.00. Top notch, guys. P.S. Know what else smells like strong, and chemically under the hood? New tires. You were smelling my 20 minute old tires, guys. P.P.S. This is my favorite place to take my car! My first time there they topped off all my fluids, replaced my windshield and air filters and even put my new tail lights in for me! Amazing! They go above and beyond and didn't make me feel dumb for being completely illiterate when it comes to vehicles. This last visit was just the same! I pulled right in the garage and only waited 2 minutes and was out and back on the road in 20 minutes! They did everything I needed and was so nice to me! And free top offs with my oil change! So thank you, Jennifer and Phil for going above and beyond for a girl who knows nothing about cars!!
