Went in on a Sunday around 130 for just an oil change & left like 20 mins later. Super quick and the lady that greeted me was very friendly. I do understand that they have to recommend products and services & I even accepted one for an additional 20$. They do sometimes have coupons online so look for those before going. read more

I've come here like 20 years and I have always been happy with quality and speed of service! Today I got there at 1:20 and got out at 1:40pm. Today they did my oil change and showed me a picture of my brake fluid and my AC filter: I told them my husband said he just changed the filter . The technician showed me how the filter had the dealership name on the side . likely he changed the other filter bc that one was clean. This shows me they are honest and know their stuff! read more

I've been here twice and they changed my oil-- they love treated me good and they could have tried to sell me something frivolous but their suggestions were authentic and they were honest .. Carmen helped me figure what what options I had and previously when my car needed alot of work- they suggested I get the jiffy lube credit card and I did and so it's good for me read more

Messed up my car. I was left without a car for 7 days because they put the filter in my Mercedes the wrong way and my car was not working for 10 days at the dealership with debris inside the engine. No accountability or anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP read more

Tricked my mom into doing unnecessary things, avoid this place completely . Prices are already higher than average.

Stay away! Dirty scaammers! I'll pretend to fix your breaks! And overcharge! Say no they sabotage your car¡

I brought my truck in for an oil change. They sold me 3 air filters and rear brakes. When they were finished, they said my truck would be brought out of the garage. My truck came flying around back, the driver jumped the curb, came within inches of smashing into another vehicle. He then slammed on the brakes so hard that the rear wheels came off the ground and then he took off like a rocket! He drove through the parking lot 40-50 miles an hour. I questioned the other staff if my truck had been stolen and they replied that he was "merely testing the brakes"!! I informed him that I had $40,000 worth of electronics in the bed of my truck. After I left, I found the brand new cabin filter in the box on the passenger seat. I guess it's the customers job to replace it? read more

Not only were they polite and speedy but this location puts cool air into your car while you are having it serviced. Everything seemed to flow like a well-oiled machine (pardon the pun). They washed out windows when they were through and were able to answer our questions promptly and informatively. I would recommend this location for service. And will actually be back tomorrow to service my car (today was for my husbands car). Edited to add names of our service people: karina, Jorge, Thomas and Jose read more

Good overall experience, the team was helpful and very friendly. They explained the service and procedures well and informed me of the price upfront as well as being very welcoming of any inquiries i had throughout the process. They were also fairly quick. Best place to do an oil change, Tire change, windshield wiper fluid and windshield wiper replacement, etc. Jiffy Lube will do it without a problem. I come here every time I have to do any of the things I just mentioned, the staff are very nice, and never have I had a problem with this place. Once you start coming here often, you'll receive coupons and more for your next visit so you won't pay as much the next time. read more

I went in for an oil change because my car had no il in it and my coworkers had to put a small amount of a wrong oil in it until I made it there, Jordan treated me very nice, like he was really looking after my best interest, but then he sold me an engine flushing (it needed it) , an oil change, which I asked for, but then he sold me, both the air filter and the engine filter, and 2 engine treatments, when I had a whole in the radiator, and my gasket was gone, so, all these things were unnecessary since my engine was basically dead, how can they not see the hole in the radiator, and the condition of the engine? they were just trying to make $ on commissions out of me, I spent $443 (after discounts, LOL) when I had a blown-up engine and doing all the things was just a iteral waste , they pretend to be nice but they are really wolves in sheep's clothing, only after the $, they could not care less for you, they basically took advantage of me, especially because I was an old woman alone, someone needs to do this to their mothers and see if they like it, thieves read more

for the first time getting my oil changed was great, professional service can't complain. will be going back when service is due.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience getting my oil changed at this place. As a new customer, I felt completely taken advantage of. They made sure I was a new customer and preyed on me for that. They overcharged me significantly for a standard oil change, using a normal amount of quarts. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They seem to charge whatever they want for any service and just put it on your bill. If you don't want to pay three times the normal amount, steer clear of this place! read more

Do not come here after arriving they had me pull my car in and then tell me my oil change is gonna be $300 after that he tells me well. I knock off a certain amount and that's when I knew something wasn't right after calling my dad, I was being double charged for both services, do not come here, especially if you were at Woman this place is a scam Ponzi scheme read more

I had previously been to this location once before and the service was eh.. this time around I was in the area and decided to stop for a well needed oil change. Kudos to whoever does the hiring because everyone was great!!! As soon as I pulled up the guy approached the car and asked what I needed, explained my options and advised where the waiting area was. I went to a shop and they called to advise the car was ready and provided helpful updates about the car. What really took me by surprise was the patience they had even if it was 30 min before closing time, no one made me feel uncomfortable or rushed me at any point. To my surprise the car was also vacuumed and a red carpet was placed on the floor before hoping in and a the sticker for when to return said "have a good day"! Def coming back !! Thanks guys :) read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Miami, Florida

Avoid this location. No choice of staying in car offered before I pulled into the bay. After pulling in I wanted to exit my vehicle and they tried to force me to stay in the car. The option should be offered before pulling into the bay. In addition, after pulling in they put a sign on the windshield stating if I need assistance exiting my vehicle to ask. Why put that sign if I can't exit the vehicle? Essentially got everything completely backwards and then tried to force me to stay in the car. read more

The workers are nice but they don't inform you of anything they actually do to your car. They don't show you the dip stick after the oil change, they don't tell you they checked your tire pressure, they dont inform you of whether they checked any of the fluids or if they topped them off. Basically you have no clue if they did any of the work that you paid for. Also it's insanely expensive and they spend the entire process aggressively upselling you. Stay clear! read more

Absolutely shameless crooks. Went in for an oil change, they told me that my differential is almost empty, and I must refill it immediately for $99 plus tax to avoid a $2000 repair, and that I shouldn't drive. I told them no, went home, opened the differential plug and it was actually OVERFLOWING with oil. Typical Miami scammers. Filed a complaint with corporate Jiffy Lube and Miami Dade County Consumer Protection. If they tried to, or already defrauded you too, please make sure to report and file complaints read more

Jiffy Lube - Differential actually overflowing with oil, when Jiffy Lube claimed it was dangerously empty, trying to upsell a refill for $99 plus tax - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Miami, Florida

I bought a Groupon for my regular oil change at $25. excellent deal. Paid $14 at Jiffy for disposal fees. Total $40 for free check up n fill up of all liquids and air on all tires with oil change. I went at 9am no one waiting so I was done in 15 minutes. Excellent service and customer service. read more

i have come here many times and i have always used groupon but prices just seem to be getting higher. let me start off by explaining i drive a hybrid car which requires me to buy full synthetic oil. the problem is that now i am paying groupon and paying even more taxes and charges so my bill went up and really should not be paying almost 100 dollars to change oil in prius. now that we dont get out of car even the little things like quick vac on floor is not done last stop in they checked air on front tires but not back. If you are in dire need of oil change fast this is fine but otherwise i would look elsewhere for more cost effective alternative. read more

This place is the one you should avoid if you don't want to be scammed. I said I want oil change and asked for syntetic oil. The premium oil change price was $127 and I asked for cheaper oils. They said the cheaper one is $62 without telling me it was conventional oil. I noticed it is conventional after they changed but it was too late. Too expensive for the product / service they offer and they do not inform you what you get for the price! read more

BEWARE these guys are a rip off!! I was told that the regular oil change they offer was not compatible with my Nissan Murano, they were trying to force me to get the $80 oil change. When I complained and said I was going somewhere else they guy said they already remove all the oil and car cannot be moved. When I complained they said it's ok to use the regular oil.... so at the beginning it was not compatible and cannot be used and when I said I was leaving it was ok the regular oil....... they try to play with your mind when you are a woman because they think they are going to get away with it....... never coming back here read more

This place is a ripoff. They get you to buy most expensive oil when not really needed. Horrible experience Awful! I brought the car in for an oil change. They start and a few minutes into it I see them all around the car. They call me over and theyre having a hard time starting it. We try again and the car starts to smole. The starter blew! Ive never had any kind of issue with the car. I maintain it regularly, so for the starter to all of a sudden go while a mechanic is working on it is beyond upsetting. I expressed my anger with the fact that they refused to take ANY responsibility for this. Their response was to yell at me and deny any responsibility. Like how dare I get upset, Where do I get off being upset because someone damaged your car, The nerve of me! Their solution was to offer to replqce it for $719.00. Places like this is the reason these places have the reputations that they have. Very unprofessional and beyond disrespectful . read more

I've been to this Jiffy Lube twice in the past month (oil changes for both my and my fiancé's cars) and both times it's been a very pleasant experience! The waiting area is spacious, clean and has comfortable seats. There's a coffee machine and a large selection of magazines. The employees are super nice and are great at explaining car stuff to someone who isn't a car person at all. They are never pushy with their services or upgrades and they get the job done quickly! If you're getting a standard oil change they are also one of the locations that accept the Jiffy Lube Groupon- $20 instead of $45. Guillermo helped us out when we were there today and asked if we had any coupons, when we said "no" he said he would happily provide us with a $20 off coupon he had- now that's 5-star service!! read more

So my wife went to Jiffy Lube after trying Brahman Honda, unfortunately for us was closed today, Sunday. Now this is my thing, I told my wife, they will try to upsell, they will call you over and try to sell you air filter for A/C and engine, parts that you can easily replace for the fraction of the money when you buy them at AutoZone or any other store. But what gets me really mad is the fact that they LIE to you in order to upsell, this is the perfect example, when I go to Brahman Honda they charge me $40 for the oil change of my car, I understand that it is not synthetic, I take the risk, but when I go to this place, they tell me that if I do not put synthetic, Honda won't give me warranty for any engine problems. If that is the case why is Honda doing it and not telling their customers that? Or is Honda dealer putting synthetic for $40 and Jiffy Lube for $80? read more

I went in for an oil change to my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The check in guy proceeded to tell me that my car required synthetic oil and would cost $80. This is 100% wrong and I knew it. But hey he was tenacious despite being called out on the misinformation. After a laugh and driving off I went straight to the Hyundai service dept and had them complete the oil change for $25. Best part was the service rep smirked and said yeah conventional oil is fine. Sure I had to wait 15 min more but it was worth it to save myself $55 and deal with honest, knowledgeable people. read more

CAUTION: STAY AWAY! Individual who I'm guessing was the manager told me that an entire part was missing from my air conditioning unit. I've only gone to Jiffy Lube locations the entire time I've had my car and never had this problem or any location tell me that it was missing. I paid $150 an honestly don't even know if my oil was changed. Location was not busy and employees were rude minus one guy at the counter and car wasn't vacuumed.
