I brought my truck in for an oil change. They sold me 3 air filters and rear brakes. When they were finished, they said my truck would be brought out of the garage. My truck came flying around back, the driver jumped the curb, came within inches of smashing into another vehicle. He then slammed on the brakes so hard that the rear wheels came off the ground and then he took off like a rocket! He drove through the parking lot 40-50 miles an hour. I questioned the other staff if my truck had been stolen and they replied that he was "merely testing the brakes"!! I informed him that I had $40,000 worth of electronics in the bed of my truck. I went in for an oil change because my car had no il in it and my coworkers had to put a small amount of a wrong oil in it until I made it there, Jordan treated me very nice, like he was really looking after my best interest, but then he sold me an engine flushing (it needed it) , an oil change, which I asked for, but then he sold me, both the air filter and the engine filter, and 2 engine treatments, when I had a whole in the radiator, and my gasket was gone, so, all these things were unnecessary since my engine was basically dead, how can they not see the hole in the radiator, and the condition of the engine? they were just trying to make $ on commissions out of me, I spent $443 (after discounts, LOL) when I had a blown-up engine and doing all the things was just a iteral waste , they pretend to be nice but they are really wolves in sheep's clothing, only after the $, they could not care less for you, they basically took advantage of me, especially because I was an old woman alone, someone needs to do this to their mothers and see if they like it, thieves read more

Kudos to whoever does the hiring because everyone was great!!! As soon as I pulled up the guy approached the car and asked what I needed, explained my options and advised where the waiting area was. I went to a shop and they called to advise the car was ready and provided helpful updates about the car. What really took me by surprise was the patience they had even if it was 30 min before closing time, no one made me feel uncomfortable or rushed me at any point. The waiting area is spacious, clean and has comfortable seats. There's a coffee machine and a large selection of magazines. The employees are super nice and are great at explaining car stuff to someone who isn't a car person at all. They are never pushy with their services or upgrades and they get the job done quickly! If you're getting a standard oil change they are also one of the locations that accept the Jiffy Lube Groupon- $20 instead of $45. Now this is my thing, I told my wife, they will try to upsell, they will call you over and try to sell you air filter for A/C and engine, parts that you can easily replace for the fraction of the money when you buy them at AutoZone or any other store. But what gets me really mad is the fact that they LIE to you in order to upsell, this is the perfect example, when I go to Brahman Honda they charge me $40 for the oil change of my car, I understand that it is not synthetic, I take the risk, but when I go to this place, they tell me that if I do not put synthetic, Honda won't give me warranty for any engine problems. I went in for an oil change to my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The check in guy proceeded to tell me that my car required synthetic oil and would cost $80. This is 100% wrong and I knew it.
