    BUYER BEWARE!!! I will just lay the facts out for you here. Went to take my subaru forester xt in for an oil change. The next day when I went to drive the vehicle and noticed it wasn't shifting right and had a new grinding noise. I took it back in the next business day to see what the problem was. Turns out a non OEM nut/bolt was in my turbo intake tube (probably dropped in the vehicle when they took the air filter out to show me). Now I am left with a 2,300$ bill to pay to replace the turbo and the manager is not remorseful, cooperative, or helpful at all. Before this, the owner of the subaru worked at a subaru dealership and only used OEM parts, nuts, and bolts. JIFFY LUBE MESSED UP MY CAR AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY THOUSANDS. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY SERVICE!!!

    This Jiffy Lube, store # 901 located at 8100 Crestline Ave Unit E-2, Littleton CO, is owned by Southwest Lubrication, Inc. The owners are listed as Doug and Chuck Schroeder. If it were possible to give a lower rating I would. On June 11, 2022 I took my 2018 Ford F-150 in for an oil change. Four days later on June 15, 2022, the oil pan drain plug fell out while driving to work. Before I could find a safe place to park the engine stopped running. I arranged to have the vehicle towed to a Ford dealership for repairs. Once the dealership looked at it they forwarded me pictures of my oil pan drain plug sitting on the skid plate of the vehicle and no oil in the oil pan. They found that the engine had seized and both turbos were blown due to oil starvation. The damage was estimated to be in excess of $16,000 just for the engine replacement. I was contacted on June 17th by the owner of this franchise, Doug Schroeder who took full responsibility for the mistake. When I asked about covering my out of pocket expenses such as the tow fee, rental car fee, lost wages for the 15th he said that he would take care of everything. He also made a similar statement to the service writer at Auto Nation Ford in Littleton, CO. Since that conversation I have contacted Jiffy Lube International six times (6) to have Schroeder return my calls. HE HAS NOT!!! I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Schroeder, Jiffy Lube, Southwest Lubrication, Inc the (franchise owner of Jiffy Lube #901) or any insurance company to date. I filed a complaint with the BBB in early July. Schroeders response to the complaint was to send a copy of my invoice for the oil change. NOT A SINGLE WORD DISPUTING THE CLAIM. I have contacted an attorney today who basically stated what I was thinking was happening. They are trying to get me to spend my money until I realize that it is no longer cost effective to pursue this matter. According to an internet search that particular store earned $1.9 M last year. They are making money off of the backs of hard working individuals not unlike yourselves. Please be aware that Schroeder, Jiffy Lube #901and Jiffy Lube International, could care less about you or your vehicle. I am angry but I also want to warn individuals to AVOID JIFFY LUBES at all costs. They really don't care about their workmanship, the employees at that store are disgruntled and several have quit or are threatening to quit just since I've been dealing with this situation. There is no obvious Quality Control checks to insure things are done correctly and doubtfully, no training for the job. BUYER BEWARE

    I've been bringing several vehicles here for a while and super happy with the time efficiency, politeness, and attention they give to the job. They have taken good care of my great white buffalo! Highly recommend .

    Yhese guys are awesome. They got rid of a stupid bracket that was annoying me in my car they got me in-and-out quick and I felt like I had an army work8ng for me. I would certainly come here again.

Yes, quite expensive, don't mind paying for quality, and the service that comes with it. Now, the problem. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning, for a 9am appointment & left it. I never received a notification they were working on my car, as was the case in the past. At 4pm I finally called them, after hearing nothing, I was told they had been working on it, but, could not find the problem. Okay, I said. Then at 5:05 I received a text that they were now working on my car. Remember, I had a 9am appointment. Car was kept overnight, they never bothered to tell me that it was necessary. I received a call at 11:30am the next day informing the car was done. I asked for a transmission fluid change & for them to install a front license plate bracket. I was told OK. I had not heard from them at 4:30, so I called. The mechanic could not be located & they had not started on my car, or even found out information on the license plate bracket, which can be obtained at ANY parts store. I never imagined they would keep my car overnight again, for simple stuff! I told them to come get me. They just couldn't/wouldn't understand a business man with one car, how it was inconvenient to me. Unfortunately, I cannot use a business that will not keep me in the loop. Based on this fact alone, I will not return.

I dropped it off, was given a fair price, and was told by Aiden at the front desk it would be done the same day. A couple hours later I was given a call and a very easy to follow mechanics report including photos of the exact wire that had broken off inside the connector was included. I opted to solder the wire back on myself instead of having them splice a new one in and Aiden gave me the total cost... LESS THAN WHAT HE HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED! As it turns out while the mechanic (Dan) was working on my car he saw my gear In the back of my car and realized I was a firefighter so the gave me the discount without me even asking for it. I took the car back in after I finished the soldering to have Aiden reset the computer and clear the codes, which he did for free, and have been driving the car for months now with no further issues. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop and I highly recommend this service station wither you need work, maintenance, or just need some advice from a real mechanic. Unfortunate because I've been a loyal discount tire customer for years. Maybe this is just the worst one yet in terms of service. When I got here no one was behind me. By the time I got serviced a total 6 cars were behind me. Terrible service and needless to say the value is not here. Go to any other discount tire for your tires. Maybe even a different auto shop. Their worker passed us by and just went straight in. I understand he was busy and may be servicing another car, but he said someone will be right with you and then came out to one if not, two other vehicles in the meantime. It wasn't until a lady was rude to him and told him that there are a lot of cars out here waiting that he can help. He was really nice when he did come out, but I just feel like they almost tried to put everybody in line to a back burner which that caused a long line. Total time was 30-35 minutes and he really fixed my tires within two minutes, so. Just felt like they didn't prioritize those vehicles because they weren't revenue generating one in reality. My last two sets of tires I've bought from discount tire so if anything is the local customers that are getting hurt. If it's an understaffing issue then I feel like could do a better job of scheduling.
