It was a blessing in disguise because upon arriving, Chris was quick to ask what services I needed and did a great job on my oil change. I was also able to check other maintenance that might need to be done on my car in the near future and I told him I would be back for my 60k service. Do not go here, my daughter had a oil change and we had a terrible experience. We have a Honda 2012 Civic and for an oil change you have to remove the under carriage and they neglected to put the bolts back in when reinstalling. We Drove away and heard a terrible noise and then went back immediately and they secured it with a zip tie, and of course this was a disaster. As when she was driving to work the next morning it started dragging while on the freeway. Huge safety issue and very scary for her. She had to pull over and then have the car towed home. Calls to them are a waste of time, as I keep getting promised the owner is going to call me - of course never happens read more

Literally the nicest experience ive had working with a jiffy lube or any other car service company. I came in a little late in the day and explained that I had a list of services that needed to be done that was given to me by a dealership. I wanted to compare pricing and they let me know it was so much cheaper with jiffy lube. We talked about other concerns about my car and the gentlemen at the store really helped me out. I didnt feel pressured to get any other services! They really went above and beyond for the services that I wanted. I know jiffy lube has deals on their oil changes but it was nice to see that there are deals for other services as well. I didnt catch the names of the guys who helped me but on my receipt I have Brendan and Elijah! I come to this jiffy lube all of the time for oil changes and its safe to say I will be continuing to come back! read more

I am actually amazed to see good reviews about this place. Despite all the past negative reviews about this particular store I continued to go here because it was convenient. Besides the upsell I was usually satisfied when I left and just chalked up other people's bad experiences to complainers. My time finally came. They offered to clean my light lenses for $40 and I thought why not, It will be nice to have them clear again. Whichever tech did the work got over spray on the paint next to the light lenses and now the paint is blistered. Instead of owning up to it the manager argued with me about it. He told me to call another manager and after calling many times over a week and stopping by several times they continue to ignore me and don't call back. Really a bad experience and poor customer service. read more

Absolutely do not come here if you're a woman by yourself. I went in for an oil change and the three men there told me i needed my transmission fluid changed too and that they "can't guarantee my safety if I drive off". I said yes because that's scary to hear. I talked to my dad afterwards and he said I didn't need the transmission fluid changed so I called the dealership I got my car from 4 months prior to coming here. They also said I didn't need it changed and that they changed if for me before I bought the car. Scummy high pressure sales tactic to people who dont know better. Spent $144 on a simple oil change and I needed wiper blades, was there for a good 40 minutes and I was the only customer! not only are they a rip off but they didn't honor my coupons and they don't even vacuum anymore!! Went to get oil change and tire rotation at the King City location. Oil change went fine and was completed. There were 2-3 employees working at the time. When the service was finished he told me he charged me for tire rotation ($25) but told me he was not able to complete the rotation because they don't have any lifts at that location. I was told to go to the Lake Oswego location and they would take care of the tire rotation, which is another stop and another inconvenience. I went to the Lake Oswego location and they were puzzled why they couldn't get it done. Employee there said they have lifts at the King City location but they are lazy. He also said that the employee in King City formerly worked at the Lake Oswego location but was transferred because they had "problems" with him. The employee at the Lake Oswego location was professional and kindly offered to rotate the tires for me, even though he was the only employee at that location on that day. If there was formerly "problems" with an employee at one location I would think transferring would not be the solution. It is more of a training or disciplinary issue. This is not necessarily the employee's fault but management for not training or having the employee's performance. So sad because I don't intend to come back to Jiffy Lube anymore. My previous experience was much more positive but too bad a bad apple can ruin service. Fast Lane Oil Change is way better and have been going there for years. Only had to go to Jiffy Lube because it is a company car. read more

This is my 5th time bringing my truck here. Staff has always been nice and clear on what they are doing. Understand that this a business and of course they are going up-sale you on services. Just know what you need prior to your arrival. Use the Google! I have noticed that there recommendations on their system do align with the factory service schedule. Came in for a oil change. They did that and an intake cleaning. Right after service check engine light come on. Jiffy would not take care of it. Sent me to a real machine to have it looked at. They determined the cleaning fouled up the intake system and needed to be replaced. Jiffy is now trying there best to get out of covering the cost. Take you car anywhere but here!! read more

These guys need to be watched... I have a 2017 VW that needed the usual Maintenance done. So I had the oil changed, tires rotated and also they up sold me on getting the cabin air filter changed. The cabin air filter was $49.99. No big deal I figured I would get it all done at once. Problem is it is been 90° the last two days and I was on the road, AC was blowing out almost nothing and there was a massive amount of hot air pouring in where the cabin air filter should have been. That filter acts as a baffle when in place. I went back today after figuring out what was wrong, the guys put in the filter that should've been there two weeks ago and just shook my hand and said yeah will have to watch out for that next time. Three guys worked on my car, they paid more attention to their phones than my car. I would never go here or recommend anyone go here again. read more

You really have to watch these guys. They showed me a filthy air filter and asked me if I wanted them to replace it for thirty dollars. Knowing that I could buy one at an auto parts store for much less, I told them no. I drove to a near by auto supply and opened my hood to inspect my air cleaner only to discover that the one in my car looked almost brand new. So, not only are they overpriced on oil changes, they are dishonest in trying to up sell you on things you don't need. They supply convenience at a very high and dishonest price. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have used Jiffy Lube for years and they have always been great at customer service, but this location needs some serious improvement. From the second I drove in, the tech that helped me was rude, surly, and a poor example to the standards Jiffy Lube has set. He criticized me for not knowing to pull my vehicle into the bay (this is not how it has worked in the past), he asked me to sit in the waiting area and when I asked about the wait time, he rolled his eyes and said "Only like 10 minutes". I was shocked at his demeanor. I was on the phone with my husband when he asked which oil, so I asked my husband and he again rolled his eyes. I told him what we preferred and he asked if I wanted the filters changed. I told him we could do it ourselves and he responded "Sure" very sarcastically. My husband heard it all and asked me to get the email survey from him when I paid and he said they "don't do that anymore", which is a lie because we had another vehicle serviced last week and got one then. I asked for his card and he said he didn't have one Will definitely not be returning to this location and I advise you to go to the one up the street, as well. read more

It IS convenient to have my DEQ data automatically uploaded, but that's a viral circumstance that's nothing to do with Jiffy Lube. Went here today to get a quick oil change after a 1,000+ mile drive up the coast. They were kind enough to check out my muffler upon request, as my engine had been louder since the drive, and let me know a couple others things that could be changed. I opted for just a regular oil change for now, but the guy let me know I could contact a muffler specialty shop for my problem. Overall, the oil change was quick and the employees were very friendly! I've always liked this location, but haven't been here in awhile. Arrived on on a Saturday expecting a wait. Got right in and BOY have things gotten even better! I was escorted to an air conditioned waiting room with coffee. All the employees were kind, courteous and professional. My car was ready (oil change & tire rotation) in less than 30 minutes! *** UPDATE*** STORE MANAGER CALLED ME AND MY HUSBAND HAS WORKED WITH HIM TO GET THE LIGHT REPLACED. THIS IS A GOOD RESOLUTION AND I APPRECIATE THAT HE WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT**** I WILL UPDATE STARS WHEN WORK IS COMPLETE. I have gone to this location a couple times. This time something happened that was completely infuriating and I will never return. I came in to change the oil and I happened to have a reverse light out. I asked if they could replace the bulb. They said sure. When I went to pay he told he they couldn't replace it because of the "damage" and I was astonished. I asked WHAT DAMAGE??? He said that my car's rear light assembly was broken. I assured him was NOT. I had just had my car washed and it was perfect when I left there. He took me to my car and showed be the "damage" that had clearly been done when they tried to replace my bulb. He lied right to my face and said the damage was there when I drove in.  I told him it wasn't and asked how it could possibly have gotten broken like that, he said "probably the last person who tried to replace the bulb" I have not had my car that long and have never had to replace the bulbs. This was the first time. I have learned a very valuable but very costly lesson (it will cost me about $200 to repair the light) I will NEVER return to a Jiffy Lube, and I will certainly tell everyone I can not to go to this location. I will also always, ALWAYS watch what technicians are doing. They can break your car and just flat out like to you and you have no recourse.  The only thing I can do is post terrible reviews on your Google and Yelp and warn people never never never take your car here. read more

I took my car to a mechanic and we were reviewing my maintenance. I showed him the receipt to my Jiffy Lube oil change, behold...these guys put 0-20 oil in my car. It takes 5-30. Not sure how you could screw that up because it says what kind of oil my car needs on the oil cap. If you came to this location, verify you received what you came for. And if you are contemplating coming here, save yourself the headache. (Again, how can anyone screw this up when oil changes are all they do???) read more

Outstanding staff who is not only courteous to me (even when I roll up in stinky work clothes), but is courteous to my dog. I have never encountered a place that was so kind to my fur baby. Since he rides shotgun with me in the truck, they offered to let me bring him in the waiting area, which has never been done for me at other establishments. Not only that, multiple crew members were clearly "dog people" and took a moment to come say hello to their furry friend and give him treats. The only person I love more than my dog is my wife, and any good pet owner will understand that, and should know how much it means to people like us when our fur babies get treated so well. This place is absolute garbage. Not only did I spend 400 bucks to get my truck fixed. They never solved the issue. Took them 3 thermostats and a water pump and they never could fix the issue. They also wouldn't fill air in my tires. They lack customer service and I would never recommend this place. Go to valvoline or anywhere else. read more

I had to take my 2011 Chevy Cruz in for some hesitation misfire issues during idling, but it was soon discovered there was a lot more going on with my car. The mechanics there went about investigating and soon remedied the problem, but when I picked it up it was worse. I called them again to inform them the other new issues. They stated, "bring it back and we'll make it right". I brought it back the next day, Not only did they go above and beyond fixing the issue they did not charge me any labor for the parts. They communicated to me everything that was wrong with my car and showed me some of the problem issues. They were attentive, courteous, and did not pressure me with additional supplement services. They totally fixed the issue and made some recommendations for me in the future as well. The mechanic Max was very knowledgeable, as were the staff. One of the staff members gave me a ride home and picked me up as well but then when her truck wouldn't start the senior boss came and picked us both up. Yup! I will give them praise because not only was it fantastic customer service, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Give these guys a raise please!
