Just came in for an oil change. Nothing big. Turns out they didn't have the correct extension for my oil pan or something. Easily they could have told me "sorry" and sent me on my way. They actually purchased a tool and completed my oil change. It took longer, obviously, but I said that it was fine and it was. Went WAY above and beyond what I'd expect them to do. Thanks Kory, Nick, Andrew and Dante! You all were super helpful and those are the names on the receipt. If I am leaving anyone else out I was there 03/04/2026 at 12:45. Went in for a "quick oil change" however they kept trying to add service after service. I refused after the 3rd service since I was on a time crunch and initially ONLY wanted an oil change. After i refused 3 more services, they were rude about it and openly made offensive comments about it to each other as im sitting in my car. I felt like i was in the middle of a junior high gym locker with the bros. Not only was it expensive and it took long, I was also very uncomfortable. This establishment assumes people are uneducated when it comes to cars. Thankfully I have a regular mechanic I go to who doesn't up charge or talk rudely after denying services. No issues with my car in the last 6 years. I have been warned about Jiffy Lube but I gave it a shot since i thought it was going to be a quick and painless service. I can see why they have a bad reputation now. Definitely not going back to this establishment and not sure if ill ever be going back to Jiffy Lube in general. read more

Second time here within a couple of months. Both times I was in and out within maybe five to ten minutes. Would be cool if I wanted someone to just bang out my oil change and not doing any of the additional checks that I'm used to at any other location. No other fluids checked, no tire pressure check and fill, no concern other than to do the oil as fast as possible and hurry me along. I came for an oil change, got upselled which is fine - helped rotate tires, changed air filter, radiator flush, spark plug change.. end bill $1400, gave $150 discount too so was like $1250. They provided service and charged me which is fine, I accepted it. However they are pricy and not very competitive. For simple oil changes and no other issues with your car I would recommend going elsewhere like Walmart autocare where it's cheaper. If your car needs some kinda diagnostics and other checks then you may go here but be prepared to pay the hefty price! read more

I've been bringing all my 5 cars to Jiffy Lube and they always try to upswell me, but I'm an adult and I can say no. So two days ago I send my son on who is in high school, never had an oil change to the one place I always go to. I thought it would be a good experience for him. He drive a tiny cord focus and they ripped him apart!! They sold him the most expensive synthetic oil available for a $109.99 oils change???!! They lied to him about the air filter being so dirty that it would screw up the mileage in his tiny car and sold him a $42.80 air filter replacement ($15.00 anywhere) For a total of $182.11 . Way to go Jiffy Lube ripping off your community members children! Your business should be investigated for predatory practices and dis ingenious dealings with your customers. I will never use Jiffy Lube for any of my vehicles and as a Pilot member of a very large Pilot association, I will make sure everyone knows how you ripped a 17 year old who thought you would just look up what his dad was charged the last time he brought that SAME CAR in!! Went in for new breaks and oil change. Grinding noise continued after leaving the establishment. When I called them back to ask them about it, I was told that the lubrication they place on the new breaks was just working it way in and that if the grinding noise continued, to bring it in the next day. The noise continued to get worse. Took my car back the next day. I was informed that the grinding noise was actually the result of my "worn transmission mount" and that it was so worn that they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't fall out onto the ground if I were to continue to drive the car. They assumed I didn't know anything about vehicles. I left the establishment, called my regular mechanic and informed him of what just happened. He laughed so hard he could barely breathe. He urged me to take the car over to a far more reputable establishment and have it looked at, which I did. I was assured that the breaks were indeed ok, which was very reassuring. I was also assured that the transmission mount was indeed in tact with no issues. It was all the tech could do to remain professional and not crack up. They have heard some pretty tall tales coming from people who made the mistake of going to Jiffy Lube first, but this was a doozy. The issue with the grinding noise was correctly identified and repaired. What a mess! I'll never go back and the reputation for poor service and feeding customers full of crap remains untarnished. Were it not for the lightning fast oil change, which may have been due to the fact that no one else was in there at the moment, I'd be giving them one star. I hate the pushy sales people. The guy showed me my dirty air filter and acted like I was a fool when I told him I didn't want to pay them for an overpriced replacement. Then he refused to put the old one back in claiming it was "useless anyway." I checked after I left and sure enough, I had no air filter, went and bought one at Nappa Auto. The guys here were all super nice and very informative. I got an oil change and tire rotation as recommended by the service technician after doing a complete car inspection. It will save me going to the dealership and making an appt as per usual. I had a 25.00 off coupon I found online and unlike an hour and 20 minute wait like another place, I zipped right in and out in about 20 minutes. So I came in for an oil change, and a new air filter. They changed my oil.... at first he said the job was too big, and they aren't equipped to change my filter. I then told him they've changed it for me in the past several times. He then told me he's short staffed (4 employees here, and no cars behind me) and can't do it. My husband took it and I didn't know. I phoned in same day and the manager at that time gave me a FREE oil change on our next visit. . Attempted to use recently BUT since the prev manager was no longer there THE NEW MANAGER/OWNERS wouldn't honor. . Not only that, he was extremely RUDE. The asst manager was the only one that attempted to help however by that time I had decided perhaps I should go else where knowing the main manager was being RUDE. . They definitely don't pride themselves on CUSTOMER SERVICE and or look to asst us females. . I felt taken advantage of, NEVER NEVER again will I go there or to any Jiffy.. I can't trust this Jiffy Lube. I went in to get my oil changed ($24.99 signature service is a good deal, hence the two stars). I was told I needed to replace my brake pads. I asked if I only needed it for the front and a rep told me both front and rear and that they would replace the brake pads for $370. Rip off. I went and got the parts at O'Reilly's for $70 and my husband replaced them at home. Howbeit, something went wrong and I had to go get my system drained for $100 but that's still $200 cheaper than what Jiffy Lube wanted to charge me. I asked if I could wait a couple of weeks to replace the pads and I was told to not wait that long as the pads are very thin and could damage the rotors. I felt rushed to buy the supplies and I also rushed my husband to replace the pads for me. It turns out when my husband inspected the brake pads, the front pads could've gone another few thousand miles and the thickness of the rear pads were almost at the thickness level of a brand new pad!! UGH... Jiffy Lube and it's horrible misdiagnosis. Was that just to get me to spend money on service? Trust is lost. I will be seeking other businesses for future oil changes. read more

Stopped here and one of the employees looked at my wheels with a flash light and tells me my rotors and pads were bad and it would cost $400 just to do my front. I was driving by the location with a friend and one of the 2 guys who has setting up the dummy jumped out at my car and waved me down like something was wrong with my car when we pulled over to check the car, he started laughing and walked back towards the dummy like nothing had happened. I called the store to report what happened and the head person at the time seemed to think it was funny and said he would speak to him regarding it. This is by far my favorite jiffy lube to go to!! the staff is always friendly and always makes sure to ask before doing anything extra. I drive a lowered car and can't make it over the yellow protectors for the pit so they let me pull in from the exit side where other places I've gone to have turned me away. Jiffy Lube has always been my go-to for oil changes and my visit to this location confirmed that this company provides great service. I got there at about 8:30am on a Saturday to try to avoid a long wait and my plan worked! I drove right into the garage and told them I needed an oil change. I decided to sit in their waiting room while they started on my car and helped myself to free coffee while I watched tv. BRIAN was really helpful and let me know all of his recommendations without pressuring me to do any work that I didn't want to have done. He answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid. He also let me know about all the coupons that they have for various services. Also, even though I didn't mention the huge rock chip in my windshield, the workers noticed it and fixed it at NO CHARGE because I have full car insurance. Another great thing about Jiffy Lube is that they could see all the work that I've had done at other locations in other states. It was so helpful! I will keep my business here at least for oil changes because they've gained my trust. read more

Recently had my 2014 Audi A5 in for an oil change.... a couple things that should be said about this place. 1. Took almost 2 hours, claimed the skid plate was difficult to work around. The camera system was off so there's no way to tell if this was true or not. 2. Next day car is leaking oil all over the place. Once we realized that we had an oil leak we immediately called corporate who notified the shop. Bring the car in and they claim that the drain plug washer was bad. Now know the car has been serviced by Audi and hasn't had a single leak but now the washer is bad? So putting two and two together I suspect that it took 2 hours not due to the skid plate but due to cross threading or some other damage they caused to the plug and they had to figure out how to fix that. Couple that with the fact their camera system is down so you can't actually see what's going on under your car makes me real suspicious about their practices. So anyways, bring the car back and I start asking the tech questions about how it could have been bad and how they didn't notice the leak before I left, instead of being a professional and treating me like a customer he got defensive and dismissed my concerns and request for a refund. Was offered a credit for my next service.... hahahah, yeah not likely I'm returning anytime in the near future. Do yourself a favor and do not use their services. They had one job, change my oil and failed to perform. read more

I had to get an emissions test here. On the positive side, they did that effectively, and were pleasant and efficient about it. I would normally be giving them four stars, except...no masks. None required in the waiting area, either, which meant that whatever covidity they might be spraying about, others were likely to absorb. Social distancing? A joke. I don't know whether they didn't hear the governor's order, or just don't care, or want to send the message that they have no regard for biology or their own and customers' health. Either way, this negative completely crushed what was otherwise a positive experience. I hadn't had huge expectations, but I didn't expect open and flagrant disregard for safety. What I think this business does not realize is that one day, this pandemic will be over, but how they handled it will be well remembered. read more

Being a front line healthcare worker and coming up with a grip for cat converter repair the rages were very expired, stopped at one jiffy lube off Beaverton hillsdale hwy they said no problem but the o2 sensors haven't reset you need to drive it a bit more first. So after almost two weeks I stop by this location, as I get in their line I heard the man tell the manager when the tags expired I then waited another 5 or so mins for him to tell me the tags were too expired, I explained what the other store said and he was COMPLETELY rude! I said I would go to the other store he gave me a very snide "good luck with that" I went back to original store, passed with no issue and due to covid dmv said once I paid dmv deq fee online and it's in their system I can just walk in for tags. I just couldn't believe the wasting of my time and lack of any customer service. Highly recommend to avoid. They are also no type of trained mechanics they mainly learn on the job and I know this because a local relative worked for one and had zero auto training. They're running a scam out of this location. I came in for an oil change and they found a rock chip in the windshield and offered to fix it for free (they would bill my insurance). I agreed since that's a relatively common practice. The next day I got a call from my insurance company asking about the claim; this company (not Jiffy Lube, the "crack repair" company running out of the location) will over-bill insurance companies and when they refuse to pay, the company will sue. My insurance company says they get thousands of these lawsuits every year. I usually go to the Jiffy Lube on Imbrie Drive and I've never had a problem. Stay away from this location. read more

Stopped by for an oil change. Fairly busy this time, but was through in about 30 minutes or so. May have been upsold on a coolant change, but really no way for me to tell and it's an old car. Normally wouldn't have done that service at an oil change store, but being veterans day, it was 1/2 half for me and the oil change free. Worst Jiffy Lube ever. TOTAL SCAMMERS! Highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Cedar Hills tho - they are a class act! As for this poorly run shop...terrible. Watch out for this trick before you go... I brought my head light bulb in to have swapped out during oil change. All Jiffy Lubes I've been to do this free if you're already paying for an oil change. I bought the wrong bulb apparently so I asked if they have the right one, expecting it'd be around $10 which is the norm. The manager responds with a wave of his hand "ah it's ok, I'll just use one of mine" like he's doing me a favor. I'm thinking what a nice guy to wave the $10 fee but then he gets these at cost of course - so he probably paid $5 for the bulb and I'm a loyal Jiffy Lube customer so he's just waiving the $5 off. So far, so good. After paying and leaving I see he charged me THIRTY DOLLARS for the exact same bulb that costs $10 on Amazon. I know bc I looked it up after my jaw hit the floor. He might have TOLD ME "I have that bulb but it's $30". Really?? When I called him to discuss, he basically told me to "go f@#k yourself...I run my shop my way" and actually said in a very nasty tone "ya know, nuttin's free!" NICE. Next time if you're going to charge someone, especially an excessive price, tell them UP FRONT. I received neither refund nor discount for this SCAM and worst of all not even an apology. Never again.
