It was like what you see in a restaurant with the chef calling out things and everyone answering back. It really seemed like great team work. Very nice job! One more thing to mention. He said one guy this was his second day, and one person called out, and still they were taking care of everyone and not being short with any of the customers. If he was stressed, I couldn't tell. This place has exactly the same concept back home, and I am just so so grateful to have come across this place, and more so, Kingston who so kindly explained everything to me. I stopped back by to have them check it, and the manager immediately got very defensive and raised his voice at me that they already balanced them right and that I would have to pay to get them re-balanced. Well, any REPUTABLE shop would simply rebalance them but they refused without me having to pay again. I trusted them that it was done right, so I left, fairly intimidated by this manager. Well, I drove for a bit and it was still bothering me, so I had to pay ANOTHER shop to balance them, $84. Well guess what? ONE wheel was off by 1.75oz. I was in and out of that shop in 15 minutes but I wasted $84 and my time to fix what they should have done right the first time. AVOID this location, the managers ego may just cost you!

I'm done with this business. I trusted them for years of servicing my two vehicles. But no more…read more Why: Vehicle 1, they did not fill up on the oil change (1.5 qts low, did not even register on the dipstick), they did not install a fresh oil drain plug gasket (so now oil is leaking from the plug), they left oil dripping down my engine block, and failed to notice two cracked hoses. Vehicle 2, all the same issues as Vehicle 1, plus in addition they did not install the proper size oil filter (they used a smaller volume / shorter filter than recommended.). There were a couple other significant issues they caused that wasted my time mitigating but I don't want to elaborate. I'll just do oil & fluid & filter changes myself, save a bunch of $$, and know it's being done right.
