I was driving by and saw the price for an oil change and that caught my eye. I drive a (250 diesel and this place by far has the best prices for all your lube services. I have been coming here for 4 years and they have always given me the best service possible. Highly recommend these guys for all your oils changes. read more

We do service with Classic lube regularly and have had great experiences. I feel heard and respected, as does my daughter. They keep records on the work done on the car and only recommend what is needed. I never feel pressured to have things done I want to wait on. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. read more

The team was professional, efficient and provided excellent customer service. They completed my oil change quickly, and checked my fluids and tire pressure. The pricing was fair, and I appreciated their honesty-- no upsell, just great service. Dave, the manager offered a $10 discount for purchasing additional products. I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. read more

They put the wrong oil in my car and said I had leaks that's I didn't. They also said they checked things that was never checked. They were horrible. read more

Very honest people, only so you products you really need. It's not a continuous upsell. If they say I need something I trust them and buy it. Prices are very competitive, especially for fully synthetic changes. I trust the opinions. And I love supporting small businesses and local people read more

I'm a local near this shop and I pulled in to get my A/C Recharged. Treated me very well, explained to me what was going to happen and you can tell they're very genuine people. All around amazing time and wasn't a hassle. Appreciate their work and now I got COLD A/C before summer hits off. read more

They were able to take me in right after I got out of work (it wasn't busy to begin with). While I did end up paying more for the service than I anticipated, the tech I spoke with explained why the services were needed and overall I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Will go again. read more

The quickest oil change I've ever encountered! It's like a drive thru oil change. Idk if it's cuz I moved here from CA (where you had to leave your car for half a day!?!?)? I'm just so impressed:) They gave me options and a free air freshener since I went with synthetic. Thanks!!!! See you in 5 months!! read more

These guys were super friendly, personable, and quick. I appreciated them asking me, but not being pushy about services other than the oil change. read more

Rude employees and the management who commented on my last review was also very rude.. I would not recommend this business at all. Also the price looks like it has been raised but I will not blame that on the business . Just the staff is horrible read more

Chuck greeted us and is always friendly and cheerful and seems to like what he does. That puts me at ease. I do not feel like I am being targeted for unnecessary service. We did get an oil change, new wipers and brake fluid. Yep. Service was fast and accurate. Oh yes, and it is a good value. We will be back again. read more

It's been a hot minute but this place is still the place I'm taking my car when I need an oil change. I upgraded my '05 Focus to a 2017 Prius and after my free maintenance plan with Toyota ran out I wasn't super interested in paying dealership rates for a simple oil change. Also I didn't need to schedule anything. I showed up, was told it'd be about a 10 minute wait to get into a bay. In less time than that I had my quote for the oil change (the $24.95 advertised is for a typical oil change, anything more obviously increases the cost) but they tell you the cost before they do the work. I was quoted $70 and some change and that's what I paid. They also vacuumed out my car and overall were surprisingly friendly (just basing that on other oil places I've been). Quick, priced right and treated right. I'll be back in the recommend mileage :) read more

Great service, quickest oil change I have ever seen. Very thorough and kind. Not condescending in the least and very informative and up front about their prices and answering any questions. Will for sure be returning, we are new to the area and liked this place very much. ***Also you can just stop by! You don't need to make an appt and the service took less than 15min! read more

My 1500 Ram truck was overdue for an oil change. This place is locally owned and had great reviews, for good reason. I was welcomed like family and the staff was very friendly and thorough. They offered 3 oil grade options and I chose one and they got right to work. They recommend a couple services but no pressure at all which I appreciate very much. Paul and Chuck were the best and took great care of my truck! read more

I consistently go to classic lube Express for oil changes. I have always been very satisfied with the service and the value. However on a recent visit I had unbelievable experience whereby I was told that my oil is clean and that no oil change was necessary. The guy who was responsible for this is Nick, a good looking kid with awesome hair and a fabulous beard.. lol. He was extremely honest and helpful he saved me money and I will continue to return for regular oil changes. He also told me about the various services they offer in addition to oil changes which is very refreshing. He put air in my tires and checked my lights and really made my day! Thanks a lot Nick and I'll see you in another thousand miles. read more

I really like this place for most of my car's services! Prices are very reasonable, compared to others in the area, and of course dealerships. You don't feel pressured to get more than what you went there for, but they will let you know if your car need other services and they will give you options for you to decide. No haggling at all. They will also provide you with price quotes, which are printed in your receipt, for future services. The staff are all very friendly and fast. Nick was the mechanic who worked with me today and I was very impressed! Thank you!!! Grace S. read more

Carefully review the paperwork before paying. During my first visit, I was not informed of an extra $10 charge for removing a part in order to change the oil on my 2018 Ford Focus. I was alone and my husband found the charge after I got home and told him the dealership charges me for the same service. He called and asked for the charge to be refunded but it was not granted. I'm not sure how common it is to say this, but I will be returning to the dealership. read more

The employees were super friendly, and the service was great and really fast. That's you could really ask for! And unlike many places there wasn't any spills like I have gotten from other places which creates a gross smell so it was nice not to deal with it. read more

Beware of their shady up-selling sales tactics to people without car knowledge. Their technician will flat out lie to you about what recommendation is really needed. Cabin air-filter is dirty and they wanna charge $30 to swap out!? (Nope, it's not dirty). License plate light bulbs to be replace for both FRONT and back for $20 ($10 each!)? (Nope, bulb is fine and my vehicle DO NOT have FRONT license plate lights, WTF!?). Among other things to beware of - fluids needs replacing/flush, belt needs replacing..etc. When they come to you with all these fixes, I highly recommend going over to your car to confirm it's really needed. Otherwise, know your vehicle and check these basic items before going in to them. read more

Oh my Stars! The people working here are amazing! I don't know everyone's name, but Travis, Rachel, David, Jerry AND NICK are WONDERFUL! Nick had to spend quite a bit of time replacing a thermostat-plus, while everyone else took general care of me & my husband. If you are concerned about honesty, go here. These folks were honest, genuinely concerned for safety, and exceptionally kind. We felt like family was taking care of us!! Thank you!! read more

Well, I came here at the urging of a coworker when I mentioned that my car needed an oil change and a new battery. I went during my lunch break, and they got me in right away. The staff was efficient and quick, but pretty lacking on the customer service. There was very little friendliness in all of my interactions. After they had my car in the bay, someone came in to tell me my oil would cost $60 to replace (despite a big sign outside saying $24.99). No explanation as to why, just "that's what it costs". All in all, it's a good place to go when you need a quick oil change, but I didn't really care for the place. I've been to many other places where the interactions were more friendly and real. This entire experience felt very transactional. Would I come back? Sure. Would I try somewhere else first? Definitely. read more

First time customer. Took my '15 Ford Focus in for an oil change. The team was fast and friendly. Transparent and upfront that my engine required a synthetic/blend grade. Not sure what more I could ask for. I'll be back. read more

I am a regular customer. I checked my oil at home because I noticed that I was over my sticker recommendation. The dipstick indicated to add oil. I added two quarts. After running the vehicle for 5 minutes I recheck the dipstick. The oil registered above the fill line. I brought the vehicle in the very next day (today). During my service the technicians were bantering back and forth in a negative fashion about this is what happens when you go over your recommended mileage. I heard the manager say"you should just give this car back!"at that point I spoke through my window,*enough with the comments guys just change my oil". The crew started laughing. I told them to be professional and finish my oil change please. The shop went silent and they finished the job and I hope that I can trust their work. The manager continued to want to argue with me and finally I just had to pay my fee and leave. They just lost a loyal customer! read more

I recently moved here within the year and I have gone here before with my old Nissan. The 24.99 price point got me there and the service was great which inclined me to go back. I recently got a Mini and was nervous they wouldnt be able to service it. Turns out, they could. It was a little pricier but substantially cheaper than resorting to dealership prices. My total was reasonable considering I also added on the flush cleaning for good measure because I'm not the first owner and wasn't aware of the last time the system was cleaned. The service was great, way faster than the oil changes i'd get back home, and Chuck is a real pleasure and super great with customers. oh, and i got a complimentary air freshener read more

I was able to come in 20 min before closing and they changed my oil without hesitation. I was speaking with the manager on shift and he said he had 5 years experience working at a competitor prior to starting at classic lube express. As I was leaving he noticed my front right headlight was out and I told him I'd like to get it replaced. He ran into the shop and grabbed a new headlight and replaced it free of charge. This was some of the best customer service I've ever had at a shop. Thank you guys! read more

So glad my warranty with my car is up. Because these guys are more professional then what dealerships offer. They are full of knowledge and do not push sales on you. Best oil change you will get hands down. Super honest and they don't try and push BS you the entire time.
