In professional staff. Ran around like a bunch of clowns. One couldn't figure out how to reset the computer in my truck. They did clean the windows well. At least that was good the price is ridiculous double what the dealer cost probably won't be back. Hopefully they did the oil change correctly. read more

Unprofessional to say the least. Incredibly slow service, rude staff, and overall a very unpleasant experience. It's surprising to me that nobody has left a review... Maybe the owner keeps deleting the business. 15 minutes to DROP off a car. Seriously? Next time I'll go to the dealer. I may pay more, but the people there actually care about the customer. The employees recommended a diff service I needed now and a few other services I needed to get done with my next oil change. 7201 W Canal Dr, Kennewick, WA - Been going here for the last (5)five years, with my two cars... but I will not be back again. Went in at lunch time to have my tire pressure checked, they said it would be a couple minutes.... over ten minutes of waiting for someone to come back and help, so I just left. After having such a terrible experince...It got worse!!! The day after I got my oil changed it started to rain. I went to use my windshield washing fluid because my windshield was dirty. Guess what?!? It was empty!! They never even added it to my car. I called the location and was told they ran out. Again, on my paperwork they sure wrote "added". Dishonest company! read more

Amazing service!!! I usually hate getting my car serviced because I always feel like the men helping me are just trying to scam me out of money, but this was my first time at the canal jiffy lube and the woman helping me was awesome! She told me exactly what was NECESSARY to be done with my car (not trying to get me to pay for things I don't need) and explained why they wanted to fix those things for me. I arrived at this location on Saturday 8/23 at 12:30 and only two cars are ahead of me. So why am I still waiting for my basic oil change at 2:00? All they have to do is a very simple process changing my oil. Nothing else was being done to my car. (Despite very pushy attempts at up selling me on windshield wipers, Aquapel windshield treatment, and air filter change). Really, I know about cars. None of this needed done. I will not be coming back here again for sure and would highly recommend the same for anyone else who wants to spend their Saturday out of a dirty office. read more

I have only been here twice now. And every time I am accommodated with the most friendly, informative, and helpful service. These guys are also super honest. I've never been to a place like this being so honest and helpful. If there is actually something wrong, they will tell you. If there is completely nothing wrong, they will tell you. I had a sudden oil leak once and they were very helpful and recommended me a tow truck. Can I say once again, very helpful! I went to have my car serviced and told them not to do anything but change the oil and rotate the tires without my permission. I have had bad experience with their windshield wipers and they seem to like put them on. There was one car on the bay and my car was pulled right in. 45 minutes later they came out, said it was ready, that they did not have the right socket so they could not rotate the tire on my Ford. Went over the bill and they added RECYCLED COOLANT radiator. I checked it and they filled the overflow plum full, WITHOUT ASKING. There is no way I would put recycled coolant in my new car and they did it without asking in a car that probably did not need it. Just my oppinion. read more

I went to this location on Sunday and arrived right when they opened only to be told that the manager wasn't in and they couldn't work on cars until the manager arrived. I was told that they didn't know if the manager would even be in that day as he wasn't answering his phone. I waited for 20 minutes and the manager finally arrived and they were able to begin working on my car 30 minutes after their posted opening time. In addition to an oil change, I needed a few other things done to my car which I've had done at other Jiffy Lube locations. They were either unable to do them or didn't have the parts/equipment to do it. After seeing my frustration, they were not helpful in directing me to places that could get me the service I needed. Upon checking out, one of the things they said they checked was my tire pressure. I knew that I went in with a low tire so I decided to check the pressure when I got out to my car. Even though they said they checked it and it was ok, it was very low. This left me wondering what else they said was ok, but wasn't. I've been a huge fan of Juffy Lubes over the years, and I will continue to go to them, but sadly, I will not be going back to this location. read more

Jiffy lube is forced to sale you items . Thats why they press the guys doing the work. Never buy anything more unless you must. These guys do the best they can, with what training they get.. Take their suggestions and buy your air filter,cabin filter else where . You will save 50 to 75 % yes thats the mark up. Now why the cost for oil change ? They all try to justify it by the cost of oil and labor. Both are pretty much false. The guys doing the work are 90% min wage or just over. The other is they charge to top off your windshield washer brake fluid ETC. Most of the time the only thing needs topping off is your windshield washer reservoir. If you really want to know how much it cost to change your oil then go to your local Wal Mart. ( I hate that store) auto part stores are more expensive. Know your car model and engine size. also know what type oil your car uses NOT brand. and how many quarts you need Now you can look up oils filter and compare cost. Wal Mart brand oil is probably Shell or Chevron ,ask the sales person they will know. Now you know how much extra you spending. Personally I change mine in the summer time and go to a respectable mechanic in the winter, Never some fast food type car mechanic. I value my ride. read more

Dont trust them when they say you need a repair. I was told my serpentine belt needed replaced as had big gash in it. Told them to replace it but they couldnt as didnt have tools to work on my type of car. Took my car to car dealership and was told all my belts were perfectly fine and none needed replaced. read more

I had my oil changed yesterday and was told to give a review on here. Maybe the service should have been a little more professional if they expected a good one. I could here the people out on the floor who were working on my car talking very loudly and cussing. They kept looking inside at me so of course It made me feel uncomfortable as if they were talking bad about me because I chose not to purchase an expensive transmission service after minutes of pressuring me. I do not suggest brining your kids here, or yourself for that matter. this place is terrible and very dirty. SIMPLE! read more
