I took my 2026 RAM 1500 RHO to Christen Brother Automotive on 32'nd street in Hudsonville to have the on-board computer "realigned" for a new front headlight Assembly. Yes, the headlight assembly is electromagnetically complex and fully computer controlled. No more simple light bulbs. Instead of firing the parts cannon at the truck (and my wallet) the technicians at CBA troubleshot the issue using old fashion diagnostics and found the CAN bus signal integrity issue on the headlamp CAN bus connector. We ordered a new 'pigtail' connector that Jason at CBA spent four hours hunting down for me and I had a working headlight. Fantastic. By the way, they currently back their repairs with a 3 year/36000 mile warranty (whichever occurs last). That's something you don't see out of most independent shops! (www.cbac.com/about-us/nice-difference-warranty/). Just keep your invoice and your covered. Free rides to and from the shop, free coffee, Veterans discount and some really awesome hand drawn artwork to check out in the waiting room. Not seeing how anyone can go wrong giving these folks a try! 5/5 Stars. Bravo Zulu (google it) to you CBA!

We are so grateful we found Christian Brothers Automotive of Jamestown. My son, who is away at…read morecollege, was having major problems with his car and we were extremely stressed trying to figure out what to do from a distance. From the moment we contacted them, they went above and beyond to help us. They got the car in quickly, carefully explained what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and provided a clear, trustworthy quote with absolutely no pressure. Their customer service was outstanding and gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation. The staff is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about their customers. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like drinks, coffee, and cookies. They also offer great perks like a courtesy shuttle service and a warranty on their work. What impressed us even more was that they called a week later just to check on how the car was doing. That level of care is rare these days. A special thank you to Anthony and Aliesha for your kindness, professionalism, and incredible service. You truly went above and beyond any other place we have ever taken our car. If you're looking for honest, trustworthy, and exceptional auto service, we highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive of Jamestown in Michigan.

I was looking for an honest, competent repair shop close to home that would check out what I…read moreassumed was a bad brake on my Jeep. Glad I found this place. The good part: Mark got me right in at a convenient time. Living two miles away, I thought I'd take advantage of their shuttle service, mentioned on the website. Instead Mark hooked me up with a loaner for the day. The great part: they called to let me know that in fact my brake pads and rotors intrinsically were in excellent shape. The problem was some rust deposits on the rotor from the wonderful Michigan winter. There was no safety issue and they recommended NOT replacing the rotor (although that would have solved the noise problem). They were honest in not upselling me on a repair that I didn't really need. Total charge ~$35 The best part: In the process of investigating the problem, they fixed it. Noise is gone. I've found my new repair shop.
